Thank you, Felicia! She did such a great job with our large group. Was super friendly and took care of our drink/food orders with easy. So welcoming and did great with our splitting of the bill 10/10! read more

Two days later my boyfriend is still talking about the swordfish Wilmer made. He said it was the best in his entire life and would make it his last meal. Weird compliment but I honestly can't think of any better than that. The wait staff is amazing and so allergy friendly read more

Though it took a few minutes for the host team to seat us, they were pleasant and well-organized. But the front dining room (which includes the bar) was very noisy. We requested to be seated in the back dining room which had a more reasonably ambient noise level, and they were happy to accommodate. My dining companion enjoyed her glass of red wine, but my maple bacon manhattan was underwhelming - the outside of the glass was littered with overcooked bits of bacon and smeared with maple, while the beverage had less flavor than usual, not more - this is likely because they bring the shaker table-side. While fun and whimsical, this leaves the beverage sitting in ice for a while before being shaken. The margherita flatbread was decidedly overcooked - the edges were nearly blackened. The stroganoff spaetzle was tasty enough but not immensely so. And the bread served with the meal was clearly par-baked elsewhere by a machine, while its compound butter companion was oversalted. The service was good, so I would go back if necessary, but it's far from my top choice of Worcester semi-fine dining or regional chains. read more

I came here for lunch with my coworkers after a retreat. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the food and did not have a good experience. The waiter was friendly but the food was simply not good. I feel like the menu is trying to do too much... Mexican, Italian, Asian, American, etc. I got the vegetarian stir fry and it not appetizing. The flavors didn't blend well but I was so hungry and don't like wasting food so I ate most of it, but it wasn't enjoyable. If I ever happen to go back, I'd stick with an American dish, as I think that's what they may do best. I just feel like they're trying to cater to too many tastes that nothing ends up being that great... read more

The food was excellent! The portions were large enough and the prices were reasonable even for Worcester. It's a good spot in an upcoming area and I would recommend anyone to try it at least once. read more

Update: They apologized and sent us a gift card for next time. The apology was very nice and right away and said they would use the review to help train the staff and give them feedback . Can't really rate the new experience because we haven't gone yet but they did the right thing. Parts of original review below: Don't bother making a reservation. We made a 6:45 reservation for the night of a concert knowing it would be busy everywhere. That way we could eat quick and get to the show on time at dcu center. They told us when we checked in that they just needed to clear our table and we would be sat right away. I was skeptical when I saw about 15-20 other people waiting in the entryway. If you're running way behind on reservations just be honest. Don't lie and act like it's fine and mess everyone up by having us stand around for a half hour. Give us the option to leave and grab a piece of pizza somewhere else. Don't worry. Even though we said we were leaving at 7:15, they texted us a 7:45 to let us know the table was ready. An hour after our reservation. Of course it was. The concert we were going to across the street started at 7:30 and everyone left. read more

The family & I always hit 110 grill, great food at a local spot area, great environment for both friends and family. The kids & I love their food every time we go!! Firecracker shrimp my favorite App, & my salmon relish!! Service overall always good from location to location. My latest visit on 2/21 awesome per usual! Even though Brianna was very busy she still managed to give great service, very friendly & she's a doll. We will be back read more

The 110 Grill was was very expensive and not worth it!!! I don't usually bash people and places like this but it cost us a considerable amount of money for a burnt grilled cheese, a tough ribeye, $9.00 for 2 minute made lemonades and poor service!!!! I never expect everything to be perfect, but I had to ask for everything!!!! Not once did she check on our table, even though she was actively working and checking her other tables and I know that because a couple of them were right next to ours! As she walked by, she didn't even look our way. And twice continued walking after saying excuse me fairly loudly! Not much else I can say, just plain disappointed!!!! She missed out out as well, because we are very good tippers 25 to 30 percent, cash!!!! A manager never made it to the table either. We just got tired of waiting, and it's not my job to chase everyone down and fix everything!!! It's a nice looking place, it could have been a nice experience, but it sure wasn't!!!!! read more

