With my 91 year old aunt in tow we searched for some restaurants in the area, and found a 110 Grill that was only a mike away. We followed the hostess, passed by a few empty booths, and were promptly shown to a table in between two fairly noisy groups of six. "Would it be possible to have one of those empty booths we just passed?" Voila, we were then seated in a both. Our pleasant waitress came by, and we placed our order right away. Then we waited. And waited... And waited some more. Finally the waitress came by, she could likely see us anxiously eyeing the kitchen, and probably worried we would attack the the next plate of food that we saw. She must have sensed that we needed a modicum of hope for future nourishment. She said, "you're the next ticket and the food should be coming right up." Good news - it arrived in about 5 minutes. * Cheeseburger: Ordered medium (pink in the middle) arrived well done. * Reuben: Too much sauerkraut. One diner liked it and one disliked it. * Turkey burger: Not bad. * French Fry Side #1: Warm and pretty good * French Fry Side #2: Overcooked, the fries were actually hard. * Sweet Potato Fry Side #3: Tasty but limp Because of the wait time and since the cheeseburger was overdone, the waitress removed that item from the bill. Overall, I'd rate the food three stars and the service wait time one star. Thus, a two star review. We'll think twice before going back to a 110 Grill, and definitely won't return to this location. read more

I was so excited to find somewhere to order feom that had gluten free options. I ordered the fish and chips and this. This is what was delivered to my house... It was wet, soggy and cold. It looked like someone had eaten it and I was delivered the leftovers. I called to voice my concern and the 'manager' spoke over me the entire time and blamed DoorDash. I had lunch here with my family yesterday, my first time at any 110 Grill, and we all really enjoyed it. Group of 5, we made a reservation for 2:30 on a Saturday and were seated quickly. It wasn't very busy and there was ample parking. My mom and I both ordered a Raspberry Lemonade Sangria which was so good, quite sweet and citrusy and one drink had us tipsy! However I was disappointed they don't give the table bread, esp for a place that's a bit pricier than your average chain. For food we got the Shrimp Scampi (so fresh and yummy but they put this sad, untoasted, barely buttered white bread on the plate - it needs more love lol, 4/5), the Thai Sesame Salmon (cooked perfectly and had great flavor, even my picky grandma loved this, 5/5), the Wild Mushroom Ravioli (mom cleared her whole plate, another 5/5), a gluten-free Steak & Cheese (4/5), and a Cheeseburger (5/5). Portions were perfect! We also LOVED our server James, he was very friendly and funny, and he checked on us just enough during our meal. Recently had the occasion to visit 110 Grille Haverhill. Got there around 4:30P on a Monday...NOT busy at all. 2 at the bar, and 2 in a booth, plus my 2. Wife had the Pizza loved it. Split a salad, very good. I had the Steak Tips with Rice and Roasted Brussel Sprouts. VERY DISAPPOINTING. STEAK TIPS were terrible - VERY VERY Tough and Stringy. RICE was very gummy and stuck together. Sprouts were OK although seemed over cooked, or started frozen and weren't cooked properly. Oh also had a bottled Sam Adams - bottle seemed small - SHRINK FLATION - it was only 12 ounces. Server: Essence was very good. So overall - NOT GOOD - disappointing on lots of levels. Here's the bottom line: when you spend $100 for food, you expect it to be really good, not mediocre. I've been struggling with 110 for a few rounds now and this one might knock them off our list. I placed a pickup order around the corner from the Haverhill 110. The food was not ready when I arrived, which is what my plan was... for hot food. Nevertheless, all the dishes were lukewarm. Onion rings, which is something they struggle with often, were greasy and inedible. Wife's fried fish, not properly cooked and lukewarm. Brussel sprouts, not seasoned. Pulled pork mac and cheese... Meh. The closest to success was the dessert. I didn't travel home with this food. I ate it in the parking lot! It didn't get cold and gross from travel. Again... if I was paying $30 to $50 that might be one thing, but this is not that. The one, good consistent thing for 110 is their service... always friendly and helpful. My family and I went to 110 Grill on New Year's Eve 2025 and we had a really poor experience. My mother in law is allergic to shrimp but for some reason they made us the shrimp appetizer. They fixed their mistake but when they brought the calamari to the table, we were informed that the calamari and shrimp were fried in the same oil. When we voiced concern, as my mother in law is seriously allergic to shrimp, the manager told us it will probably be okay