I ordered Pho with brisket, shrimp, and mixed veggies, the broth was good, personally I've had better but the meat was really good! They gave me about 3 shrimp pieces which is little considering it's an extra charge. The Summer Roll is incredible!! So delicious, and one of the best tasting spring rolls I've ever had, definitely worth trying! read more

Yes, it is the best pho in Long Beach. Actually, not sure if it's the only spot in the downtown area that serves pho. I came here to eat alone. I feel extra awkward when eating out alone so I try to avoid it. But it wasn't too bad here and the food definitely didn't disappoint. It was soooooo good and sooooo worth it. The broth, yes, the broth. Chicken/beef broth. New Yorker here. Pho is definitely better on the west coast. Makes me wanna go back. This is possibly the best pho I've ever had. read more

The place can't decide if it's a cafeteria, a sports bar, or a pho place. Fortunately it modestly succeeds at all three? It's definitely not the best pho, but considering the downtown/business location, they do an admirable job trying, and the spring rolls are about the same level-- good enough, all things considered. read more

Delicious and at a good price point. Ordered a rare steak and brisket pho through Postmates. It was packaged great and included a generous portion of fresh garnishes. Broth was fragrant and flavorful. read more

123 Pho - GARLIC NOODLES WITH TOFU AND VEGGIES - Vietnamese Near Me - Long Beach, California

Great food and very friendly staff! This place is a must try! I was visiting from out of town and wanted a restaurant that was basically a local gem. 123 Pho didn't disappoint! read more

Love the way they package everything separately so nothing over cooks. Fresh ingredients. It's our go-to pho place!

The worst shrimp fried rice ever. Too salty!!! Come 8 shrimps and some salty fried rice. Not worth it for the price.

we pulled into port in Long Beach, Ca - craving for that authentic pho, so we decided to try this place out. Not bad at all. The restaurant itself is very clean, atmosphere vibe is chill, friendly staff. Only thing I didn't like too much was the beef broth. It was a little sweet for pho. Check it out when you're around the hood. read more

I'll start with the good: cleanliness, service, presentation all were awesome. The disappointment came from the price and flavor. I got chicken pho and chicken buns. Honestly I've eaten pho around the world and this is by FAR the saltiest broth I've ever had. I had to add some of my water just to eat it. The actual chicken in the pho was like dry rubber. Couldn't even chew a few pieces. The bao buns I was excited for but when I got them they were really bland. They were also 8$ and I feel like it's not a fair price for what you get. read more

Shady shady business. Yelp says 2.99 delivery fee with no minimum. So I click on the restaurant 123 Pho and it populates under grub hub and everything changes. The delivery charge goes up to 3.99 and the minimum goes from $ 0 to 30.00. Wtf is this about. Get it right 123 Pho. These types of business practices of false advertisement should be called out. I know it's only a few dollars but it's the principle. I don't know about supporting businesses like these. read more

123 pho is one of my favorite Pho / Vietnamese restaurant in Long Beach, I order frequently and have introduced my friends and family to this business. Been a long tine patron since before Covid and continuously throughout Covid. The food is quality, service is fast and friendly, overall a positive experience every time. I always order the garlic noodle filet mignon, ban mi, pho, egg rolls. read more

It's modern design feels like a restaurant rather than order at the counter. Very pleasant to sit and have lunch there with real bowl & plates. The food was outstanding! Truly authentic fresh & delicious Pho and Vietnamese dishes, will def come again! read more

Love it!!! Everything from the Pho I chose to the special mango strawberry green tea boba/tapioca pearls that was made. I also liked the shaken beef my boyfriend chose because I've never heard of it but man oh man that was something else. The flavors are on point read more

123 Pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Long Beach, California

I don't love this place. Compared to the abundance of delicious and authentic Vietnamese food available in the area, this place is lacking. I have tried the pho, the luc lac, the vermicelli, and the banh mi. The garlic noodles are okay at best, I am not sure why there are so many people raving about them. The only thing I would order again is the banh mi as it is a good portion for the price. On the bright side, Loose Leaf Boba Co. is just across the street. read more

Very legit bowl of Pho here. Dark broth, not too salty. The brisket is thinly cut Witt no fat, but very plentiful and flavorful. I personally prefer the fatty brisket, but this was very good. Cold, crisp sprouts - very fresh. Not a lot of Jalapeño but I didn't ask for more. No chili sauce here - just Siriacha and Hoisen sauce. The bowl itself is a good portion for the price. The aesthetic of the resultant is very clean and modern. Thumbs up all around. read more

Great local spot, if you're eating in the place is pretty big and the staff is very friendly. I've been ordering in and also doing delivery. I have been satisfied each time. I usually get pho or egg rolls and I love both of those options. Great happy hour menu and do try the slushies :) read more

Just ordered some Pho and Almond Milk Tea for the first time from this place. And it was delicious and will most definitely be ordering back from this place. I ordered food on Grub Hub and it was delivered quickly and nothing was wrong with my order. They even gave me that extra hot sauce I asked for. read more

My favorite vegan pho in the LBC and let me tell, you, I have searched far and wide. I can taste the spices in the broth, the toppings are cooking well and with care and it's packaged well for takeout. Did I mention the price point is really fair? Home run pho right here read more

The 123 Pho restaurant is amazing. As a regular soup/noddle eater, I can tell you a plethora of reason to eat here when having craving for pho. First of all, the costumer service is very welcoming and they are eager to show what is good in their opinion! Secondly, their food is mouth watering . There beverages are tasty and I recommend their pho and garlic noodles! Thirdly, there safety and seriousness about these strange times. They mean what they say about using gloves and throughly switching out their utensils. I deeply think you should consider eating here! read more

