This next comment is not about Logan, but about the Portal. When you first Login to the portal you can see both units. Once you transfer to the unit to make payment or changes, you can not go back to the Main screen to select the 2nd unit. You have to select "HOME", which logs you off. So you have to Login again to make payments / changes to the second unit. Very Poor website design, not friendly if you have more than one unit.

Going from $110 to $398 is absolutely insane. They know once all your stuff is moved in, most people don't want to deal with moving it again, so they keep jacking up the price. What a crock of shit. This place is very clean and has that "new Extra Space Storage" smell to it. I first got a larger unit (12X12) in October of 2025 and then downsized to a (6X12) unit again in January. I did enjoy having the code and being able to see every time I visited the unit with the date and time stamps. The facility was very clean and well taken care of. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was a $10 increase AFTER I had downsized to a smaller unit. I went from $54 to $64 for the 6X12 unit. The staff were always friendly and helpful with every interaction. The guy who signed me up was awesome and I feel terrible that I forgot his name because he was very helpful.