and we were essentially given an eat at your own risk message. This was especially upsetting given the restaurant's clear messaging on promotional materials about being inclusive to those with food allergies. For the entree, my mother in law ordered salmon and the rice was hard like it had sat and the sauce was unusually spicy (we have tried that entree before and recommended it to her). My prime rib dinner had a side that I couldn't eat because of a garlic allergy. I was told I could swap my side for French fries but then my meal came out with the side I couldn't eat and I was told I couldn't substitute after all. My prime rib had a very small amount of sauce and again no seasoning, no salt whatsoever. Lastly, we were there for a total of 2 hours and 15 mins despite the restaurant not being busy. When we complained about our experience, the manager was defensive, and refused to admit any mistakes were made. However we did have a couple of items comped. I can take having a bad couple of dishes or a long wait, but the way our requests for food allergies were treated was really disappointing because we started going to 110 for their sensitivity and understanding of food allergies. I don't come here often, but every time I've come here, the food and service was decent, but not memorable. Same experience with the 110 Grill that's in Chelmsford. I've never had anything bad to say about it, but nothing great either. Recently, I've gone here and ordered one of their specials called Captain's Choice. it is described as "Coleslaw, Corn On The Cob, Old Bay Seasoned Fries And A Brioche Bun* Stuffed With Lobster" for $38. A lot of places have lobster rolls overflowing with lobster but I wasn't even expecting that. I was hoping for a decent one at least. When I got my lobster roll, I was pretty shocked. It's one of the saddest looking lobster rolls I've ever set eyes on. I didn't even think to take a picture of it because I was just in complete shock. Luckily, my daughter later informed me she had taken a picture of her food and caught mine in corner of her picture so I at least have something to show here. I wish I had taken a clearer, straight-on picture, but you get the idea. Keep in mind, the bun is already pretty tiny to begin with, then you get a couple of lettuce at the bottom and probably 2 very small pieces of lobster claw and change. The fact that I could see the bottom lettuce through the middle and various parts of the lobster roll tells it all. Hardly "stuffed with lobster" as they claim. One of those times where I just felt completely ripped off. Not to mention, the seasoned fries were just way over-salted. The service was also sub-par. While we got our apps put in pretty early, it took our server 10 minutes to circle back to get our main dishes in. There were other issues as well with some of my other family member's orders, which they were kind enough to correct and offer come complimentary items, but in general, the experience itself was just very horrible. Honestly, I'm such a big seafood person and I just couldn't get over how horrible the lobster roll was. It would've fine for $10 but for $38, I was expecting something decent. We went here after my daughter's graduation and it was great! The bang bang cauliflower and fried pickles are a must try! We had the fish and chips, steak tips and bbq chicken salad and it was all very good. I don't know where to begin. I call this place Disney food, it looks good, sounds good, but they can't execute. They try to come off like a high end restaurant but in the end are like Applebees. Tonight, table of 5....nothing was right and the server was horrendous. 1. "I'll start with a cup of clam chowder, and have the piccata and gnocchi for my meal" ended up getting both at the same time and the chowder was "broken." 2. Meals came out in less than 10 minutes, no time for apps. When asked about bread we were told they don't have bread but came out with what was literally sandwich bread toasted, and no butter. Didn't get silverware until a minute before the meal came. 3. Service was non existent 4. Gnocchis was so dense it couldn't have been real gnocchi? 5. "Beignets" were not traditional beignets they were fried with blueberries inside and the sauces were a cold lemon sauce that was so bitter it was straight up lemon juice and some blueberry compote. 6. $27 for a steak tip salad seems a little expensive for a salad that was not the serving size of a dinner salad. I've never liked this place y niece insists but after tonight I told her I will never go here again. 