My sister's and I were in the Holyoke Mall at the Apple Store & decided to stop at 110 Grill for dinner afterwards. So glad we did! The food was great and the service (bartender) was awesome! She was so friendly and professional! Great draft beer selection and the beer was so cold! We shared that we had recently been traveling, and found several bars where the beer was not cold enough, nor did they have frozen glasses, a must at a bar for us! The happy hour starter specials were delicious Highly recommend you stop by the 110 Grill if you're shopping at the Holyoke Mall, or even if you aren't! SherryBFoodie read more

I came with a group of eight with two grade school kids. We were seated promptly and drinks came out pretty fast. I don't know if the server was overworked but we never got any water refills and they did not offer to speed up the kid's food orders so they ended up squirming for 30-ish minutes for dinner to come out. The Brussels sprouts and coleslaw were mushy and the $17 shrimp appetizer was 10 tiny shrimp. French fries were crunchy, and the dinners and calamari were good portions. Overall we were there just as a get together and we left satisfied to whelmed. We are grateful for the allergen and kids menu options so we'll probably be back with tempered expectations. read more

What can I say about the 110 grill that you should expect. First of all the food is always decent. They take allergy precautions that some places do not. My partner has several allergies. So this is great option for allergy awareness and safety. Allergen free food is prepared and cooked separately from non allergen. The kitchen is open concept you can see the chefs cooking. The manager will deliver your anti allergen prepared food. They read to you your list of the allergens are not in your food. rest assured that your allergies are taken seriously. read more

Service amazing. The crab Rangoon dip was delicious. The 110 Cuban sandwich...oh my word! I ate half and my hubby ate the other half and said it was better than what he picked even though he said it was good. Great vibe and ambiance. Not too loud. Only thing I would do is tell them my sweet potato fries need to be crispier! Great meal!! read more

From the moment our family arrived, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. We were dining with six very well-behaved children, yet at 6:00 p.m. on New Year's Day, the bartender visibly shook his head and complained to the waitstaff about how "ridiculous" it was that we were seated in a booth near the bar. His behavior toward our family was openly rude, and he also made inappropriate comments about other patrons (for example, remarking that someone "should wash his hair"). Despite the bar being listed as open until 9:00 p.m., it was closed at 6:30. When an older couple arrived afterward, they waited more than 15 minutes before the bartender begrudgingly returned to serve them. I share these specific examples to clarify that our concern is not simply about slow service. We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for burgers, and while the service was slow and the server forgot several items (ketchup, straws, silverware), we are more than understanding given the holiday, potential staffing shortages, and general busyness. What we cannot overlook, however, is the level of unprofessionalism we experienced. The food itself was outstanding--truly 10/10--and clearly shows the potential of this establishment. Unfortunately, the front-of-house service, particularly at the bar, needs significant improvement for 110 to be successful and welcoming to all guests. read more

like 110 Grill, local chain does great. Nice size swordfish done Cajun style with roasted Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes. Accompaniment of a few spicy hibiscus margaritas, prepared bi Christina & Natasha- who are a great tandem at the bar. Excellent Service read more

Food was very good. Our server Lucas was a very personable, accommodating young man. He was attentive and checked on us often for drink refills, Etc. We would enjoy having him serve us again. read more

Let me just start by saying the food is great, truly. As someone who is gluten-free, there was MORE than enough to choose from. Nearly every burger, pasta, and dessert could be made free of gluten. The Hot Honey Chicken and Brussels were delectable. However, it is the service in which they lack. Our server lacked enthusiasm and personality, refilling our drinks only when we asked at the end. The kitchen was worse. One of the cooks decided to make a backhanded comment about us in Spanish, thinking we would not understand - we, in fact, did. Even confronting him about it seemed to fuel his enjoyment. His pride in his actions showed in his endless, infuriating whistling. If you want some AMAZING gluten-free options, this is the place to go. Just be weary of what the staff may say about you. read more

