So this is great option for allergy awareness and safety. Allergen free food is prepared and cooked separately from non allergen. The kitchen is open concept you can see the chefs cooking. The manager will deliver your anti allergen prepared food. They read to you your list of the allergens are not in your food. rest assured that your allergies are taken seriously. read more

From the moment our family arrived, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. We were dining with six very well-behaved children, yet at 6:00 p.m. on New Year's Day, the bartender visibly shook his head and complained to the waitstaff about how "ridiculous" it was that we were seated in a booth near the bar. His behavior toward our family was openly rude, and he also made inappropriate comments about other patrons (for example, remarking that someone "should wash his hair"). Despite the bar being listed as open until 9:00 p.m., it was closed at 6:30. When an older couple arrived afterward, they waited more than 15 minutes before the bartender begrudgingly returned to serve them. I share these specific examples to clarify that our concern is not simply about slow service. We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for burgers, and while the service was slow and the server forgot several items (ketchup, straws, silverware), we are more than understanding given the holiday, potential staffing shortages, and general busyness. What we cannot overlook, however, is the level of unprofessionalism we experienced. The food itself was outstanding--truly 10/10--and clearly shows the potential of this establishment. Let me just start by saying the food is great, truly. As someone who is gluten-free, there was MORE than enough to choose from. Nearly every burger, pasta, and dessert could be made free of gluten. The Hot Honey Chicken and Brussels were delectable. However, it is the service in which they lack. Our server lacked enthusiasm and personality, refilling our drinks only when we asked at the end. The kitchen was worse. One of the cooks decided to make a backhanded comment about us in Spanish, thinking we would not understand - we, in fact, did. Even confronting him about it seemed to fuel his enjoyment. His pride in his actions showed in his endless, infuriating whistling. The food was delicious! We had wonderful lightly breaded and air fried fresh cod, along with very tasty Cole slaw and a basket of thin crispy French fries! In addition to that , our waiter, Dave, was so knowledgeable and so very attentive to our every need that it really added to the enjoyment of our meal. We sat in a very comfortable booth, probably made for 6 people but they were happy to put us in a booth even though there were just 2 of us! Waitstaff was super rude. Went in today for lunch around 12:00. He was the only one on which was fine, we had no problem waiting the 5-10 minutes he said to us as he rushed by. We had two toddlers that were moving around, as the server came around the bar he was muttering to himself that he "didn't have time for this" and something else about kids being in the restaurant. I was very satisfied with my selection as it was very tasty and not a huge serving. The Shepherd's Poe I ordered was delicious! I took my 2 daughters to eat here on a tuesday night. Where do I begin....food took an hour to get to the table and was cold, never got my appetizer, had to ask twice for silverware, never got the second drink i ordered, asked for ketchup twice, which showed up after I had eaten all my fries, we were close to the kitchen and i overheard the cook (probably around 40 years old) flirting with the young hostess, commenting on her attire and stating that he was unable to concentrate on his work because of the way she looked. The staff was in a free-for-all, one of them was drinking alcohol from the bar. One of my daughters commented the all the staff seemed to be "on something". My immediate assessment was that there was a distinct lack of leadership in the whole place. For me, I return to the 110 Grill because it's the best option when in this location more than anything. In a sea of fast food, this is a much better option to sit and unwind over lunch or dinner when out shopping. They offer a 6 or 9 oz glass of wine - love that. Bar snacks are very good. I've ordered Cauliflower flatbread more than once. Salads are good too and the burger is a fine choice. Nachos are great for sharing. Sit in the bar area! The dining room is dark and sitting in the very high booths is awkward. I am 5'7 and find them too high up and uncomfortable. I avoid sitting back there. Outside seating is a nice option, but it can be buggy and the view of rt9 and the parking lot is nothing. Service has always been good - no issues. I'm sure I will be back. read more

On a long road trip last weekend, stopped into the 110 Grill in Hadley for a late lunch. Having never been before, wasn't sure what to expect. Apparently from their website, it appears to be a New England chain. Similar menu options to your run of the mill chains (chili's, Applebee's), but significantly better quality. While being seated we were asked about any dietary restrictions. Nice to see they take that seriously, and are willing to adapt the menu to certain needs. Staff was friendly, and the food came out reasonably quick. I opted for a classic cheeseburger, and it was delicious. Appeared to definitely be a prepared, probably frozen Patty, but they cooked it perfectly, and with their seasonings, it was devious! Atmosphere was clean, lots of natural light from windows, semi modern, with a nice, fully stocked bar in the center. If I'm ever back up in New England, id consider eating at a 110 Grill again read more

Inconsistent food. Line cooks were struggling to find ingredients causing excessive delays, food arrived after an hour cold and partially missing main ingredients including grilled chicken which was rushed once it was identified that it was missing, and microwaved. management was blaming the previous shift management stating he was unaware of all of the issues they were having. Meanwhile, the line cooks were speaking loud enough to ensure customers could hear them complaining and trying to find various items to complete orders. After waiting excessively, we ended up missing our movie as well thanks to their inefficiency. This was not the first time that service was subpar, but will certainly be the last. read more

