Great Food! Went for the first time today for my birthday. Went with husband, daughter, and son-in-law; we were seated promptly, no waiting. It was a Sunday after lunch time (around 2 pm) so it was not extremely busy but did have a fair amount of customers, which was perfect for us as we don't like crowded restaurants. Food was delicious, although the portions were a bit overpriced for the size. When you walk in the heat in room hits you and was extremely hot, but once seated it was not so bad, still warm but no overwhelming. Liked that we were asked if anyone needed Gluten Free options or if we had any food allergies (we don't) but nice to know they accommodate if needed. Our food was presented very well and came out hot and in a timely manner. Only thing that was a concern was that the entrance door was closer to the street side and the parking was on the opposite side of building so having a walking disability it was a hike to get into the building (also couldn't get handicap parking closer as all were filled up) but I know that is know something the business can control. Also on the way out there were quite a few teens waiting on the sidewalk partially blocking walkway, looks like might have been waiting for a ride but still were blocking walkway and a gentleman was trying to come in with walker while we were trying to leave using canes so not wide enough for both, but again I know that not something the business can control. Overall, it was a very nice experience and would consider going again for a special occasion but because of the price would not become a regular place to go. read more

Emma S. Had great energy and was very attentive. Great service! The food was delicious. Restaurant was clean and inviting.

Eliza is by far the best bartender I have had at your Concord location. I won't bore you with superlatives. She's beyond an asset to your company. Treat her right. read more

Service was so slow. It wasn't even that busy and Olivia kept saying sorry for the delay we're busy. After meal was done and had to wait 20 minutes for scoops of ice cream. Took 55 minutes to place entree order. Wife's salmon was overcooked. We have been to other locations and had way better service. Will not be back read more

great experience food and staff! lexie was great waitress! management was very friendly and food was delicous!

Food served barely warm. Tried to pass off rib eye with some mystery meat 1/4" thick if that without a steak knife! Couldn't chew it. Onion strips limp and soggy. Cod not warm at all and over cooked as was everything else on the plate. Horrible experience. Won't ever return and recommend nobody even try it. read more

My friends wanted to give this place a shot and based off the photos and other views. I should have gone with my gut. Plenty of parking all around which is great. The ambiance is nice and does have a mild upscale feel. The staff was super friendly and always checked up on us. However the food... if you want to go scavenger hunting for chicken in your nachos then this is your place. I asked my friends as well and the nachos weren't anything exciting. They also got a salad and some other apps but I'm going to not talk about those because this is what I ate. Not ideal but maybe the other food is better. Skip the nachos. read more

I think the cooks had an off night! Fries where under done, soggy. Burger was overdone, dry! Our server Ryan did everything he was.supposed to. Usually better, just an off night. read more

Incredibly loud, slow, and after an hour of waiting, food contained one of the allergens we told the wait staff about. Even though the meal was pushed aside on the table with one bite out of it, the waiter never came to check on us until he cleared our plates. No water refill, nothing. The manager brought the food back out after it was cleared from the table, and obviously cold, and argued with the person in our party when they said they could taste the allergen. The other people in our party enjoyed their meals. Oh, updating to say, the table was dirty not set when we were seated. We had to ask for silverware when they brought our meals. Attention to detail goes a long way. Our second meal out at a sit-down restaurant in five years... it won't be our choice again. read more

Very very busy atmosphere on a Friday! About a thirty minute wait for our party of five (we did not have a reservation). Strong and tasty drinks. They bring out complimentary bread with absolutely phenomenal garlic butter. The bang bang cauliflower was good but some bits were a tad undercooked and very salty. Very accommodating with allergies as well which I would consider unusual for American restaurants. For entrees we got the bistro wings, swordfish, fish tacos, and bbq chicken salad (without the bbq). The wings were good but the Buffalo ones were definitely on the spicier side! Salads were good but almost overdressed, which I never have had to say before! We enjoyed the extra dressing but not sure if you will! Fish tacos were good, not the best we've ever had but pretty good. The only thing we didn't love was the swordfish, there were two on the menu and we got the garlic butter one, which was a bit too plain, so I recommend getting the Cajun one instead. We got the desserts to go, the peanut butter cascade and flourless chocolate cake, both great but very rich and filling. A bit on the pricier side, but totally worth it for good food and quality service! Everyone was very kind :) read more

Just had appetizers and they were poor. Calamari was mostly banana peppers and chicken nachos had almost no chicken. Avoid this restaurant.