2 hours to flip a table for $184 is way to slow, our server was awful never came around I got one cocktail and one water through the whole meal. This new location in Malden is the spot! Ben our server went above and beyond and gave us great recommendations on what to eat. I would definitely come here again. My friend Gerdine had the 110 chimichurri steak with fries and it was delicious. Let me tell you, we actually started with the calamari one of my favorite it has this Asian sauce that is sweet and tangy and goes so well with the calamari. For my entree Ben suggested I order the Buffalo Flatbread and a half Cesar with salmon... BABY this was bomb.com. We tried 110 because it is always packed which usually means the restaurant is in high demand, hence excellent. Not what we experienced however. The food was very average to mediocre. d Decent appetizers, highlight of the meal. The protein was very fatty (lower quality cuts) for both my wife and my main dishes. My dish was very bland, good brussel sprout side though. My wife's was flavored thoroughly but terribly and undercooked. Kids had pasta with red sauce, it was luke warm and neither cared for it. Service was not really up to par (waiter didn't know what mineral water was, didn't offer specials or have any input on the menu to offer otherwise.) Very polite however and they were well staffed with food runners, so the food got to us efficiently. The dining room was LOUD... Then around 7 pm a television on the wall was turned on randomly? This place...wow, just wow are the portions small for the price!!! Both of us got the swordfish dinner. $26.00 each plus a tiny salad for another $6. Let THAT sink in! It was dry, overcooked...and small. Tasted good but that was because it was more like swordfish jerky... When the waiter asked how the food was, I said it was good but the fish was so thin and is that how it normally is? He said no. So I asked him to let management know and that I didn't want any money off but thought they should be aware. He said he would tell them. He comes back to the table and never apologized for the fish, never let me know if he told management, never offered a complimentary dessert or anything for that matter etc... For comparison, we went to Belle Isle seafood in Winthrop a few weeks ago...with a ocean view, airplanes flying right over which is super cool, and both got swordfish. That swordfish was $18.00 with 2 sides and three times as thick. I will never ever go back to any 110 grille...save your money and find another place. The view isn't even nice there. They literally have nothing to offer to justify their ridiculous prices and skimpy portions! I have my favorites from the menu. Their tomato soup is so delicious. The iceberg wedge with steak and toppings / makes everyone drool when they see it go by and they are right to. Overall Really tasty food. Good drinks. I like that they keep their staples but try to add new things to the menu to keep interest. Nice ambiance inside. Love the front patio with the flames for interest. I confess we tend to not go all the time. But when we do I always think- their food is so tasty and flavorful- it hands down beats the other restaurants in the area. Reasonable cost. Great parking. Never a problem with service. We came here on a Friday night and got right in - no waiting. The patio was closed but the fire pit was open with fire going- we stood out and enjoyed it for a few minutes before going in. The service was friendly and pleasant. Food- started off with cups of soups- which were tasty- warm not hot however. After another local restaurant (Pasta Loft in Hampstead NH) wouldn't take a reservation for 8 people on a Tuesday (big mistake- huge!) we had an amazing meal at 110 Grill who even asked if we needed any special seating (no high top) when they so kindly took our reservation. We did and thanked them for thinking to ask. They just could not have been more kind on the phone and clearly wanted us to come there. The food at 110 Grill was delicious as always, and our server Jessica was honestly perfect. The table was ready and easy to get to when we walked in, there was room for the walker so it was out of the way, they had non-alcoholic Sam Adams ON TAP for one of our party who was pleasantly surprised, and there was even live music. I hear the Moscow Mules and the Berry Pear drinks were delish (they must have been as more than one were ordered!), as were the 6 desserts. Thanks 110 Grill! Hands down for a small chain this place is fantastic. I'm just going to focus this review on two items that were standouts. The Kale Salad is absolutely delicious, if you didn't tell someone it was Kale they would never know, the dressing is mind blowing. Then there is the Cuban Sandwich. This sandwich reminded me of being in Miami at a bodega. It's quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever had! This visit was during lunch and I would say the service could have been a bit faster. ok so I have allergy's (gluten + dairy ) and I have struggled with that pretty much since I was three and I ate here a bunch , they always acomadated my needs until one night when the manager brought out my food (burger and fries) but took it back quick enough so that I did not eat any but said oops thats the wrong one and took my so called " correct food" to me but thats not all . after I ate my stomach started to hurt amediatly so I had to go to the car. over all the place is really nice the food is good unless they mess it up and give you a gluten bun and the staff is great. read more