I had an amazing time at the 110 grill just last night, I couldn't make up my mind between which was better... the food or the service.. my servers name was Lisa and I have to say she did a spectacular job, very nice, we had some great conversations and she just was overall all a 5/5 waitress. Before we got the food we already made the decision of returning that's how great her service was. Most importantly, this place is amazing for anyone who has food allergies. Their manager brings out the allergy and they take it very serious there. They've got so many choices... their food is fresh, not frozen which makes it extra delicious. Love this place and will be back as soon as possible. Nothing is overpriced, the price is perfect not too much for a great meal... thank you LISA for making our night, we definitely will be back !! read more

Visited the Grill 110 in Worcester for the first time on a Friday night. Loved the ambiance. Great food and fast service. Ricardo in particular was fantastic. Really great customer service from him. This location should be very proud of his work. Honestly such a pleasure to have as our server! I highly recommend visiting this location if you're looking for a nice night out on the town! read more

Had another great meal at 110 this past week with 3 friends. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday night but only briefly had to wait. The bartenders were quick to get us a drink while we waited. The service was much better than when we came when the place first opened. As a table we had the fried pickles and the chorizo tots, both were fantastic. I tried the gnocchi chicken piccata which was to die for! My two favorite things imagined together- who would have thought! Can't wait to return. read more

I love 110. Never fails to disappoint with their steak tips and side salad. My friend ordered the chicken piccata with gnocchi. Delicious food with awesome drinks! Wait staff were wonderful and the manager made sure to ask us how we were doing. Definitely returning. read more

Never seen such a focus on making things right and comfortable. Happy to see a Statler Chicken on menu again and it's amazing! Staff still strong as always and able to give you whatever you want to order, don't tell them I told you but, they go out of their way to give you what you desire, even off menu! Joe, Kyle, Sean, are definitely professional old school hospitality pros. read more

Super happy I came to check out this place. Before I came in I knew exactly what I wanted to order; the chimichurri steak fries. The servers were so nice. I got a glass of pulp beer to wash down the steak and fries. The chimichurri was soooooo tasty. I make my own chimichurri at home and was so pleased of how great it tasted at 110 grill. I'm not from the area, but I definitely recommend checking this place out!! read more

As close to average as you can get. Good beer selection, and bar tenders are usually pretty nice. But the food is overpriced for what it is and they miss on some basics like the flatbreads (very light on the toppings) and meatloaf (just don't order it). Nevertheless it's usually pretty crowded on the weekends so their kitchen and wait staff have a tough time keeping up. Expect long waits to sit, to get drinks, to get your food, and to get your check. The patio and fire pit are really nice in the summer/fall. read more

stopped by as party of one at 8:30pm with closing at 9 on a Wednesday night. Apparently the manager and chefs had mentally checked out. My nachos were thrown together with a squirt of BBQ sauce on one side, cheese sauce on another and a handful of corn under the corn chips. Very obvious the chef just wanted to go home. The manager (I think that was who it was) was cursing loudly at the staff. My waitress was attentive & the wine pour adequate otherwise so that's why it is 2 stars instead of 1. A whole group of men were coming in & out the front door several times looking perturbed. If you're looking for expensive frat house dining on a Wednesday night, this is the place to go. read more

We had a wonderful lunch at the 110 Grill today. Lobster rolls were incredible and our server was fantastic... I believe her name was Tatum.

Great food, great service and a great place to bring the family. The prices are bit high but for the quality of the food it's worth it!! Staff was super friendly and very attentive. We made reservations but arrived about 15 minutes early and were seated right away which was great! We ordered 2 of the the chimichuri steak and fries, a salmon plate, one steak with broccoli, Mac n cheese with pulled pork and the mini sliders for the little one. All came out great and didn't have a long wait at all. Will definitely be going back many times! read more

110 Grill @ Worcester is probably one of the best one yet that I have come across. I would have given a 5 star but the waitress forgot my beer and my wife already had her drink. However the food at this Worcester place is definitely different and more fresh than any other location. Loved the over all experience. I don't live nearby else I would have preferred this location over any other location. read more