We tried the 110 grill last night my family and I over all a ok experience however I don't think we will be going back sadly. My NY strip came out late and was very rare I ordered my steak medium rare and this steak was under cooked my wife tried to say something to the Waitress and was ignored. For a 40 dollar steak it should be perfect we spend over a 150 dollars and it was just ok not great! read more

Drinks were excellent and food is good. Janet is a great server! She made our night and was attentive and quick. We'll be back! read more

The kitchen was off its game this day. Grilled cheese not melted on a stale hamburger bun that wasn't grilled. Tomato soup to go along tepid at best. Even after taking it back to kitchen for another try it came back just the same. Not sure they get the concept of grilled cheese? It was so poor they at least took it off the bill. read more

Stopped for lunch at 110 Grill because Cheers Grill on Depot St in Concord was surprisingly closed for lunch. So we went to 101 Grill within walking distance down the street. The Brussel sprout kale salad was horrible (& I love both those ingredients), tasted like it came right out of a bag for $14.50 & was way over dressed. Bartender didn't even bother to ask if I liked it (thus why I'm posting this review). My husband's supposed "Cubano" was not much better. Trust me, go to Cheers Grill & Bar down the street for much better food. read more

Foods pretty good! They're great about allergies and the staff is great. Wait can be long but does get pretty busy

After giving 110's Concord restaurant a 6-month "time out", as we call it, we returned at the request of a relative who wanted to dine there. We were pleasantly surprised and received excellent service and food this time. We returned a couple of weeks later and again had a good experience. However, when we returned earlier this week, we had a very poor experience. I ordered the steak salad, steak cooked medium. What came out was a piece of shoe leather cooked well done. I sent it back, and after a long wait, another piece of shoe leather came out, cooked properly this time, but so tough I couldn't eat it. I complained to the bartender, who was sympathetic, but offered nothing to remedy it. I felt totally ripped off of $24. I guess another "time out" is warranted, but this time, it may be permanent. This 110 Grill has been open for a year and it is about time they got their act together. Even the bartender thought so, and admitted the place has serious issues. It's too expensive to eat there at the risk of getting a poor meal. Management, take notice!! read more

110 Grill in Concord, NH is a must to go to! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything tastes so fresh. The 110 Rum Runner drink is soooooo good! Staff was super friendly. Our waitress asked immediately if anyone in the party had a allergy. Not all restaurants do that. Overall, really great experience and will absolutely go back!!! read more

Food here is always slaps. They are helpful when it comes to allergies and understanding why.

The most outstanding server I have ever been acquainted with is Ranila at the 110 Grill in Concord, NH. If you want a delightful experience, make sure to be seated in her area. The food was good. Two of us split an order of nachos. My only observation is that if you order, as for the cheese sauce on the side as the chips tend to get soggy if you don't eat them quickly. read more

Long and short if it: 5/14 at 6:00pm I was served a salad with a piece of raw shrimp. I asked for it to be comped and was told that the shrimp could be comped only. I had to fight with management and waste a bunch of time. Eventually the plate was comped, and I pushed for the 6$ drink to be comped out of principle, which they did begrudgingly. Service was slow. We waited an hour for food. Management was rude. They bickered over the location of the shrimp on the plate and when I noticed it was raw instead of just comping it. They lost 11 customers that night. read more