I went to 110 Grill today for lunch, and can honestly say it was appalling. I ordered the chicken piccata on linguine, and as it was brought to my table in a very timely and pleasant manner, I couldn't believe my eyes. The chicken on top was deep dark fried. And I mean, dark fried, greasy, I've never seen hard fried chicken on top of a piccata, so I tried to eat it, and it took me two or three minutes to carve my way through the hard fried shell to even eat a bite. The linguini was slightly overcooked but still edible, however, the sauce was beyond tasteless. I actually had to put a little salt on it so I knew that there was food there. Lemon slices on top of hard fried chicken, some capers in the sauce and I have to admit it's the first time that I've seen this and couldn't taste a thing , the chef came out to explain that is always fried chicken. After 50 odd years of ordering and restaurants all over the world I was insulted that she even tried this pitiful explanation. she offered to replacement, but frankly, the minute that dish was put in front of me I knew, I was not gonna eat. Last year, my sister ate at this restaurant and came away with some kind of an odd allergy from the salmon. She ate and ended up in the emergency room. never have found out what the allergy actually was . I was offered a free dessert. As I was sitting there with my insulin syringe, that was a no go. what I did get was five dollars off a $30 odd check. I still left a wonderful tip for the waiter who could've been more compassionate, the chef or cook, was apologetic and gave poor acknowledgment and did offer a switch but at that point food out of that restaurant was not gonna be an option. the location is wonderful, the decor is fabulous, outdoor dining wonderful. But not sure I can bring myself to go back in. if I do, it would be for the drink menu and yes, it was my birthday month. read more

First time trying this restaurant and enjoyed it a whole lot! While it was ordered for takeout (really attempting to not eat indoors if possible), you could still taste the hard work of the chefs to make the flavors pop! One negative is that the look of the food for take out can be quite bland (ex: the pulled pork mac and cheese pictured). That's one thing I'd like to change if possible, but other than that - the flavors and the timeliness of the order is great! read more

We had a wonderful date night at 110 grill. The gluten free menu is rather extensive and i was informed that their general frying batter is corn based preventing cross contamination. Additionally, all gluten free or allergen orders are delivered to the table by a manager with a little allergen flag inserted into said food item. We ordered quite a few random items...the pepperoni flat bread was "ok" the fries for the fish and chips were pretty nice...ANNNND the gluten free BBQ nachos (with ranch on the side) stole the show. The chips were crisp and the sweetness of the bbq sauce was a nice touch. Highly recommend... in fact i may have to think of excuses to get back out to 110 grill for my nacho fix. We've been here prob 5-8 times over the years. Service has always been great. Drinks and apps great. Rest of meals hit or miss. Rib eye steak pretty thin cut. Burgers and sandwiches usually ok. My wife found a long hair in the bottom of her salad at end of meal. The blueberry beignets were more like fried blueberry muffin balls. This was our first visit- we were able to make a reservation only 30 minutes prior and had a short wait when arrived... We were greeted right away and ordered a Pom-Berry Sangria (delicious!) and a glass of Malbec. Their butter is herbed and yummy on their soft rolls. My fiancé got the steak tips with fries and a Cesar to start. I got a burger and mashed potatoes. The potatos were soupy- my only complaint... to end my fiancé also got a double espresso martini which they swirl the glass with caramel and chocolate sauce We will definitely be going again!! read more

We had the worst experience here today . Two women ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese. The other two women ordered different fish dishes. The first problem occurred when the waitress came with the soup and sandwiches. I was on a gluten free bun. No one has a problem with gluten. The cheese in both were not melted and the soup was cold. I could tell about the cheese from my side of the table! The waitress by the end of the meal was downright nasty and had the manager come over.
