Service and drinks were great. Only issue was it was a very windy day and the had all roll up doors open which made it very cold.

Great drinks and even better service. I'm now a big fan! My daughter ordered a slushy type drink...don't recall exactly what it was but the girl from WSU said we would be disappointed....and we loved it! read more

SOO excited that 151 is finally close to where I live! Came for the grand opening right at 8am and there was a line but it's moving!! Coffee and the vibe are great, friendly staff too. They even have a great inside section here! So excited to have it nearby, this is my third 151 coffee location I've been to and it's just as amazing! read more

I get a large decaf iced latte with almond milk and 3 sweet n lows. It's always awesome and the kids that work there are so nice

My first time at this place, just looking for a good tea/coffee. Everyone was SO NICE!! I was blessed with smiles and some good suggestions on things to order. The green tea based mojito was AMAZING!! Finally, the seating is super nice as there was plenty of table, chairs, and stools. Some seating was in sun and some in shade with a sweet breeze that rolls through. All in all, 10/10, will come again!! read more

Meh. Med nitro with a splash of cream. Nitro with ice cubes? That's weird. Hows the flavor you ask? Tastes like cream with a hint of coffee. Horribly underwhelming. read more

3.5/5 stars for the coffee, it's average but for what you're paying it's a good deal compared to Starbucks for example. It was my first time here so I got an iced vanilla coffee with soy milk, it wasn't bad! Not too sweet and just enough vanilla and soy milk to where you can still taste the coffee. My sister got an iced Islander and it wasn't bad either, definitely something fit for someone who likes sweeter coffee. Their menu is rather large and caters not just to coffee lovers as they offer teas, Italian sodas, energy drinks, shakes, and smoothies so there is definitely something for everybody. 5/5 for the service! The drive thru is efficient, the employees come out to you and take your order via iPad, the girl who took my order was so sweet & very friendly, the staff that I interacted with were also very friendly. From the time it took for me to sign my name to complete the payment and the time it took to drive to the pick up spot my drinks were already done which is a huge plus for anyone who happens to be in a rush. I happened to come pretty close to their closing time and yet they were still so friendly and so kind so major props to the employees here for having such positive attitudes! I will be coming back to try all the other things they offer, but all in all 151 Coffee is a great spot! read more

Great refreshers and various cold drink variations. Hot coffee and hot drinks are also delicious, definitely recommend. Prices are also a good thing read more

Helpful, friendly. Nice and efficient drive through. IF the weather is nice, there is great outdoor seating. Coffee was satisfying. It was robust. On my first visit, my coffee was free. I really enjoyed the Hot Irish sin. read more

The drinks and coffee are always amazing! Service is fast and the employees are always super friendly!

Their customer service is the best. I always enjoy going through the drive-through. It's quick and easy. I think the Caramel macchiatos taste better than Starbucks.... I do substitute my dairy with almond milk. Their flavored teas are all really good...I have tried them all. I like tigers blood, tutti Frutti and Georgia green tea. The kids and I love all the smoothies and shakes. They are vegetarian friendly and can sub out dairy. I have two Starbucks closer to my house, but 151 is well worth the extra drive time. read more

Just stopped by there on a Saturday morning and the drive thru was busyyy but i wasnt there more than 4 minutes. Starbucks could never. Personally, i think 151 coffee is better than starbucks. Also i was actually SHOCKED by how nice every single staff member here was and the chill ambiance. From the second i pulled up the girl taking my order complimented me and was so sweet to the guys taking my payment & drink. I had to tip them $10 on my $4 drink just because of how nice everyone was they made my morning!!! It's RARE these days going to a establishment and feeling 100% welcomed. This is my go-to coffee AND smoothie place now!! read more

Great coffee and great service. They usually play pretty good music over the speakers as well. This is one of my favorite spots

I was at the Roanoke location during their grand opening and was blown away by the customer service and most importantly the quality of the drinks! I wasn't sure what to order, and the 151 Coffee staff was friendly and knowledgeable as they explained the various options and processes that go into making the beverages. Love this place! Faster service and cheaper than the competition. The Horchata with Oat-milk is a fave.