The absolute best thing was that they asked before I was seated if I wanted a gluten-free menu. Then, when I ordered from it, the server was kind and said that for any reason I could send it back -- but the manager would be the one to deliver it to me. And, that's indeed what happened. I appreciated the extra steps to make it all work smoothly. The food was fine -- not stunning but the location was convenient, the booth comfy, and the service really epic! read more

My wife and i both got GF meals, which is great that 110 Grill makes sure all allergies are adhered to. Burgers were cooked to order, which is sometimes not done at other establishments. Kyleigh, Our Server was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. The Manager, Kevin, also came over a couple times to check on us. The last time, we had a very nice convo with him. I highly recommend this location. read more

Not only did I not get the clam chowder after looking at the bill when I got home. I was charged for the chowder

We had the best experience because of our amazing server Katie and the manager Kevin. The food was off the chain or as the young kids say "Fire". I only got a picture of my meal which was the Chilean Sea Bass served over a quinoa/mediterranean salad. My nephews inhaled their Burger and fries and pasta dish so fast that I didn't get a taste but they gave it a 10/10. Will definitely come back if I am ever in the area. read more

My fiance and I stopped by earlier last week for a quick dinner, the ambiance was quiet, not too busy. The food was delicious!! Steak tips were marinated to perfection, and I absolutely love the sweet potato fries!! Our server was probably fairly new, because he did struggle to come back and check on us, we were waiting for our refills/the check for a good while. (This is why I gave 4 stars) But overall the experience was good, will definitely be back for the steak tips! read more

Natalie was amazing..not only was she a great server but she felt like we were talking to a close friend. Would go back to this 110 Grill just for her. Great food and local activities suggestions. Oh yeah...the food was great. Robust food and drink menu. read more

Waitstaff was super rude. Went in today for lunch around 12:00. He was the only one on which was fine, we had no problem waiting the 5-10 minutes he said to us as he rushed by. We had two toddlers that were moving around, as the server came around the bar he was muttering to himself that he "didn't have time for this" and something else about kids being in the restaurant. I'm sorry that you don't have time for paying customers but not our fault that you were short staffed today. read more

Food is unbelievable. I usually end up ordering something off of the specials menu as well as the best appetizer that I've ever had at any restaurant which is the barbecue chicken nachos. Our server Katie was amazing. The manager Kevin came and checked on us twice. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The staff is nice. The food is good and it's always clean. read more

The food was delicious! We had wonderful lightly breaded and air fried fresh cod, along with very tasty Cole slaw and a basket of thin crispy French fries! In addition to that , our waiter, Dave, was so knowledgeable and so very attentive to our every need that it really added to the enjoyment of our meal. We sat in a very comfortable booth, probably made for 6 people but they were happy to put us in a booth even though there were just 2 of us! I would happily go to 110 Grill in Hadley, and if I do, I hope we will again be lucky enough to have Dave as our waiter! read more

Sometimes the service is great and other times it is downright abysmal. I love brussel sprouts, but wish they were not so burned. I always take the outer layer off - which is a pain. One guy was obviously having a bad night and did not take my phone number down - I am a loyalty customer. read more

On a long road trip last weekend, stopped into the 110 Grill in Hadley for a late lunch. Having never been before, wasn't sure what to expect. Apparently from their website, it appears to be a New England chain. Similar menu options to your run of the mill chains (chili's, Applebee's), but significantly better quality. While being seated we were asked about any dietary restrictions. Nice to see they take that seriously, and are willing to adapt the menu to certain needs. Staff was friendly, and the food came out reasonably quick. I opted for a classic cheeseburger, and it was delicious. Appeared to definitely be a prepared, probably frozen Patty, but they cooked it perfectly, and with their seasonings, it was devious! Atmosphere was clean, lots of natural light from windows, semi modern, with a nice, fully stocked bar in the center. If I'm ever back up in New England, id consider eating at a 110 Grill again read more

Food is always good. Service isn't the best all the time, but it is a clean place. Will return

