Bartender was excellent, but the food really had not a lot of taste for the money that we were charged. The prosciutto wrapped cod that I had was bland.. but I will say that the bartender was very good and the drinks were very good. read more

The service, drinks and food are so hit or miss. Really wanted this to be a go to place for us and our neighbors. The service lately does not pay attention to the small details, filling water glasses even after you ask for it, being out of food, two at our table got cold food and the martinis were embarrassing. All fill different pours we were told it's if they don't have juice or anything added besides alcohol you only get 1/2 glass full. I had a cosmo and still was only filled 1/2 full she said because it was mostly vodka?? With so many poor experiences it's hard to get 3 of the four couples to go to your place. We have no problem paying the price for reasonable pours, hot food and attention to details. Please take this as constructive feedback as you use to be one of the favorites. read more

Yesterday we went to the 110 Grill. The door to the restaurant was stocking and we were unable to get on without pulling on the door Several patrons left without being able to get in The staff was aware of the problem and didn't put someone by the door. I would say the food was good but it took a long time to get it and one member of my party didn't get the complete order. The staff indicated they had only been open 2 months- here's hoping they will improve on service and fox their door. The menu and interior decor are standard for the franchise. read more

Somehow my steak was both overcooked and freezing cold. Sides were cold as well. Do yourself a favor and eat across the street at Hermanos or Cheers. This place is awful and super expensive. read more

Went there twice. Building is facing the wrong direction. Entrance is on the street side, not the parking lot side. More than an inconvenience for handicap people. First time wife ordered a salmon dinner. It was way over cooked and inedible. They paid for that one. My steak dinner was MEH. Service was good. Second time the wait was 45-50 mins. See you later. Went to Cheers. I'll try once more, but three strikes you are out. read more

Service has been good every time. Food is consistent. My fav is the Kale Brussel sprout salad. Hubby had fish tacos this time but has tried several other meals. We have noticed the sauce applied to the tacos and flatbread is heavy and messy to eat. The rolls are really good. read more

While the food is good, service is extremely slow. I've been to other locations without issue, but this one can't seem to manage expectations. Latest issue is an online order that was supposed to be ready in 30 min, was told another 30 min as kitchen was backed up. Came back later and not even started. I cancelled the order. Would recommend you look elsewhere. read more

Service was just okay tonight 3/7/24 however hair in my wife's seafood and my burger was well done and dry when I asked for medium. Server disappeared into back when we told her. Not worth the $65 dollar tab will not be back. read more

Sadly I have not had the best experience at this location. My guest and I order our drinks first. We both ordered tea. Mine was regular and the other raspberry. I ordered calamari and the other order was a fish plate. My calamari was not thoroughly cooked, some pieces were quite raw. The other meal was fish and chips. I sent my order back immediately when I could finally track down someone to come to our table. I did not reorder anything, we were on a time limit. I shared my daughters' meal. The fish was perfectly cooked although it was a very small portion for a plate size. The coleslaw was different and tasty and the fries were OK. When checking out I noticed that the raspberry iced tea was being charged at $2.05 more than the regular tea. I inquired and the response was " oh, that is our signature drink ". It was never mentioned when ordering. Even though I brought it to everyone's attention there was not mention or any offer to help. I did complain and request that it is noted to customers at the order not the checkout. read more

Had a reservation for 7 for a graduation celebration. We were seated about 5 minutes after our reservation time. Didnt seem they were ready for us when we got there, although we were 15 mins early. Food was slow due to a "hiccup" in the kitchen according to our waitress. Appetizers were good. We got the Calimari and the Nachos. Entrees took a while, again we are assuming due to the kitchen issue. When it came out we had several problems. Lukewarm, overcooked steak tips, cold and undercooked chicken .. that was sent back twice .. and a pulled pork sandwich with hardly any pulled pork. Our reservation was for 8pm, and they closed at 9. Seemed like because it was the end of the night, kitchen just didn't care. Our server was great. It was fairly loud in the lounge area where we were seated. Overall, just ok. I don't think it was worth the $200 .. there are much better options out there. read more

I have been here 3 times to be fair before reviewing. With that being said, it is mediocre at best. The food is a huge disappointment. The cesar salad is just chopped up center ( the yellow and white parts) of an iceberg lettuce head. Gross. And the croutons were just stale pieces of bread, not toasted or seasoned at all. Steak tips were overcooked. The cod was way overcooked, so overcooked that a hardness was created on the outside of the fish, and the interior was complete mush. The risotto was so salty that I couldn't eat it. To be fair, the broccoli was good. It's pretty hard to screw up steamed broccoli. Service was slow and not attentive. As far as I'm concerned, 3 strikes, you're out. Needless to say, I will not be dining here again. read more

Food was terrible very slow kitchen and way over priced will not return. Waitress was so-so

Took a long time to get food and drinks. Pasta was way overcooked. People were nice though.

