We recently went there with high hopes based on the positive reviews. But..what a disappointment. The steamed buns had hardly any filling, they did not look nearly as good as the images posted by other reviewers, and they all stuck to the metal serving thing that they were served on and therefore all fell apart when removing them. The tacos were dry and tasteless, again with hardly any filling, no sauce, no beans, rice etc..not worth $14. The burger was not as described on the menu, was sitting in a pool of liquid/grease so that when picking it up, the entire bottom bun fell apart. The fries did not taste freshly made, were barely luke warm and all the pointy end pieces. Not a lot of fries at all and none were longer than 1 inch. The Ruben was thin without much meat. After spending almost $100 for dinner, especially when it was not busy at all, it was a major disappointment. Will not return. read more

Just opened up last January and finally got to go there the onther night with family & friends. Fantastic food and great service. We got the steamed buns and loaded fries to start with. I had the beast burger with sweet poatoe fries and it was huge, needed to take half home with me. Server suggested to dip the fries in honey (which I had never done before) and he was spot on. My wife got the shrimp tacos. They were a bit too spicy for her, but she does have some issue with spice overall. Nice restaurant but need to do some serious work on their identity. Is it a dive bar? Is it a fancy restaurant? LOUD bar noise level and atmosphere. Almost have to yell to communicate, but then you have premium prices on small portions for specialty menu items. 2 shrimp and 3 scallops is a snack... not a meal. Meanwhile I noticed the much cheaper burger/sandwich option was a generous portion with a ton of fries. It's so annoying when you're playing guessing games with menus. Great dinner spot! The charcuterie was tasty and the drinks are on par with other places. Had a delicious steak special. The seats were somewhat uncomfortable and the space is very large and open, not very intimate. However, it's worth it for a nice place to meet up with friends. read more

Fantastic food! My family and I have gone here twice now since it has opened. Mark was our waiter both times. Very professional and courteous! They have a reasonably priced kids menu. My first visit I had the Skirt Steak with Chimichurri sauce, then the second time the 113 Burger. Both were amazing. The appetizers are amazing (Stuffed Jalapeño Peppers and Pountine). Drinks are well prepared and worth the price. Wife has had the steak tacos both times we went. Great to have a place like this in Oswego, IL! Perfect place to celebrate or date night. I went here yesterday with my girlfriend for the first time, the food was delicious but the service wasn't the best at all. We got our food pretty fast but then the waiter never came back to our table. I wouldn't mind it at all but when my drink is empty for the whole meal and our waiter is walking by the whole time helping other tables but never helped us, she even looked at my glass that was empty as she walked by to go to another table to ask them if they need anything. This place was amazing. Came here for brunch with family and enjoyed the bottomless mimosas, shrimp and grits and the chicken wings. The owner and his wife are very polite and welcoming. My sister and I went here on Thursday. Staff was super friendly and nice. The nachos were good and the Mac n cheese wasn't bad. However, the carne asada tacos were atrocious. They only used one shell for each taco so they fell apart here and there. And I bit into the largest chunk of fat in the meat. That ruined my appetite. My wife and I were very excited to try this place out. She is a nurse and works on Valentine's Day, so we celebrated early. For starters, Dimitri was our server and was . Plenty attentive and kind, he made our experience enjoyable. For cocktails, we got the spicy margarita (could use slightly more heat) and the Ms. Armstrong (a light, elderflower & mint Prosecco drink). Would recommend asking for a straw to stir the Ms. Armstrong as you drink it, as the delicious flavors tend to sink to the bottom! For appetizers, we got the "world famous" steamed buns - absolutely wonderful flavors that live up to the hype! Finally, for our entrees, we ordered the 8oz filet mignon and scallops & risotto. My wife has a mushroom allergy, and they were happy to accommodate her and have the risotto made without mushrooms. We went to 113 last night, it was the worst overall experience that we have had there. First, my glass of water split in half while sitting on the table. Mind you half the glass was on the table, the other half on the floor. Then the waitress asked us if we were traumatized by water? How about NO we are not traumatized by the water but my wife and I are uncomfortable due to our clothes getting a soaking or not to mention the iPhone that was drenched on the table. Then the manager comes over to apologize and offers a free appetizer that never came. Lastly after our meal was over it took the waitress 30 minutes to check on us and ask if we're done while the whole time she was in the back conversing with the other waitress. I know this because our table was back by the entry to the back and we could hear their conversation. Maybe it was a full moon, not sure but it was the worst experience we have ever had in that establishment. read more
