I had been going to 11 Degrees at least five times in the two weeks since I moved to Pflugerville, but unfortunately, my experience with one staff member completely changed my opinion of the place. During one visit, I had a brief disagreement with a staff member over a simple request to add chocolate sauce to my drink. Her attitude was seriously rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational, to the point that I felt compelled to speak with the manager. I went back another day hoping the manager would be there rather than her. He wasn't. She refused to serve me, which honestly didn't bother me, but the manager later told me that he was exercising his right not to serve me and that I could come back when he was there. As someone who has worked in the service industry for many years, I found the whole interaction remarkably crass and disappointing. I feel sorry for the owner to have the business represented in this way. That said, the experience led me to discover that I actually much prefer Gator. Their drinks taste cleaner and more natural, they're more affordable, and the staff is consistently kinder and more welcoming. So, in the end, thank you, 11 Degrees. I found a better place. Gator is a zillion times better. read more

Tried this place out on a whim with my sister who was visiting town. We found it easily though it is quite small inside and looked closed due to the windows being darkly tinted. The bartender was very helpful and knowledgeable about the drinks on the menu. She was friendly and patient with us while deciding. We ordered 3 drinks to go: Mango Margarita with the champy and Tajin, Margarita with a topper of Mary Jane and Pina Colada mixed with Mary Jane. We liked being able to mix flavors. The Voodoo daiquiri includes layers of Forbidden Fruit , Mango & Grape and topped with a Crown Apple shot for an extra charge. And it did the job! I found this location by searching Yelp and stopped in during Happy Hour to connect with my niece. The frozen drinks do not skimp on the alcohol as I had the Henney and Coke. The 12oz. is normally $7, but was only $5. The drinks are packaged to travel with a sticker over the opening. We chose to stay there and chat and were the only ones inside, other than the owner. I was referred to this place by former coworkers who actually worked with the owner, Forrest. Forrest is a very down to earth, hilarious, fun guy. His energy level and positivity permeates throughout the small shop. It is pretty small but they make use of the space pretty well with multiple barstools. This is exactly what Pflugerville needed. Now theres more reason to visit Pecan St. It's neatly tucked away in Three Point Plaza which is easy to get to and has a lot of parking. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assured they would be right with me. It was really busy but I was helped quickly and was able to sample a couple of the flavors. Everything tasted delicious. I ended up getting the blue raspberry mixed with pina colada (which I loved) but ill be back to get many more of the other drinks. I've seen places similar to this before but I was really impressed with the presentation and options here. The place is really nice and modern looking with and LCD menu up front. And originally I thought I would just be picking one of the pumps you see but they also have a bunch of signature cocktails that are mixes and have some additions. All of this to say that this place does Daiquiris right. I didn't even know I liked daiquiris so much before my visit here. I'm looking forward to bringing a couple friends here, playing a couple of the games I saw in the seating area, and enjoying some great drinks. read more
