I came out to eat to relax with my husband and enjoy dinner outside while it is still warm enough to do so. My husband ordered the steak salad as he had it last time and loved it. The steak was a bit tough and difficult to eat. We brought it to the manager's attention and it was quickly replaced by a very tender and flavorful steak. The staff was so professional, polite and efficient. I had the fig and prosciutto flat beard which was delicious and satisfying. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Sometimes a cut of meat is not always on the mark. However, how it gets handle can make or break your evening. This restaurant is definitely a gem!! read more

Had a fantastic time at 110 Grill. My friends and I were met at the door with a great vibes and wonderful ambiance of the restaurant. Drink and the food were great along with soothing music. Our waitress as Chazmen, who was attentive to our table, and friendly towards our table. I would defiantly recommend going to this restaurant as it's a bit different from the other restaurant in Worcester. read more

110 Grill - New American Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

My family and I were staying at the AC hotel and since the 110 Grill was right on the property we decided to have drinks and dinner. We were meeting friends so we sat at the bar. Ordered drinks then dinner. Wife had BBQ chicken salad and I had the BBQ Mac and cheese. Place was busy so food took a while to come out. My entree was luke warm. Kids came in later and sat at table behind us. They ordered the chicken tenders with fries. When we got the bill for the kids food it was $20 for their entree. I looked on the menu and only saw the kids chicken tenders which was only $8. No full size tender order on the menu. How can you have a $12 up charge for a full entree when it's not even listed on the menu. The female servers behind the bar were friendly, however, one of the wait staff was not sure how to divide a check by 3. Finally, the male server behind the bar dropped glasses on the floor twice and made a lame attempt at cleaning up. I think he also dropped plates as he was heading into the kitchen. Overall not a great experience and would not recommend in the future. read more

This place is a great place to get a nice steak! The service is always excellent as well! I would recommend this place to everyone for a fine steak cooked just the way you like it! read more

Very nice atmosphere, a little on the pricer side but it was worth the amount of food I received. Everything came out hot and fresh and the server was very attentive. Good job guys read more

We ate there saturday afternoon I wanted to be able to say wow when we left the patio was great the waitress and service was excellent we had 5 appetizers for the most part they were underwellming nothing to write home about the meals for the most part was average 2 of the people did have the meatloaf and said it was good.a little pricey for what it is 5 of us with no alcohol or not including the tip or no dessert 189.00.again because the atmosphere and service were top notch I will give it another try read more

Great food, Great Service!!! Thanks to Chazmine, my experience here was great! Keep up the great work!!

I calked for a reservation for 10 people on the patio. They took the reservation but said patio is first come first serve. It's a nice space and the chairs were dry from the earlier rain. We got to the restaurant early and they were eight chairs at our table. The waitress said she told was called in to help, so figured they were short staffed. We ordered waters, ice tea and lemonade and it was a 10 minute wait. We ordered standard fare of burgers and salads and a turkey burger. 15 minutes later the waitress says they didn't have the turkey burger. So my friend ordered a 110 burger with avocado. 20 minutes later they came back to say it's there's no avocado. Not a problem, just a standard burger. The food arrives for nine people. We tried to wait for our friend but her food didn't arrive. We finally start eating. We finish our meals and decide to order dessert as our friend is still waiting for her burger. We asked the waitress for a dessert menu. Our friend finally gets her burger and the wait staff said her order was lost and they had to remake it. About 15 minutes later my friend has finished her burger and then the waitress came over and asked if we wanted to order dessert. We asked for 2 bills to make it easy, Waiting another 10 minutes. We paid with two credit cards and gave the waitress our parking tickets to be validated. We wait another 10 minutes for her to return. I pay one bill and she tells us she lost one of the parking tickets on the way back to the table. She told us we have 15 minutes to get out of the garage as they will only validate up to three hours. Our reservation was at 7:15 PM. We showed up at 7 PM and it was after 9:40 pm by the time we could leave. We had 10 people in the party and we ordered takeout food for three more people. It took over 2 1/2 hours. I ordered the cure burger and it was delicious. I will order food here again, but I'll get take out instead to avoid the very slow service. read more

Great food and great service! Emily was an awesome sever and took great care of us all night! Can't wait to go back!

Great food, nice outdoor seating and a great location. Our server Kayla was very attentive and a great conversation. Will come back again !