The first time I walked into the 110 and they handed me the menu, I almost wept. Being gluten free, you mostly have one choice.....something on a bun. These folks are predominantly gluten free. I'm a loyalty member, so acquire points. I can get fried chicken and fish! Breaded cauliflower....with spicy sauce and aioli. And if you're up for dessert, try the beignets, it's cake balls with dipping sauce, and they cycle the flavors (this week is lemon...my fav is chocolate). OMG, GF heaven. I've never once had a meal I didn't like. That's an excellent track record, and I'll keep returning. For those on a tight budget, it's a little pricey, but it's worth every bite. Steak tips were marinated to perfection, and I absolutely love the sweet potato fries!! We didn't get much but what we got was on point and the waitress and manager were so easy to talk to for my customization of a dish. I'm short we got the pesto chicken pasta and a "caprese" style salad with garlic bread. The creamy pesto sauce was mild, creamy and just right as long as you aren't expecting straight up pesto - remember it's the creamy kind. We came here for the special menu on Veterans Day. Despite the place being absolutely packed, we were seated within 15 minutes of arrival. Our waiter was extremely patient and friendly, paying lots of attention to my kiddo. My partner and kiddo both chose the half BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Tomato Bisque. I had the Caesar Salad and Fish Tacos. The food was fresh, prepared exactly as requested (my kiddo asked for no cheese on his flatbread), and the flavor was tasty. Even though we stuck with the free menu items, our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. Just because of how wonderful our interactions were with our waiter, we have planned to return. The lighting up front was mostly natural, coming in through the windows, and the remainder of the lighting came from small, dim lamps and lights throughout. Both the dining area and bathrooms were clean and well-kept. Easily a hundred people were dining in, and yet, we were able to have discussions without having to shout or raise our voices. read more

I am not a chain restaurant person, but wow this place is good. Being allergic to gluten makes eating out difficult. 110 Grill is the gold standard. When they take your order, servers ask if anyone has a food allergy. They have a gluten-free menu. They serve the food for people with allergies with signage so you know they haven't forgotten. And the food! The fish in the fish and chips was as good as any I've ever had. Fresh, crispy, delicioius! The fries were real potatoes and would have been very good if they had been as piping hot as the fish. I was sharing food with my gluten eating partner and he liked the fish as much as I did. We also ordered a Cuban sandwich, which was outstanding, although we were both too full to eat it at the restaurant. (We started with soup, tomato for me and clam chowder that was not gf fo him. My soup was little too sweet and a little too thick for my taste, but it was okay, his looked very thick and he said it was good but not great.) We will be back! read more

If you are going to order the gnocchi, make sure you are a fan of lemon sauces, because it was quite overpowering. The short rib Mac and cheese is good, but the actual Mac and cheese is not very flavorful. No matter what you order, you'll probably be at least somewhat satisfied, which is why I'm giving it a 4/5. My first time going to the 110 grill was amazing, we brought our two daughters there for dinner and they loved the food. The drinks were great too. My second time going was because my daughters begged to go back there, the waitress seemed like she had a lot of tables and we didn't see her a lot. My third time was just my husband and I and we had to wait for a table for maybe 10/15 minutes it was pretty packed. We got seated in a corner so it was nice and quiet and intimate. Even when it was packed with people the food was so good we took what we couldn't eat home. I definitely will be back even if it was pricey everything was an amazing experience. read more

Started the meal off with a Bulleit Manhattan. I'd not order it again. It came up with a lime which is not typical for a manhattan. My suggestion would be that they might invest in some luxardo cherries and a good vermouth such as Giuseppe Carpano Anitica Formula or Cocchi. I'm confident that more would be sold . However the past two times I have ordered from this restaurant the food has taken over an hour to be made and the orders have ended up being cancelled because they have taken so long. 110 Grill was a last resort choice during graduation weekend in Amherst. After the UMass graduation, we got a late reservation here with a small group. However, the service was so incredibly slow that we ended up leaving over 2 hours after we arrived. Our drinks kept getting forgotten, and the entrees were barely edible - I'm talking undercooked fish and raw, purple steak (ordered medium rare). The only reason for 2 stars here is the appetizers of boneless wings and calamari which were decent. Not a great dining experience whatsoever. read more

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but here is my first. My husband took my daughter on a daddy daughter date Friday Sept. 6 to 110 Grill. It wasn't busy. They were sitting on the patio outside. They sat there for 30 minute and no one came by, not even to give them water! No one even came by to say hi. In fact other waitresses and people looked at them walked by and served other tables. They had a reservation for 6:15pm and left at 6:45pm. Used to be our favorite restaurant. We won't be going again. It was too late to go to dinner somewhere else so they picked up take out. So much for the Daddy Daughter date. They told the hostess, but upon further evaluation, they should have told the manager. Worst service we have ever had anywhere in Hadley. If you have 3 hours to waste then it might be okay, and the place was not even half full and Im not surprised. People dont have 3 hours to wait for food and deal with rude servers. It was my teen son's birthday and instead of being polite he server had the audacity to belittle him for going to get her, even though we waited 45 minutes for our order to be taken and then 2 hours later hadn't even gotten the dessert I'd asked for not only from the server but from the hostess.