Been to this Concord location a few times, and the food quality is very inconsistent. Had the BBQ chicken nachos, which have always looked amazing at the Manchester location, but for $17.50 there was virtually no chicken or cheese. We left more than half which were just plain tortilla chips. I regret that we didn't return them immediately, and the server was courteous but clearly too inexperienced to inquire why we left more than half or to notice it in the first place when he brought out the dish. The salads were fine. Stick to the Elm St Manchester location though, the Concord location still hasn't figured it out. At $100 for 2 beers, nachos, and 2 dinner salads, I expect a good meal. read more

Had lunch here today for the first time. The service was great and the food was solid. Only complaint was that it was FREEZING in the dinning room. So cold that our soup was almost immediately Luke warm. We had to laugh when we came outside after our meal, at the end of October, it was warmer outside!!!! Brrrrr. Please turn up the thermostat. read more

We were a party of four. Two of us has the Greek salmon, one had the regular salmon and one had the chicken with pasta. Trinity waited on us and she was delightful. The food was excellent. I took 1 star off because they brought me a glass of Cabernet that was chilled. Sorry, you NEVER put red wine in the fridge or serve it in a chilled glass. I'm sure this was a mistake that will not be repeated again, as the beautiful California Cab tasted like Kool-Aid! I did not say anything because I did not want to spoil our meal. read more

We really enjoyed our experience at 110 Grill. Priscilla was our server and she was great. They even made a drink for us that was no longer on the menu. We both had the salmon and it was perfect. read more

I have not had worst service in my life. Waited 50+ minutes for food to be delivered cold, chicken was dry, waiter never told us there would be delay, or we would have been fine. He said "sorry, we are short staffed" . They were not short staffed. There was more staff than patrons. Had to send back a meal to be reheated along with fries. Asked to speak to a manager, she apologized offered a dessert (which we declined), proceeded to tell us she doesn't like the chicken either. Are you kidding me? read more

worst experience ive ever had. 2/4 people got their food the the other two peoples food came out no exaggeration, an hour later. The waiter kept assuring us that it wasn't his fault and did nothing about it. said the manager was going to talk to us. never did. i called later that night because it was so ridiculous and the "manager" said he would make it right and send us something. its been 2 weeks and havent heard a thing from them. never come to this dump, terrible food and service read more

Fantastic food. I had the Chicken Piccata and my husband had the Wedge Salad with Chicken. The restaurant was very popular the evening we visited so we sat at the bar. The two bartenders were awesome!! I'm now positive that I couldn't keep up with either of them. Great atmosphere and a lot of fun. read more

Today was one of multiple times I've been to this specific 110 Grill, but today was just different. I'm not sure how to describe it other than saying the atmosphere was light and cheerful. I watched as the staff did their absolute best, had incredible customer service, smiles on their faces, and enthusiastically serving others (including each other). It was quite refreshing to see. Today's experience made this one of my favorite places to dine. Thank you to the staff at 110 Grill. You all made it a luxury to spend time there. read more

Got there at 4:30 and waited for 10 minutes for a drink order with no one there.Ordered dinner a and a app. App never came until our dinner was served. Chicken Piccata was way to fried and was not a fan. Will not be back anytime soon. read more

If I could give service zero stars I would. We made reservations for 6pm, 3 days prior, got confirmation and when we showed up they said they lost the reservation. Instead of fixing their mistake, they said we had to wait 30 minutes, 35 minutes later we checked in with them and they told us we had to wait another 40 minutes because they had people showing up with reservations. They refused to help, fix, or even try to make the situation better. They didn't even apologize. I would definitely never go to the Concord location again. read more

Amazing!! Loved the food and everyone was so nice. The atmosphere was wonderful and I will definitely come by again!

Oofa, well, it was an ok outing. Don't waste your money, it's not worth it. I wasn't intending on posting a review, Howe I have mentioned this debacle to others in the area that have had similar disappointment with the service and food quality compared to how much it cost. Picked this place because of the food photos and median reviews for and service....... The space looks like the lobby of a Marriott, greeted by a couple of hostesses and said it would be a 20 minute wait, barely sat on the bench and were told our table was ready, ok, excellent! I'm bonkers hungry, (I work as a line cook and when it's hectic I don't get to eat but make dishes for others) waited 10 minutes before anyone came by, my boyfriend had a question about a cocktail but she vanished before he could turn his head to her. She was fixated with the 6 top behind us, a mere 2 top I guess isn't going to guarantee a hearty tip, so why bother right? The spinach dip was better than most I've had out, but it's served in a bread bowl, with tricolor tortilla chips and 4 pieces of THICK cut cucumbers, skins still on em...the bread bowl absorbed all the cheeses goo, the chips kept breaking trying to dip them, it was good just, why with the gimmicky crap? The fries with my sandwich came out in a little metal wire bin that looked like a barbi doll shopping cart missing it's bottom rack LOL I was annoyed for their kitchen staff, it's unnecessary, it doesn't add any flare because the food sucks. Ordered the old fashioned, entirely lime juice, I turned it back, had to send back another drink as it tasted off, like waaay too much rose water My honey bbq pickle brined chicken sandwich was such a little chicken on such a gigantic bun, dry as the Sahara and the fries...seriously if I didn't know better I'd have thought it was McDonald's....but charging a $100+ tip for it my boyfriends steak was ordered medium well, it came out bloody on the plate and the girl that brought the food "here's your sandwich, and here's your, um mushrooms and meat of some kind? I don't know our cuts of meat" It's crappy overpriced food! You'll leave saying "geese, I could have gotten that at Wendy's 4 times and it would have been worth it" I'm typically a low maintenance, understanding gal, but it's not worth the hard earned money, the manager came by but I think it was to make sure we weren't going to take out frustrations on the server rather than addressing the functionality of the restaurant. Will not be revisiting unfortunately. read more