We are not picky! Myself and my two adult daughters have gone on 3 different days and at different times and have not found a good "time" or great food! The first time we went in Concord we were super impressed and have gone 3 more times and been disappointed in the food every time, salt doesn't make everything better! ! The servers are great and if the bar isn't busy then there is seemingly no bartender. I know everyone is short staffed, everywhere, but even the food suffered and it was way too expensive for what we got. Didn't eat much, took nothing home after $70 bill including tip and decided third times NOT a charm! The waitress was kind enough to comp my drink that came at the end of dinner but otherwise, not impressed at all and do not recommend!! read more

Very underwhelming and disappointing Service was slow, I ordered a reuben. Waited for 15-20 mins for my sandwich. Good thing I wasn't in a rush. I wouldn't mind waiting, but the joint was empty!! How do you screw up a Reuben? Serve it without a thousand island dressing!!! Really??? This is my final time going to a very bad run business. I've been 2-3 other times, and I always left with an unsatisfactory feeling. I will never go there again. I received a gift card for grille 110 that I haven't used. I'm going to cut it up in my paper shredder. I would flush it down my toilet, but I'm afraid it would clog it up. 99s mich better restaurant with better pricing. read more

So respectful of people with allergies! Extensive menus for gluten free folk as well as those who aren't allergic. Calamari was great. Server, Tayler, was wonderful. Only negative is that the bartender has no clue how to make a martini. Don't order one! read more

This chain is fantastic for allergies. Just had lunch there and Priscilla was our server. They brought out an item that as supposed to be marked GF, and it wasn't. They quickly took it away and made us a new plate. The kitchen manager/chef came out and explained that all their fried foods are made with GF flour and then proceeded to not charge us for that plate. This is why I go to this restaurant and recommend it to all my GF friends. read more

We went here the day before Valentine's Day and the service was phenomenal. Our waitress Jayden was super kind, accommodating, and friendly. The food was great as well, we would definitely come back here and can't recommend it enough. Nice vibe to the place too. read more

While I understand that good help is hard to come by, staff should be better trained to handle simple customer service tasks. I went to the Concord, NH location for lunch today. It was busy. I needed 1 seat at the bar or a small high table. I told the hostess that I didn't want to squish anyone at the bar and there were two tight seats. The hostess did not take the reigns on this, meaning that she didn't approach those dining at the bar to ask them to slightly shift their chairs that crapped two separate opens spots. I asked, waited, and was told I could go to the bar on my own. I said no thank you and she joyfully said "have a good" day without even trying to gain my business. I was stunned at the lack of effort and care. She was quite young and needed guidance, supervision, and enlightenment. Very sad day as this is all too common. This review does not even deserve one star. read more

It's an okay restaurant - but for the price... sub-par. I made a HUGE mistake of disclosing an allergy! Every person with an allergy can ONLY have their food run by a manager, only problem is, your entire table will get their food, yours will be open run five to ten minutes later. I actually eat and watched two managers stand and talking right in front of my food while it congealed under a heat lamp right in front of them for almost ten minutes while the chatted with each other. Not sure I will kill myself to come back - if I do, I won't tell them about allergies!!! read more

There were many reviews that panned this restaurant mostly because of bad service and lukewarm food. However, after speaking to a recent customer who had excellent experience, I decided to try 110 Grill for myself. My hubby and I were celebrating my birthday. For appetizers, we ordered the fried dill pickle chips and the boneless chicken wings. I loved the pickle chips. I would say they were the best I ever had. My husband, a boneless chicken wing expert, wasn't as impressed. However, I tasted one and it was hot and juicy. As for our dinner entrees, the steak tips and the prosciutto-wrapped cod were fabulous! Every thing came in a timely fashion, and was hot and tasty. When I look at reviews, I always take human nature into account, which suggests that the people who publish reviews typically had either a really great or really bad experience. I had great service from the friendly and professional server, Evelyn. She's a rockstar! The only hiccup is that my husband indicated on the reservation that we were coming to celebrate my birthday. I would have assumed that they would have brought out a candle with our dessert. Perhaps, this is not their practice. No harm, no foul. Based on our experience, my husband and I will be back! read more