Alex was a great server asked for the ice after the martini was made he shook it at the table and left the ice in a second glass. Can't tell you how many times the server has messed up when I asked for the shaker ice. Got the house made turkey burger. 10 our if 10!! As a non beef eater I've had many turkey burgers can be dry or tasteless but not here. It was so good there may be butter involved! Frequent visitor from California so this will be added to my regular stops. Only problem is should I try the house made salmon burger or stick with a sure thing next time! read more

JUSTINE IS SO GREAT. I had the shrimp and clam linguini, my friends had the steak salad and salmon Cobb salad. We all loved our entrees and made a couple substitutions that they were happy to oblige. Will be back! read more

Met a business associate here for lunch, and was thoroughly impressed! My associate had fish and chips which she enjoyed very much, and I had a beat salad with shrimp that was outstanding! Our server Emily was excellent! Look forward to going for dinner! read more

Have never walked out of a restaurant until now, last Saturday night, 9/8/18. Rude and unprofessional bartender. He moved with no urgency or ability to facilitate a large bar, totally lacking ability to multitask as well as basic customer service pleasantries. Unfortunately, the interactions of the stellar host would not bring me back to spend any money that might go to that tool of a bartender. read more

Honestly I was excited to come to this restaurant because it seemed like it was going to have a wonderful atmosphere... So, I will just start by saying that the food is good and Sophia our waitress is the reason they are even receiving one star(besides the fact that you can't give zero stars)...My boyfriend and I walked in and immediately I could tell that one of the two hosts had an issue with us. But I let it go, until she walked us by several open booths to the back corner of a party room in between two loud parties...so I ask for a booth and she looks at me as if I have ten heads and with an attitude brings us to a booth. Because I could sense her annoyance I asked if it was a problem and of course with an attitude she replied with a bothered "No". She seemed shocked honestly that I would have the audacity to want to enjoy a date with my boyfriend not in the middle of several loud parties....I write this because I hope the next time this host comes in contact with a couple/group of people she's not particularly fond of OR if she is having a bad day (because that happens to the best of us) that she may put that to the side and treat others how she would like to be treated. I do not wish for her to lose her job but to just be more aware of her actions...again had Sophia not been so kind we definitely would have left immediately.... read more

First time here, had Tenacious (teetoo) as our waiter, super charismatic. Got a burger with bacon and maple barbeque sauce and onion strings. Server suggested we add the strings into the burger. Pleasantly surprised. Also had the meatloaf which was quite enjoyable. Interior was also pretty cute, bathrooms clean. read more

We were told we would be seated in 10 minutes. First drink came an hour and 20 minutes later... AWFUL experience. Awful service.

Quick, friendly customer service. Waitress was Chaz, SUPER mindful and made sure we were taken care of. I had Cajun swordfish and it was great! read more

We were met with a no-nonsense waitress who had no problem walking right up and interrupting the table any time she approached us. It was like we were there to dine on her time. Appetizer antipasto was so good but our entrees came 5 minutes after the antipasto. She didn't time the food at all. One in our party finished his entree and she whisked away the plate and fork, even though we were all still finishing the app. He had to ask for another one back from her. She cleared the check quickly and made every attempt to turn the table quickly. As for the food, it was just ok. The ahi tuna was not sushi grade so I don't recommend it. Overall, not impressed and I won't be back. read more

I stayed with my wife at the AC Hotel next door and ate two meals at 110. We are from Northern California and consider ourselves "foodies." We had two great meals at 110. Great wine selection and every dish we had was well prepared and delicious. Plus the service was terrific. I don't know if we caught everyone in a good mood, but they entire staff was fun and engaging. The restaurant manager Tim made it a point to welcome us and made sure everything was to our liking. He made our meals not only delicious but fun. Strong recommend for when you're in Worcester. And make sure you find Tim. read more

Have frequented 110 Grill many times but wanted to write a quick review. The food is consistent and the drinks are just as good. Last night the service was great, Carley greeted us with a smile and a positive attitude. She was very attentive and we appreciated her sense of humor. We would usually sit at the bar, but when we go back we will request a table and ask for Carley's section. read more

Have been here twice when visiting from out of town. In an effort to be healthy, I got a salad both times - the brussel sprout salad and the seasonal. They were both amazing. Lots of other options on the menu that looked delicious. read more

Food was great ; service was great and most of all Shivani was absolutely the best . Super attentive and explained all the various options.