We've been to other locations and knew from then the queer-o-meter would be a solid 10. Excellent. We didn't get much but what we got was on point and the waitress and manager were so easy to talk to for my customization of a dish. I'm short we got the pesto chicken pasta and a "caprese" style salad with garlic bread. The creamy pesto sauce was mild, creamy and just right as long as you aren't expecting straight up pesto - remember it's the creamy kind. The salad was lettuce with mozzarella, tomatoes, red onion, shredded parm cheese and balsamic reduction drizzle. It was great. Thank you for accommodating me!! Friendly staff, clean establishment and sold food. Cheers! read more

We went out to the 110 Grille near our home for dinner. I was very impressed with the relaxed atmosphere. I ordered off the specials menu on recommendation from our server. I was very satisfied with my selection as it was very tasty and not a huge serving. The Shepherd's Poe I ordered was delicious! Our servers were attentive and made sure we were not waiting too long for anything. We will definitely return. read more

Todd was our server and was more than attentive, couldn't do enough. Accurate, everything we asked he delivered. We changed how we want soup and salad deliver with the entree, he ordered it that way. Of cause we changed our minds but he did what we asked. He's the best! Tell him to keep doing what he's doin. He is a credit to the service staff. Thanks Todd, for all you do. I took my 2 daughters to eat here on a tuesday night. Where do I begin....food took an hour to get to the table and was cold, never got my appetizer, had to ask twice for silverware, never got the second drink i ordered, asked for ketchup twice, which showed up after I had eaten all my fries, we were close to the kitchen and i overheard the cook (probably around 40 years old) flirting with the young hostess, commenting on her attire and stating that he was unable to concentrate on his work because of the way she looked. The staff was in a free-for-all, one of them was drinking alcohol from the bar. One of my daughters commented the all the staff seemed to be "on something". My immediate assessment was that there was a distinct lack of leadership in the whole place. NEVER going back to this place, too many other quality options in the area to consider giving this a second chance. read more

For me, I return to the 110 Grill because it's the best option when in this location more than anything. In a sea of fast food, this is a much better option to sit and unwind over lunch or dinner when out shopping. They offer a 6 or 9 oz glass of wine - love that. Bar snacks are very good. I've ordered Cauliflower flatbread more than once. Salads are good too and the burger is a fine choice. Nachos are great for sharing. Sit in the bar area! The dining room is dark and sitting in the very high booths is awkward. I am 5'7 and find them too high up and uncomfortable. I avoid sitting back there. Outside seating is a nice option, but it can be buggy and the view of rt9 and the parking lot is nothing. Service has always been good - no issues. I'm sure I will be back. read more

Inconsistent food. Line cooks were struggling to find ingredients causing excessive delays, food arrived after an hour cold and partially missing main ingredients including grilled chicken which was rushed once it was identified that it was missing, and microwaved. management was blaming the previous shift management stating he was unaware of all of the issues they were having. Meanwhile, the line cooks were speaking loud enough to ensure customers could hear them complaining and trying to find various items to complete orders. After waiting excessively, we ended up missing our movie as well thanks to their inefficiency. This was not the first time that service was subpar, but will certainly be the last. read more

We came here for the special menu on Veterans Day. Despite the place being absolutely packed, we were seated within 15 minutes of arrival. Our waiter was extremely patient and friendly, paying lots of attention to my kiddo. My partner and kiddo both chose the half BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Tomato Bisque. I had the Caesar Salad and Fish Tacos. The food was fresh, prepared exactly as requested (my kiddo asked for no cheese on his flatbread), and the flavor was tasty. Even though we stuck with the free menu items, our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. Just because of how wonderful our interactions were with our waiter, we have planned to return. The lighting up front was mostly natural, coming in through the windows, and the remainder of the lighting came from small, dim lamps and lights throughout. Both the dining area and bathrooms were clean and well-kept. Easily a hundred people were dining in, and yet, we were able to have discussions without having to shout or raise our voices. read more

