Ok I know it seems like everyone has been here before, but we found it by scrolling the internet I wanted mimosas, sun and sunny side eggs while enjoying the perfect sunday weather; well guess what? We found it at 150 Sunset. For a start I love that as we were parking I felt like I was in vacation everything seemed different like I was in another city,the place is so beautiful with the garden and water fountains oh my God absolutely gorgeous. As we walk in we noticed there was a 20 minute wait as you may or may not know by now I DO NOT LIKE to wait at all, but this place made it easy for us, they offered us mimosas and small muffins to ease down my hunger and we head outside to enjoy the view and the sun while we waited to be called. When I tell you it was a delightful waiting I'm being honest people were having breakfast outside, the sun was hitting right and the wind made me enjoy myself as minivacation style. They called us aprox 20 minutes later and they gave us the option to seat inside or outside, like I already said the weather was amazing so we decided outside. The menu has many delightful options, I had the croquete my BF had the french toast and we had mimosas until I lost count. Great service, so kind and answering all the question we had about the menu items, and above all he kept bringing those mimosas :D I seriously enjoyed my time here, everything from the place the food (which didn't disappoint at all) and the whole vibe of the place. Well, my family and I were sitting for 25 minutes without any acknowledgement from any of the staff, after the hostess seated us. Even after I made gentle eye contact to one of the staff, we still waited another 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. At that point, over 25 minutes of being ignored, we walked out. 150 is officially Dead to us. Bummer. read more

Cute little breakfast spot. Dark ambiance. We both had a mimosa (pineapple and prickly pear), brunch fries and shredded pork hash. The service was good, waiter had a little bit of an attitude when asked questions about the menu. They have multiple signs which may indicate that they might not like children at their establishment, no hard feelings from me about that. It was delicious, could have put more sausage patty on there though. The salad that came with it was good. Indoor was nice, and they also had outside seating. And also - do not get the pumpkin latte. I read some of the reviews and was concerned with the ones that mentioned bad service. Fortunately that was not my experience at all. I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door and seated. I was then immediately greeted by my waiter. Within minutes, the waiter was back for my order. I ordered the Chicken BLT and it was to me in less than 10 minutes. While I enjoyed the meal, the waiter checked on me multiple times. The service was excellent! For those who don't know not only does 150 Sunset have a nursery, outside hangout area, and venue space; however, they also have a full restaurant and bar. My family and I decided to come here after church as were wanting to grab brunch and mimosas. Make sure to use Yelp Waitlist so you can check in virtually without having to wait in line. We started off with the prosciutto, fig jam, and manchego flatbread and I definitely recommend it as a starter. The shaved manchego was a nice touch. My main dish was the french toast which was perfect. Loved it but it's a very sweet plate. Make sure to grab a side of bacon! A mimosa carafe goes for about $18 btw. read more

This review is based off take out service through yelp - I'm a big fan of dine in as we've done a lot of family brunches there. But the take out experience was disappointing. The service consisted of "its in that bag." They didn't say hi, thank you, and watched me pull items out the order to check myself without comment. Normally you get questions or comments - do you need salt and pepper or plates, indications that they want you to enjoy you meal. As far as the food the portions were weirdly smaller than what you are served when dine in. I've attached a pic of the $6 Mac and Cheese. My wife, a vegetarian and frequent ordered of Mac and Cheese immediately said the same looking at it. Picked it up on time, and I live less than 3 miles away, and the fries and Mac were room temp when I got home. The hot sandwich was warm, but generally, a pretty disappointing experience. read more

This place is adorable and pet friendly we showed up right at 8am and even though they were still washing the patio they accommodated us and the family's golden doodle. She got her water bowl too! They turned on the outdoor heaters since it was still chilly! The food was delicious! We started out with lattes and they even made the kids vanilla steamer, then came their famous French toast, all of us enjoyed our breakfast entres and they even gave us coffee to go. I was hankering for some brunch and we picked 150 Sunset based on reviews and such online. I will say that while the space itself is really fun and nice, the food was just a half step lower than what I was hoping for. Don't get me wrong - it was still good. But just not quite as much as I expected. So let's see. First of all, this building is huge. It's part restaurant, part event center, part gift shop (though our quick tour of the gift shop left a LOT to be desired) and part nursery (plants, not babies). There is a lovely almost ridiculously green lawn and places to sit inside and outside. Really a very lovely space. I kept peeking into the side room and thinking it would be a lovely place to get married. So our waiter was fine - nothing remarkable but proficient. I was pleased that my massive mug of coffee came with a cute little pitcher of warm steamed milk instead of cream. That was a nice touch. I ordered the eggs benedict, which was ..... fine. All the components were there. But the Hollandaise was a little grainy, the eggs were unevenly poached and the hashbrowns were not really very crispy - more soggy and oily. But it tasted good and I was really hungry so I ate it with no complaints. My husband got the french toast, which looked incredible but he also reported to be... fine. The best thing on the table might have been the chia pudding, which looked delicious and was topped with lovely berries and really yummy looking (possibly homemade?) granola. Overall it was just fine and the food was good. But nothing extraordinary and nothing that made us really say wow. Wish I could give 3.5 stars but 4 will have to do. read more

