This one, however, is changing that stereotype. First off, everything is immaculately clean and well maintained. I requested an early check in due to some scheduling things and we were able to get that-no problem. Then, my son's glasses broke and we ran into Steven, a maintenance employee, who cheerfully offered electrical tape and the use of his scissors for us to makeshift fix them.