Thank you! Having been in the food and hospitality industry for many years my expectations have increasingly been getting low. I am always looking for new places to eat that offers something a little different, you managed to wow me this evening. Our sever Alex was on her game. Being Valentine's Day I expected it to be busy and it was. Alex made sure to be very attentive without being annoying she explained the specials and even suggested a few things. I thoroughly enjoyed the crab dip, and the lobster bisque my guest said the chicken wings were the best he ever had (he loves wings), our entrees were both also exceptional I had the lobster ravioli he had the filet. All suggested by Alex. For a chain restaurant kudos to you guys got it right. I look forward to going back. read more

Before I say why I gave two stars, let me give my compliments about the restaurant chain itself. First time I came to 110 grill was in Marlborough MA. All of the staff was awesome! Accommodated my gluten allergy, made sure our order was how we wanted it. As I'm sitting here at the 110 grill 7:00pm on a Monday in Worcester, there's a completely different experience happening. Waiter called me sir by accident, thought that was funny. He was very apologetic. Ordered garlic Parmesan wings which were amazing. It wasn't until I started watching the cooks. No gloves, touching their faces and arms and grabbing bread out of the oven with no gloves or tongs. This is why I gave two stars. I've been to many of these restaurants and have seen never seen anything unsanitary. ESPECIALLY since they're cooking right in front of you. I'm very displeased by it. One cook with a lot of tattoos and one single ear bud In constantly touched food without gloves and who I'm assuming is the assistant manager (tall, solid guy in a blue sweater) constantly did the same thing. Even touched his face and grabbed bread out of the oven. I will honestly not come back here after watching it first hand. I wanted to call them out but it's not place since the Manager (tall bald guy with a blue checkered shirt) watched this happen. I'm thankful that they had gloves on when prepping our food. Very displease and disappointed...and I just saw the tattoo girl sneeze without covering and then sprinkle cheese on a meal being prepped read more

BBQ CHICKEN NACHOS ARE A MUST HAVE. Emily is a pretty cool waitress. Super kind, seems like she loves her job and works hard to give exceptional customer service. BUT there is one big reason why I am giving 110 Grill 2 stars. All of my friends and I got different entrees and ALLLL of them were super under-seasoned. It tasted like they boiled everything and put on a plate with a sprinkle of salt. My friends and I had to dump loads of pepper and table salt to adjust it and make it somewhat okay tasting. Even the tarar sauce couldn't fix what they have ruined. It's a nice place, luxurious feel, makes you feel like a billionaire even though your just downtown Worcester. Food service was also a little slow. But the prices are outrageous and if you're willing to pay almost $18 for bland fish and chips, be my guest. But I like seasoned food. read more

Amazing food!!! Gluten free menu is extensive. I had the GF fried pickles (had to pass them up last week at a bar with friends because they weren't GF) and GF chicken piccata. So good. My husband is not GF and really loved his meal also. Alex was a great waiter. read more

Stopped in for dinner and the service was great. Loved the atmosphere and Taylor, who was behind the bar made the best martini,s! Food didn't disappoint either, Great place all around, read more

NOT A FAN. Ambiance & atmosphere is great. You feel like you're in a very classy place, not Worcester. Hosting staff greets you immediately. We were brought to our table & left there for about 30 minutes before asked what we'd like to drink. We were also starving so we asked for bread we saw another table eating since we weren't given any, took another 20 minutes because they said they were "making it fresh", however when we got it, it wasn't hot and barely warm. For appetizers, we got the crispy shrimp, fried pickles & buffalo chicken flat bread. Fried pickles were good, basic & small portion. The shrimp was terrible. It was jumbo sized, barely tempura'd & was so fishy. The flat bread also wasn't good, the dough was stale like & chicken had no taste. For our main entrees, 5 people got steak tips which they all enjoyed. Myself & 1 other got the cod, again super fishy & bla. The mashed potatoes tasted funny & Brussel sprouts had 0 taste. Also at this time my husband asked for another beer prior to getting his dinner. He was finished with dinner before it came. Over all, not impressed for what it was hyped up to be. We didn't even look at the desert menu. read more

Enjoyed a great date night here. The atmosphere is hip and fun. Nicely decorated. The menu had lots of good options and interesting, tasty sounding specials. Artichoke bread bowl was yummy. I had the NY sirloin. It was perfectly cooked and tender. Hubby has the steak tips and corn risotto which was also very good. Worth the money for sure. Parking was a breeze... under the street and right outside the door of the restaurant. We would definitely come back! read more

Food was OK. Burger not a lot of flavor and the fish&chips was fine but much better out there. The whole made from scratch sustainable etc. etc. is a bit pretentious should concentrate wine taste and quality. I don't mind paying the price if I walk away saying that was delicious. read more

Love this place, great food great vibes. Our waitress Chazmine was quick, efficient, and so sweet. 10/10 recommend !!!