On an overcast day and bound to return home that afternoon, my family and I hoped to try at least one brunch place in El Paso before we departed. We weren't disappointed -- at least, not by the food and ambiance. I had chosen this place because I wanted to try the aloha pancakes, but the outdoor seating and decor of the place blew me away. I was happy that we were able to be seated outdoors, the hostess pulling unused chairs from other tables to make it happen. :) We soon ordered our drinks and plates, and noticed that something to be off with our waitress, but we shrugged it off. All our food arrived perfectly. The apple berry granola was plated creatively, the kids' French toast and pancake platter were well-priced, and the cheese paired with the huevos rancheros was EXCELLENT! My aloha pancakes were great, and the cream fresh (not artificial or bottled with chemicals). My sister asked how long it would take for a side of hash browns, and the waitress seemed to give something of an attitude under her mask, answering that it would be about "15 minutes." We opted not to, if it was going to be that much trouble. She forgot the syrup for my pancakes, and it took her a while to clear our table and take our check; she didn't appear to be swamped with tables or anything, her pace slow and unmotivated. That's when we put together that perhaps she was having an off day. We hadn't been welcomed with a positive attitude or greeting, she appeared sluggish and not wanting to be with us, and it took a while for the food and other items to come out (maybe the kitchen's fault). The manager, Hector, was responsive and understanding. So, yeah, this place is great, and I'm giving the server the benefit of the doubt. I know we can have bad days. With great service, I know this place can reach the 5 stars I really wanted to give it. Give this place a shot; I know we will when we return to E.P.! read more

We love this place! We come here about twice a month. We always come here for breakfast. We've never had a bad experience here and always enjoy their coffee and breakfast. Today we sat outside next to their waterfall. I ordered the house breakfast and hubby ordered the egg and cheese sandwich. I ordered a latte to try as well. The coffee is always good even though they don't offer flavored creamer, it still is bomb. The house breakfast was yummy. The eggs were perfect and already had pepper cooked in it. It was so flavorful. The hashbrowns were a good texture as well and the bacon...omg...smokey flavor. My husband's sandwich was good and he loved the brioche bun. He did wish it had some sauce on it though. The latte was really smooth, very lightly sweetened. We always enjoy our breakfast here. My favorite is the huevos Rancheros! Give them a try!!! read more

This place was one of two favorite restaurants while in El Paso for a week. From the time you walk in and see the gardens and gift shop, to stepping into the cutely decorated interior, and sitting outside on the patio for a beautiful sunset dinner, it was all such a wonderful experience. My big work group loved every minute here. We came here on a Wednesday at 7p and were seated very quickly and easily outside. A colleague and I shared a bottle of delicious tempranillo for half off and paid $9/each. Omg the wine was so so good! I wasn't too hungry so I ordered a charcuterie plate. Holy cow it was huge, so beautiful, and everything tasted just right with my wine! All of my colleagues enjoyed all their meals and cocktails! It was such a success. Came here for dinner with my boyfriend. I love the setup. The outside area is so pretty with the plants and the fountain. Great place to come during the day and sit outside (also have tv outside). I got the 150 Power Bowl and added salmon to it. I love quinoa and veggie mix with feta. The quinoa didn't have any sauce or dressing on it so I thought it was very plain. The waiter brought lemon poppy seed dressing and garlic aioli were great additions and made it a great dish. Ahi Tuna Sandwich: I loved how they cooked the ahi tuna! We ordered it medium rare and I thought it was perfect. It was a nice change since most ahi tuna sandwiches have seared ahi tuna. We also thought this could use more sauce and flavor so the waiter brought us the soy ginger vinaigrette and it was AMAZING. I would highly recommend getting this sandwich with that sauce** Overall, great service. I wish I had done lunch because I didn't expect to wait as long as I did for an omelette. I understand it's Sunday and expect delays, but not to be sat after 45 minute wait - order taken, and then wait for another 30 minutes to even be acknowledged by the server - AFTER we had someone get involved. Ruined the experience for me. First impressions are everything and this being my first time here, it wasn't the best experience. I'd like to come back for lunch though. The turkey omelette thing wasn't my favorite although I did enjoy the Brie and the bit of heat from the green chiles, best thing on the plate was the side arugula salad. What a lovely place! Ample parking, ample seating both outdoor and indoor! Loved their patio, felt like a little home patio! The inside was warm and toasty, decorated for the holiday season. Service was lovely, the host was a gem. Our server was attentive and detailed any menu questions we had. First time here, I will deft be back.