The first time I walked into the 110 and they handed me the menu, I almost wept. Being gluten free, you mostly have one choice.....something on a bun. These folks are predominantly gluten free. I'm a loyalty member, so acquire points. I can get fried chicken and fish! Breaded cauliflower....with spicy sauce and aioli. And if you're up for dessert, try the beignets, it's cake balls with dipping sauce, and they cycle the flavors (this week is lemon...my fav is chocolate). OMG, GF heaven. I've never once had a meal I didn't like. That's an excellent track record, and I'll keep returning. For those on a tight budget, it's a little pricey, but it's worth every bite. So, if the 110nis looking at reviews, This loyal customer would love for you all to do gluten free mozzarellas! read more

This is one of the best places in the Amherst area. Child of God and I ate here two nights in a row. Food was fresh and delicious. The staff was great. Favorite thing about the experience was the appetizers. I would definitely order the calamari and the pickle chips again. For entrees, I got the margherita flatbread which was good. If you are going to order the gnocchi, make sure you are a fan of lemon sauces, because it was quite overpowering. The short rib Mac and cheese is good, but the actual Mac and cheese is not very flavorful. No matter what you order, you'll probably be at least somewhat satisfied, which is why I'm giving it a 4/5. Service was also very good. read more

My wife and I had dinner here twice on a recent visit. Bith nights the place was packed and the pace the staff worked was hectic, but they never lost their cool or their focus. They have a good selection of small plates and everything we tried was excellent. read more

Started the meal off with a Bulleit Manhattan. I'd not order it again. It came up with a lime which is not typical for a manhattan. My suggestion would be that they might invest in some luxardo cherries and a good vermouth such as Giuseppe Carpano Anitica Formula or Cocchi. I'm confident that more would be sold . For dinner I had the sesame ginger salmon and it was very good. I was particularly impressed with the crispiness of the skin. read more

I am not a chain restaurant person, but wow this place is good. Being allergic to gluten makes eating out difficult. 110 Grill is the gold standard. When they take your order, servers ask if anyone has a food allergy. They have a gluten-free menu. They serve the food for people with allergies with signage so you know they haven't forgotten. And the food! The fish in the fish and chips was as good as any I've ever had. Fresh, crispy, delicioius! The fries were real potatoes and would have been very good if they had been as piping hot as the fish. I was sharing food with my gluten eating partner and he liked the fish as much as I did. We also ordered a Cuban sandwich, which was outstanding, although we were both too full to eat it at the restaurant. (We started with soup, tomato for me and clam chowder that was not gf fo him. My soup was little too sweet and a little too thick for my taste, but it was okay, his looked very thick and he said it was good but not great.) We will be back! read more

Great delivery, on time, all items, and everything was still hot! cajun salmon was delicious

Been here many times and I have to say in my opinion it is definitely going downhill. Service today at 1 pm on a weekday was horrendous. By the time the food arrived (simple hamburgers) it was cold. Took forever to get the check. Waiter never checked on us during the meal. Horrible experience for my daughter's birthday celebration (which was also not recognized at all). Couldn't wait to leave. Will never be back. Do yourself a favor and go to Five Guys instead. read more

My first time going to the 110 grill was amazing, we brought our two daughters there for dinner and they loved the food. The drinks were great too. My second time going was because my daughters begged to go back there, the waitress seemed like she had a lot of tables and we didn't see her a lot. My third time was just my husband and I and we had to wait for a table for maybe 10/15 minutes it was pretty packed. We got seated in a corner so it was nice and quiet and intimate. Even when it was packed with people the food was so good we took what we couldn't eat home. I definitely will be back even if it was pricey everything was an amazing experience. read more

110 Grill was a last resort choice during graduation weekend in Amherst. After the UMass graduation, we got a late reservation here with a small group. However, the service was so incredibly slow that we ended up leaving over 2 hours after we arrived. Our drinks kept getting forgotten, and the entrees were barely edible - I'm talking undercooked fish and raw, purple steak (ordered medium rare). The only reason for 2 stars here is the appetizers of boneless wings and calamari which were decent. Not a great dining experience whatsoever. read more
