Great place! Very family-friendly and they even have a lifeguard on duty. The prices are good and the place is kept clean. They have private Jacuzzi rooms available. Staff is very friendly. Bathrooms are clean. They have snacks! The only thing that could be better is the water temperature. I prefer water that is hotter. This water is warm but not hot like I normal Hot Spring. I also understand that they put chlorine in the water so there's no real sulfur smell there. They have a couple of diving boards 1 high, 1 low and a water slide. There are balls in the water to play with and a floating log at one end. There's a sectioned off area that's real shallow for little ones also. ! Oh and did I mention that they have camping!? They give discounts for the hot pool if you camp or rent a cabin too. Definitely worth a trip out there

Angry as all get out. Should rate a 0. 1-Made reservations at least 2 months in advance. Though I asked about shade trees , I was given a spot under a DEAD TREE. The other tree was chopped mostly down. Other spots had none or the same trees half chopped down. The only shade we got was at 5pm in front of our truck camper. It's not like we were a class A that would of given some additional shade. Absolutely no indication given when inquired. 2-Though there were huge beautiful trees along the river front. This was only available to tent campers. BUT only Tuesday-Saturday. And of coarse the only days we were there were Sunday and Monday. Everyone had to leave because those were their watering days for their grass. So though we could use those areas, you had to be wary of the lawn mowing and changing of the pipes to different area's. 3-Also no clarification was made about access to the river front. Like no swimming. Which meant there was no safe access at all. Unless you wanted to jump off a 2 foot pony wall, on to a 1 foot concrete rough edge that ended up being a steep drop off to the river. No keep in mind this place did have docks, but were poorly maintained. These we saw were being used by ski boats and jet skis. 4-We then realized there was something going on about the boat ramp when we heard banging and crashing sounds. There was no ramp! just chunks of concrete! Why in gods name people were using it was absolutely unbelievable. 5-Nothing was mentioned that you had no access to the spring fed pool or adult area on Mondays. Bad enough they closed early on Sundays, even to adults. Yep, the only to nights were we're there we had absolutely no access. The reason we thought we'd stay there. 6- And lastly, how about a nice warm shower, because remember we are in a truck camper. Nope not even that. Just a pipe without even a shower head. And only cold water!. Buy the way, this place is for sale.

Campsites have a very awkward setup, the fire pits are very close to camper/ RV. The shop does not open until 11am so if you need anything you are out of luck and no one will answer the phone either. Supplies like ice and firewood are limited, they didn't have ice for 4 days. When we went to empty our tanks to leave, the sewer line completely backed up and when we asked what we should do, the camp helper told us to empty the waste on our site and they would clean it up later, gross! The showers are really decrepit and dirty, poo splatter all over side of toilets and cobwebs EVERYWHERE they obviously do not pay much attention to the bathrooms. Also, the shower water is only one temperature and it is HOT!! I had to bath my daughter in the sink water, the showers were just too hot. The playground is falling apart and probably not the safest for kiddos. All in all, not the best camping experience with this place.

It was clean, price was nice...we used the private jacuzzi, only problem we had was the over use of clorine....after about 30 mins we got very ichy and uncomfortable...had to get home and shower quickly and still few hours latter we were still ichy...they told us before hand that the hot tubs contained clorine....next time we will try the other hot springs that advertises no chemicals in there hot baths

On our…read moreway to Yellowstone we had stayed at a ramshackle motel seven miles north in Bliss, and I knew we had to find something better for our return trip. This was maybe $50 more than the dingy Bliss motel, and 100% worth it. The owners live on property and seem to put a lot of love and care into it. I really liked their yard decor; it think it helps make the place feel more comfortable for people of all walks of life. We stayed in the Hemingway cabin, which was just perfect for us as a solo couple. Everything was clean, including linens and bedding. The shower worked well. I appreciated the decor that emphasized the Hemingway theme, although I might suggest an accent color wall could jazz the place up a bit. Perhaps the wall behind the refrigerator. Speaking of, we were happy to find the standard amenities like microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. It was quite warm during our stay and, although an older unit, we found the AC to work well. The bed was comfy and we both slept really soundly! There is one lodge area with several rooms, and then the cabins scattered around the property. Although there were other guests using the common areas, we never felt crowded or like we were forced to interact due to layout. We enjoyed a couple friendly chats with other guests. We had dinner on our front deck and enjoyed the creek babbling away alongside us. The creek setting was AMAZING. Having just driven through endless miles of cow farms on Highway 30, we weren't prepared for this idyllic setting we landed in. I mean... stunning. Being from Western Oregon we're spoiled by scenery, so I don't say that lightly. We had a long drive ahead and I very much wish we had been able to spend more time here. Only two minor things to mention. First, this is very near the highway so if you want to sleep with windows open, you can expect some highway noise. It was not something that impacted our stay to any degree. Second, the entire entrance and parking areas are filled with round rock instead of gravel, which made my Toyota Corolla slip around like crazy. My boyfriend was puzzled by the choice. It's certainly nowhere near a deal breaker, just a minor annoyance. Area observations: The town of Hagerman just south has pretty sparse amenities, depending on what your typical travel style is. Bliss, the town to the north, is not much more than a truck stop with fast food. Highway 30 isn't really scenic at all unless you're right near the gorge area. And the entirety of Southern Idaho smells like cows...it can be better or worse depending on conditions, but it's there. We didn't have time to explore the area, but the Hagerman Fossil Beds sound cool and there's parks and natural areas to explore along there.

The last guest was in Mid February, so the bath heater and lights were running 24h for about 3 months , and nobody from the MVP noticed anything as per they contract , they check properties every week. we were charged $275 for the fall maintenance, although they did not have any guest booking yet , and when we came multiple lights were burned and our electricity bill for three months was higher for $100 a month. We contacted them as soon we arrived and try to book the appointment to discuss about this. We managed to get an appointment after few days , and the owner Rachel took the notes. I had to contact her after 5 days to follow up. I got the email the next day , and to my surprise, she found after talking to her husband and stuff the only thing they will do is about the towels. so we were charged for the maintenance and found all the stuff above non acceptable, that we have to pay extra $300 for the electricity bill , to buy new smoke alarm and install, buy the lights bulbs and change them , buy the new shampoo/ conditioners that they misplaced . we got the answer from her that we as a owner need to take care of the house ??? I thought we hired the management company!! we are so disappointed that we find that MVP was totally negligent and unprofessional regarding to resolve the issues created by their team. even the payment from only one booking that they managed, came less than what we were notified by mail that we will receive. but they came with some expense excuse, and also when I requested the list of the things that were done during the fall maintenance ( they charge $275) , was not provided, they just ignored the request. this is a just my experience as a owner who hired MVP to manage our home for rental.