We had decent service at the bar but my thai salmon dish was terrible. The salmon was supposed to be cooked medium and it was very well done and black on one side. I tried to eat the parts that were edible but it was dried out. We needed to get to an event so when the server asked if I wanted them to make me another there was no time. There was a lot of bland white rice and some vegetables that were probably cooked as they were supposed to be but the entire dish was not good. I would not order this dish again, even if it were cooked to perfection. read more

Went to this location with my family. Watched our food being prepared as the manager took her hands not in a gloves moving food to different plates. This location has so many things gluten free why we went. My daughter has a severe allergy. Watching them cross contaminate in from of our faces was awful. But she wasn't in the kitchen on the outside touching the food with bare hand. She admitted she didn't wash her hands to do it. Over and over for an hour. Not only is is disgusting hygiene wise. It's cross contamination that can kill my child or someone else. Do not go to this location if you have celiacs it is unsafe. If you have issues with autoimmune or can't get sick because this woman was touching registers bottles of liquor and God knows what then touching the flood with bare hands. Someone's going to die. That's not a mistake. That is a person who cares not about hygiene and a person that doesn't care that people can die. read more

We just got done eating here. I Ordered the kale salad with salmon and my husband ordered the cod. The salmon was burnt, broccoli was cold, risotto was very salty and there were bones in the cod. Safe to assume we won't be going back! read more

Visited on a Sunday at lunch time. Good location, easy parking although the main entrance faces the street instead of the parking lot. The hostess was concerned with em seating guests in order of the next server and therefore essentially refused to give us one of the 13 or so open high tops (they were all full when we left). Good draft beer selection. We ordered 3 apps, the spinach dip, loaded tots, and wings. The first 2 we're good, the tots being the highlight. The wings were undercooked and although not raw, not edible either. Our waiter was great, there was a good team-oriented approach and vibe. Hostess should be given direction to seat guests where they prefer vs who is the next server and tighten up the kitchen. Hoping things improve a bit if we give it another chance. read more

I've gone to 110 Grill many times due to their great food and exceptional service, so I was happy when they opened a new location in Concord, NH, given its very close proximity to my house. Unfortunately, when I recently placed an online takeout order there for a 6:00 p.m. pickup, I was shocked that when I got to the restaurant, the two hostesses did not even bother checking on my order for which it was already paid. I had to tell them twice to retrieve it, plus make eye contact afterward, for them to finally receive the message. When the two ladies went to get my order, they had to track down the manager for him to open the cabinet where they store the takeout orders ready for pick-up with a key, only to find out that the food hadn't been prepared whatsoever. Thus, I got to spend even more unnecessary time waiting for the food to actually be made when that process should've been done when I was driving there several minutes ago. All in all, I spent a half hour in the establishment just to obtain a takeout order that should've been ready when I got there in the first place and the person at the front should've been able to walk a few steps to bring out the order in an efficient manner. The fun did not stop there, as I got home to find out that my chicken cordon bleu sandwich was fried when it should've been grilled and that my mother's salmon was dry and overdone (complete opposite of the requested medium rare) and her broccoli was barely cooked. I then called the manager to explain the situation, and he said to send him a screenshot of my online order receipt via email, upon which a refund would be issued. That refund was never given, so I had to go through the trouble of calling my credit card company to dispute the nearly $50 charge to actually get a refund. The worst part about this experience is that I've had problems before at this location with other takeout order mishaps, so I will be taking my business elsewhere and sticking with 110 Grill locations where I know for certain that no problems anywhere remotely close to this one will happen in the future. If you want to go to a place with good food and efficient service, please heed my advice and do not go to 110 Grill in Concord, NH. read more
