We rented a RV from Cruise America from this location and it was the best idea we've had bc going allll the way to Henderson was a headache. Taylor, Omar and Austin (bka TAO) were awesome. Though it was a training opportunity for them they were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and thoroughly reviewed all expectations while renting and returning the RV. Next RV or U-Haul rental we will be right back here. They are super awesome and have a perfect location.
The RV itself needed a better cleaning and I returned it much better than I received. The bathroom and bunk over drivers cabin were very dirty. Just a suggestion Guys, lift the mattress out of the space to clean. There was trash up there and the bathroom was just not washed. Maybe white glove general areas, as well as the bedroom area. We also took on a lot of air while lodging. Idk if caulking is needed but it was very airy with all vents closed in the rear of the Rv. We packed efficiently and stayed warm though.
These RVs are not luxurious in anyway but definitely are fun once you get to your destination. The handling is squirrelly at best and we travelled during high winds and it was a terrible experience trying to handle the RV. Otherwise, everything worked inside and they even provided the bare necessities like plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pots/pans and various utensils. If you're not trying to rough it, then a private rental would be better. read more