I love coming here. The drinks are spot on and delicious. Staff is very friendly and energetic. The whole place gives a warm welcoming feeling. They always get my drinks right and the way I like it. read more

Their signature lattes are a little too milky for me; but their iced coffees and the rest are fabulous! And the workers are always SO NICE. My only complaint is the up charge for less ice otherwise, I've never left disappointed! read more

Somedays my coffee is great and other days it's like they don't follow the order I place which is super disappointing because I never know if my coffee will taste good or not. The service is always good, everyone is friendly but I just don't know why my order is different each time. It's always super loud at the window too but that's ok, I know they're just enjoying themselves read more

Had a terrible experience here at 11am on a Wednesday. Walked in to hear super loud obnoxious rap music, so loud we could barely discuss the menu. We sat out on the patio and the music was still so loud we couldn't talk to each other without saying "what!? Huh!?". We asked twice for them to turn it down, the 2nd time the guy told us "that would ruin the vibe". There was only one other table and it was two men in their 60s, I think they would have been fine but he could have asked them. Whether the drinks are good or not it doesn't matter now, we won't go back to a place that cares so little about the enjoyment of customers. read more

Amazing customer service! I had 8 cars in front of me and multiple employees were outside on tablets to take orders. I apologized for not knowing what I wanted as I've only been once. She helped me with recommendations and told me to take my time. She was so genuine! I got the iced Irish sin. It was delicious! Best part it took 3-5 minutes total from me pulling in to leaving. I knew they were nice and had great coffee but knowing how quickly they move their drive thru line means I will definitely be back! Thank you 151 for two perfect experiences, I normally make my coffee at home but will now be purchasing from y'all a lot more since it's effortless and quick. The best coffee, people and service. Don't waste your time by going anywhere else for coffee. read more

i love the environment and vibe of the place, the drinks are cheap and i've never been let down by anything i've ordered. and they are very kind and patient if you don't know what to get (which will definitely happen with the huge menu ) read more

Our favorite coffee place opened up in our neighborhood. I love the energy slushes. And add the jacked up option so you get the Shakey shakes. Probably bad for me but it's worth it. I think. Any way they are good. Wife likes their iced Carmel macchiato's but get it half sweet. They seem to go a little overboard with sweetener. read more

We are from out of town and stopped by on a whim! The menu was extensive and an employee was standing at the drive through to answer any questions. We told him this was our first time here and he was eager to help us find the perfect drink. We ordered the islander iced coffee and a hot chocolate which were both amazing! Once we were ready to pay he told us it was on the house since it was our first visit! What a treat! We pulled forward to get our drinks and the girl at the window couldn't have been any sweeter! We will definitely be back next time we visit! read more

I go out of my way to get coffee here instead of Starbucks. Maybe it's just me, but their large seems quite a bit bigger than a Starbucks Venti. For my go to drink (iced latte during summer) it seems to be about $1 cheaper too. I took off one star for blowing my ear drums out every time. read more

Lots of variety of teas and drinks. Not a big coffee person so always try anything without. The music is the biggest draw back for us. If you have a young family the music can be bad. Went to the Rufe snow location and the keller location and WAP was on. Horrible song! It is one of our favorite places to get drinks. It is a bit pricey at around $3.50 ish for a large sweet tea. We do keep going back though. read more

The drinks are great but unless you enjoy blaring rap music and attire that is reminiscent of Hooters and places akin, steer clear of this place. The drinks aren't nearly good enough to have to scream my order at 16 year old girls standing right outside of my car wearing sports bras and spandex to work. Apparently there is no criteria to meet in order to work at 151, and once you're hired, appropriateness of wardrobe is entirely optional. I would never feel comfortable bringing a child, my mother, or grandparents here. Conclusively: great drinks, disastrous environment. read more
