Be careful. They try to round your change when you pay cash to the nearest dollar in their favor. Instead of them eating the $0.09, they tried to keep my $0.91. I asked for my change and the said they don't give change and their policy is to round up to the nearest dollar. I asked so I don't get my $0.91? The waitress straight up said "I guess not ". I asked for the manager and the waitress came back with a dollar for me. The manager never came to talk to me. That's a scumbag move. read more

4 stars. The food is really good. The service was great. I got a burger with the egg on it and if I was a fan of bacon jam, I'd probably love it. The quality of burgers were really good. The wife got a steak sandwich and I wasn't a huge fan because it was a little fatty. Cheese curds were also good The price of this place is probably lower than most restaurants but no more than equal. Everything is expensive now with inflation so the prices here aren't so bad as long as you don't think it's 2015. I have been to this place before and the food was great the first time I was here a few months before. If you come here for burgers and get a burger you'll know you will like, you will not be disappointed. If you're a drinker they look like they have great drinks. I just got a Miller lite and the prices of that were right on par with every other place. In conclusion, go support this business. Steak sandwich was fatty and I'd pay more for a better quality of steak but the burgers were amazing. Everything else we had here was great read more

Gave this a try in spite of the reviews on here and am glad we did. I saw zero signs of racist behavior and just mild patriotism. Interesting decor to check out. We tried the cheese curds and pretzels and both were hot and tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meals we had the steak sandwich the mother clucker, a shroom burger, and a Mac n cheese kids meal with a. Side salad. The sweet potato fries with bbq sauce were so worth the extra charge, they were hot and crispy waffle fries. Side salads were nice and full of toppings and we particularly liked their thousand island dressing. I definitely recommend. Families should probably aim for earlier dinners here. read more

We had reservations and when we walked in, there was a DJ that played so loud we couldn't tell the guy at the front desk anything without yelling it to him and his ear. There were plenty of tables open and he said hold on a minute and then he went away and never came back so we left. read more

Came after an event. Everyone in the bar was loud and drunk. Our server couldn't get our orders right. The final straw was when the server added an automatic 20% tip for a table of 5. People were also vaping weed inside the establishment and we had a baby with us. We love coming to this establishment but after this experience don't think we'll come back if it's going to be like this. read more

Honestly, I was hoping I would love this place. We placed a simple order, 2 burgers, 2 appetizers. The burgers were a good size, however tasteless. Toppings were awful and poor quality. The fried pickles were soggy and the shrimp tasted like we were dipping it in mayonnaise. I honestly wanted to love this place but $70 for awful food is just terrible. I am going to start off by saying that they were not busy when we arrived and ordered our food, so "busy" or "understaffed" were not factors in this story. We were told to pick a seat, but then forgotten about. After 15 minutes I got up and searched the hostess stand for a menu. After another 15 minutes the server asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered 2 $6 Wed cheese burger special. The server said it came with lettuce, tomato and onion on the side served with fries. I asked if I could get the broccoli mentioned on the menu instead. She said yes. 45 minutes later she brings the burgers and walks off. The burgers were plain, no lettuce etc, it was clearly not on the side as she said and I was given green beans. For some time we tried to get her attention. We finally flagged her down and ask for lettuce, etc. She said "Oh, they're not on the burgers?" Which was odd because she told us those things were on the side and not put on the burgers. I asked about the broccoli and she said they didn't have any, this is what they have. I didn't ask her this, but was wondering why I was not informed and asked if that was ok. She goes off and does several other things before telling the kitchen about our lettuce, tomato, onion situation. 10 minutes later someone else brings the fixings. Finally, we get to eat. The burgers are lukewarm, but whatever, we were hungry. If they taste good, no big deal about the temperature. We are the type that if the food is good all is forgiven. Well, I have honestly cannot remember having a burger so awful. I think they boiled them in water with no seasoning. I am not being sarcastic. This burgers were grey, dense/hard, dry, and oddly chewy/grainy. I cannot adequately explain the texture. I tried to choke the burger down by using water to swallow the parts that I could not chew, the rest I had to spit out into a napkin. The green beans were clearly frozen, which is fine, but then just heated up so they where tough and rubbery. So, at this point we just wanted to leave. Being that the burgers were only $6 each we weren't going to make a fuss. We just wanted to pay and go. We asked for our bill and a to go container. We waited. We had to flag her down and ask again after 10 minutes. We waited yet another 10 minutes for it. We ended up going to Portillo's for the rest of our meal. On top of all of this, no employees were wearing masks. Our server would get within one foot of everyone's face when talking to them - not an exaggeration. The woman from the kitchen who brought out the missing fixings, also unmasked, got right down into my face and reached across me when she placed them on the table. There is no sign on the door about masks. This is clearly a no-mask zone - all the way down to the "merica" sign on the wall and the confederate-referencing black american flags on their uniform t-shirts. So, bottom line -- really bad food, slow and neglectful service, and no regard for public health. read more

Went here with my girlfriend and 2 of her family members for lunch, 3 of us had chicken and my gf had a steak (lousy), the next day I had a horrible fever and was vomiting/having brutal diarrhea, while she was fine, turns out her family members both got sick as well,I had to take the day off work and lose out on over a hundred dollars, which really sucks because I'm a type 1 diabetic and my diabetes supplies are criminally expensive, so I called the next day, when I told the girl on the phone that we had gotten food poisoning, she said thats hard to prove and that she hadn't heard anything of an outbreak, which let me know they weren't going to do anything for me, I also asked for my money back, she said she'll have to talk to the owner and will call me back, suprise surprise she didn't, so not only did I pay to get sick, I also lost out on a day's pay, they literally don't care that they're making people sick, stay away from this dump read more

Sat down with my boyfriend and teenage son after a super long day of multiple band concerts wanting to try this place for the first time because the menu looked good from reading it online. well, after seating ourselves, like the sign said to, we did not get greeted, no menus, no offer for drinks, nothing. After 35mins of waiting we see another group of people walk-in and sit down and get greeted with menus, the waitress was nowhere in sight after that and when i went to the bar the bartender was not in sight either, so after being there for 40mins without talking to a single staff member we walked out. I called and asked for the owner or manager, neither are there and I was given apologies and a bad excuse for us being ignored. Not a family place at all and just a bar i guess, cause only those without underage kids were getting service in the 40mins we were there. Yes, there was another table there with kids that had empty cups the whole time we were there, but everybody with alcohol had a full or half full drink. read more