Walked in and saw the menu. Immediately knew that this wasn't going to be your normal pho spot. Didn't see a menu with your different pho noodles options, especially not with their vietnamese names turned english. Got my order of pho noodles with brisket, rare flank, and meatballs along with beef AND chicken broth. I found it incredibly sad. It was as if they were rationing their food. I got a small amount of noodles for a big bowl of soup, 3 meatballs, 2 pieces of brisket, and 2 pieces of rare flank. The soup broth is beef AND chicken. I'm used to either beef broth or chicken broth, not both in one. My favorite part of the experience was their sriracha sauce and ain't nothing can go wrong with that. read more

Dinner on 12/30/2019. Parking-non issue because we "Uber" from home. Because we were planning on drinking a little ETOH. Dont want to drink and drive. Decor:Modern.Beautiful Clean Friend staff. Food: I am never great at evaluating food. I think Taco Bell is good mexican food. Unless the food was horrible...they all taste the same. Had the combination PHO and my friend had the Vermicelli, spring rolls, and other random vietnamese dishes...that I cant pronounce and remember the the name. Overall rating for food: 5/5. Dessert was delicious. Would I return here? Absolutely Great place for Vietnamese food. read more

Not a big fan of pho in general but was really happy to come across 123 Pho. I've ordered everything on the menu except for the pho and was really happy with what I received. Particularly like the stir fries. I've ordered it with all the available meats but really like the shrimp. It's a nice light alternative if your not looking for a heavy meal. read more

Hands down the best pho in Long Beach. Prices are reasonable - sure its maybe a $1-2 premium from spots in little Saigon but I think that's fair considering convenience of the location and ambience of the restaurant. Staff is super friendly and the counter service ordering process makes things efficient. Love that they have draft beer too! Plus free 2 hr parking across the street! I plan to keep this restaurant in my heavy regular rotation. read more

I freaking love me some pho! Especially during The cold seasons , thank you for always providing consistent delicious bowls. I wanted to give a shout out to JO ! I placed an order with her and she made sure to specify to the cooks what I wanted and even called me back when it wasn't a dietary preference I requested. Her customer service is hard to find around these part so thank you for being so caring and thoughtful to your custys! You rock JO read more

This place took the concept of a pho restaurant and made it into a hip modern place where people can hang out, watch sports, and treat themselves to some brew or wine at the bar area. It's a wide open space where you look at the big menu display, order, pay, and then take your seat. There's not a ton of tables and chairs if you want to have a large party, but if it's not busy you may be able to make it work. They played some good hip-hop music and the workers/servers were at a young college student age. The young lady who helped us at the register was extremely accommodating and thorough with our orders. She even asked us if we wanted to split the oreo milkshake in half to share! She also gave us good suggestions on ordering. I even asked her if I could get my milk tea at the end of the meal and she said no problem. For the pho you can choose 3 proteins, I doubled my brisket and had veggies. We also got the vermicelli pork rolls. The food was delicious! They give you a nice big bowl of pho with plenty of noodles. Their noodles weren't soggy either. As for the meat, I ordered two servings of brisket. It didn't even seem like there was one full serving! I barely got any meat in my pho let alone the two servings I ordered. I was very upset about that! We also had to remind them of our vermicelli pork roll order (which fell apart easily as we tried to eat it, but it was still good). And towards the end of the meal, I had to ask for my milk tea or else I'm sure I would have never gotten it. Because of the service and the lack of protein I ordered, I knocked down two stars from this place. I cannot believe I BARELY got any meat. I will come again and hopefully they can redeem themselves. read more

Omg I could barely swallow the chicken banh mi. Was so dry and lacked any sauce of any kind. Horrible! However, the garlic noodles are good. read more

I like this place! What I like about it: The pho tasted authentic & delicious, the price was very reasonable and what I like the most was they do give you a good amount of meat & noodles. The unique thing about this place is when you order "phở", you pick the type of noodles: thin or wide, then three choices of meat or other items like tofu, vegetable, etc...and lastly your choice of broth: beef or vegetable. I like that option since my daughter likes the vegetarian option better. I definitely will come back to try other menu items. The only issue is finding a parking spot can be challenging. read more

The pho was okay but I disliked all the sides we got. The fried rice, the buns, and the rolls. It seemed as if everything was already warmed once and then just fried again when ordered. Service was not good, and there were a lot of messy tables I had to ask for napkins so I could wipe one down. read more

123 Pho - Rare steak pho (extra green onion upon request) - Vietnamese Near Me - Long Beach, California

Amazing food. Every time I'm in Long Beach I go there for banh mi. It's a modern Vietnamese restaurant, very casual and ideal for lunch time. Their pork belly bao buns are out of this world. I definitely recommend them. They also offer delivery and pickup. If you're downtown Long Beach and looking for good Vietnamese, make sure you give 123Pho a try! read more

We live in Downtown Long Beach, and this is a fabulous place for Pho. During COVID, I order my food online on Yelp, and then my boyfriend picks up the order. It always is very smooth, and they always get the food right. Their broth is really delicious. I always get the Brisket Pho, my boyfriend gets the Chicken Pho, and we also love their Vege Egg Rolls. We always tip because the workers all work hard at this place. read more

I ordered the Egg Roll (Pork and Cheese), Vermicelli Roll (Lemongrass Chicken) and Pho (Meat Combo with Beef and Chicken Broth). The appetizers- the egg rolls- were ridiculously amazing. One of the best egg rolls I ever had and I don't even like egg rolls generally. The Vermicelli Rolls were unlike anything I ever seen. It was very fragile but so tasty. With the egg rolls, I expected the pho to exceed my expectations as well but it was ok. I found the chicken very dry. As for the service, for a casual restaurant, it was great. The cashier repeatedly checked on us for water and anything we needed and happily fulfilled our request. I would definitely recommend a try. read more
