I had never come to this store and was impressed when I came. The staff greeted me warmly and invited me to browse the flavors and welcomed me to try any I might be interested in. They had over 20 flavors of freshly brewed teas. They also have plain water and lemonade. I tried the lemonade, as it was one of the few brews they had that did not have caffeine. Do you like tea? Get yourself to HTeaO! I was not expecting what I walked into when my daughter took me into this place. All of the tea is out there for you to sample and make your own concoction. There are so many flavors and they also have non sweetened. They have tiny cups so you can sample before making your final decision. I decided on a mixture of unsweet and sweet raspberry teas because you just know that the tea in Texas is hella sweet. I topped it off with a little Texas Chai which gave it a slight cinnamon flavor. I thought it was perfect but then saw some little cups with cherries, limes and lemons that they offer for free so in went the cherries! If you are in the area, try it! read more

Went thru the drive thru. Service was quick and friendly. I ordered the sweet peach ginger and it was pretty dang good. Would def go again. So worth it! We absolutely love this place, but the staff at this location are always very unkind and not friendly. When we ask for a tea to be less sweet they usually roll their eyes which doesn't seem like an unusual request as they make it without any complaints at other locations. We have never been rude or impolite to the staff, so it is just awkward when we come to this location and we know this is the attitude we will get. Great teas though! read more

Great new place here in Grapevine, not what I expected, basically all different flavors of ice tea. You can purchase it by the cup, or by the gallon. They have sample cups, so you can taste test the more than 20 different types of tea available. They also sell snacks and various Yeti products. We really enjoyed all the different flavors of tea, however our favorites were the chai tea and the 50-50 lemonade tea mix. As it just opened, everything is pristine and the atmosphere is very comfortable. All the employees, were quite friendly. Plenty of parking, and a drive-through window, if you so choose. They also have a rewards program if you download their app. This week, for grand opening, they are giving half price on the gallon tea, a great deal! We definitely will return! read more

This place is super awesome. If you're an iced tea fan, there is no better place. I tend to skip flavored teas because they are always sweet, NOT HERE. They have an awesome selection of unsweetened teas, my personal favorite being the coconut. I can't keep this up. Today was the worst, and it shouldn't have been. I always get ice and tea from here but today, at7:31, I'm told they don't want to accept cash because they're closing. That was weird because you always took my order...if you were closing, why let me order?? Then I get my barely filled bags of ice and guess what....there a hole. They barely wanted to close the damn bags. Now I have these terribly weak open bags of ice I paid full price for. But the cherry on top was the fact that I almost didn't they change because the dude in the register was so hesitant and scared to take money. I told him what the change would be and everything but he just didn't know what to do. I had him scan my phone and he took my whole phone to scan. Sir. Why?? This place reminds me of tea 2 Go. I went through the drive thru and ordered the chai latte in a small. The staff there are quick and friendly. If you have a sweet tooth then the chai latte is definitely for you. The drink was refreshing and I like that the menu is extensive as well. Just opened today January 7, 2022! Very similar to the other HTeaO locations across DFW, except this location has more dispensers of tea inside. The actual number of different flavors aren't different- there are just many duplicates of flavors spread across the dispensers. (Other HTeaO locations tend to have many dispensers of just water). I love going to HTeaO to sample and blend different flavors of tea together. With 20+ different flavors, you might face some decision paralysis about how to fill your cup! Oh, and like all other locations, happy hour (half priced cups) is everyday from 2-4pm. $1.79 for a 52oz cup is a bargain! read more

Came by since I saw they were newly opened and I was hella thirsty after my workout. There are plentiful non-sweet and sweet tea options available, and you can mix and match as you wish! I got a mix of unsweetened raspberry tea, pink lemonade, and Ryan Palmer (their version of Arnold Palmer). I especially loved the unsweetened raspberry tea. Refreshing cold taste with that essence of raspberry taste. I mixed in pink lemonade and Ryan Palmer just for some sweetness and when I sampled both, I really liked their taste as well (granted they're rather sweet alone). Overall, delicious and a large amount for what you pay. Highly recommend going in to sample!! The store Mang. Has awful customer service skill. Kayla is just a robot. I asked for the owners name and gave me a card and told me the owner is not in store. I called the number she gave me and it rings to the store. She finally answered after my 3 rd call. Store Mang said owner would call me in just a minute. I waited 30 and no call. I started calling back they would not answer my number. I used my husband's phone and she answered on 2nd ring. Now the owner in in a meeting. I thought Todd was not in the store. They took 50 of my points for happy hour drinks when it was already happy hour she neglected giving me my points for this order. Because it was already in the system she wasn't willing to change it.