I am choosing to cut the servers face out since it is very obvious that they aren't doing there job. How is it ever ok to play with your phone in front of guests! I dined here tonight and I was treated to a show of incompetence. At least three servers came to our table and we actually had to ask who our server really was. I understand teamwork but you need to know what each person is saying to the table. One apologized for not greeting us sooner when we had already given our order to someone else. I felt like it was supposed to be his table in rotation but since he was elsewhere someone else helped us and kept the table. ( as she should of since we had our drink and food order ready by the time she got there) I was extremely disappointed to see the servers cleaning up without masks on!! Why should the time matter when you still have 5 tables in the restaurant! Also they we LOUDLY talking about how the cocktail they just drank was making them sweat!! Where are your managers!! How is this ok? I have dined at several 110's and this was horrible! The food was obviously sitting in the window for awhile and I was overall extremely disappointed. read more

I attended 110 grill for an end of the year staff gathering / retirement party. This was planned ahead for 15-20 people. During our time at the restaurant the service was slow and the bar options available were deplorable: ran out of Corona, Tangueray, Jack Daniels, and white rum. White rum was featured in specialty mixed drinks and when it was not available it was replaced with Malibu without discussion with patrons. Staff was less than apologetic and given a large number of patrons were expected at least 1wk in advance and the service was still piss poor read more

Wife and I ventured downtown for first time to get a feel for the " new" Worcester and was very pleased to say that things have certainly improved- quite a bit. We're a bit long in the tooth but know a pretty hip vibe when we see it. We sat outside on a beautiful night which surely enhanced our dining experience. The diverse mix of people over the Memorial Day weekend was exhilarating. We had both decided on fish , but amazingly they were completely out. We ended up getting a turkey burger and a hamburger. Both were quite tasty as were our drinks. The sweet potato fries were acceptable. Our waitress was lovely and we'll definitely return. Hopefully they'll have fish by then:) read more

I had dinner with my girlfriend at 110 recently, Lexi was our server. She was quick and answered all our questions about allergies easily. Our meals were great and the steak was cooked perfectly. Would dine here again read more

Our first bad experience at 110 Grill. Our meals were very good but service was painfully slow at every turn - waiting for drinks ( "sorry, we ran out of beer mugs"), waiting for meals, waiting for the check, etc. I should have known at the outset when we were greeted by a snippy host. I don't know if this chain has just grown too quickly to maintain their quality or if it's a pandemic thing but they need to get their act together. read more

I am not sure what was wrong there last night, but we had a pretty disappointing experience. The staff really tried, but things went wrong on many levels. We ordered one of the flatbreads as an appetizer, which came out rather quickly, but it wasn't until all of our entrees were served that we actually got utensils. And the utensils were presented wet, without a napkin. Food: We ordered steak tips medium (they came well done and dry), chimichurri steak medium (which also came very well done), and a grilled salmon as protein on a kale salad (which came undercooked sushi grade). The kitchen managed to deliver the other two dishes - a chicken cordon bleu sandwich and pulled pork mac&cheese - as expected. Check: The itemized check showed $192.60 - when they ran the credit card (which took surprisingly long to do), it showed $196.35 - not sure what happened there. At that point, we gave up on the restaurant. Maybe this is the new normal with tough times to get qualified kitchen and wait staff. But the restaurant wasn't even at capacity and the management didn't do much either to explain or correct, which was disappointing. read more

Last night was extremely busy in Worcester. There were multiple big ticket shows within blocks of the 110 Grill. We had a reservation but due to the volume of diners we had to wait. The staff were great and did everything in their powers to accommodate. Unfortunately there were some obnoxious, entitled people (you know who you are blonde lady old enough to know better) literally hovering over the poor staff, even calling for the manager. I applaud the staff and manager for the professional way they handled these people and overcame the chaotic situation. The food was great and we made it to our show on time. We'll be back if only the thank the staff again. read more

Good, decidedly not great. It's a chain restaurant when you boil it all down, it's better than Applebys or Chili's but not that much better. I would recommend the grilled swordfish, the Cuban swordfish is really good. The salads are meh, the service is very good. But....at the end of the day this is just a chain restaurant so three stars is fair. read more
