Took a road trip with my brother to Yellowstone, but drove so much I decided I wanted a real bed. Tried to book through the app, but it wasn't working right. Spoke with Olga. She was so kind and helpful. She honored the app price which was below their available rate. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great breakfast. They have flavored waffles now. Very happy with this place. Really nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. Beautiful walking trail along the water and a nice seating area outside. Super dog friendly area and hotel. Big green grass lawn and outdoor seating at the restaurant. Unfortunately I am docking a star for something completely out of their control; the smell!! This hotel sits across the street from a dairy processing plant and the strong scent of manure and, well, rancid milk is unavoidable. It doesn't bother you at all in the hotel, but outside it's really quite something! read more

We loved our stay at this hotel. From the front desk people to the breakfast staff and the cleaning crew. Everyone was attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean (compared to one in Philadelphia ). The bathroom had plenty of towels and we didn't have to request room service, unlike the one from Philly. Overall, a great place to stay if you're in the area. read more

Wonderful NEW Hampton in a town without a ton of hotel options. From my call to the hotel the day before arrival (answered by Denise at the front desk, who is just great) through check in and then check out, this whole trip was smooth. They're located on the Snake River, which is wide and calm in this particular spot. Half of the rooms face the river, with the other half looking over the mountains and local businesses. You can request a River view but it may cost extra. The outdoor lounge area is a great place to take in the view of the sun setting over the water. The lobby, halls and rooms still have that new building shine (they opened in June 2019). There are no restaurants within walking distance but town is a quick drive (with local and some chain options). The crew was top notch. I've already mentioned Denise, but she deserves recognition - so nice and accommodating!! All of my staff interactions were good. I will stay here again! read more

Such a standout stay during our seventeen day cross country road trip. Denise and the lovely woman working with her (long blond hair- I couldn't see her name tag) were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Their customer service was worthy of an award! I also appreciated how it seemed like they enjoyed each others company as well. What stood out about this particular hotel? -newly built and very clean -they took COVID19 safety precautions very seriously -complimentary hot breakfast -clean pool room (one person at a time) overlooking the Snake River (it was beautiful to take a dip as the sun rose over the river) -speaking of the river, there is a trail that runs along it behind the hotel This hotel may be off the beaten path but it was worth the extra drive for the safety, friendliness and very clean rooms. read more

Brand new Hampton inn in Burley. Finally a Hilton hotel in the area. Beautiful, new hotel, plenty of parking space. New and updated furniture, rooms with digital key, and app check in/check out. Unfortunately I did not get a room with view on the river, but the hotel is nicely located right on the river. Outdoor patio has nice views. Pool and gym are clean and well equipped. Staff was very nice but still new to the job (did not have all the hotel information yet). Only downside : walls are extremely thin! I could hear the neighbors sneeze all evening.. what a bummer!! read more

Booked online night before arrival on website, showed all rooms available, provided credit card and details, website was glitchy. when I arrived found out the reservation came through for previous night! They actually had no availability for the night of our arrival and were booked out for months. (so why did the website show availability ?) Talked to Denise and she told me tough luck, we may have been able to sell that room (really I booked the room at 9pm the nght before). So she passed the buck and said not her problem, but I could call Hilton and maybe the y would give me some points ! But she was not going to give me my $200 and we had to find another hotel. 10/10 service & facility, they hosted over 20 of my family members for a funeral and they were more than generous and patient with us and all the grandkids. They had a clean pool that the kids LOVED, rooms were comfortable and well designed, served a nice breakfast each morning. This place was a place of comfort in our time of need. My stay here has been amazing! I came from LA on a road trip stopping by Idaho just for a night but it has been great. They are stayed right by the lake which is beautiful, not noisy, clean and have free breakfast. Also the staff here is wonderful, super nice and have great conversation. Having come down tonight for some chocolate Michelle at the front desk was super sweet and nice. Kept up a good conversation and assured me that if anything happens to come down. This kind of hard work reflects on this hotel wonderful and If I were to pass by Idaho again I would stay here. read more

My husband is a life time Hilton diamond member, to give you an idea of how many hotels we have visited. We stay at all levels of the Hilton properties depending on where we are, etc. This Hampton Inn is excellent. The room was spacious and designed to maximize convince. Also, the room felt clean ( as well as looked/ smelled clean). The mattress was excellent. The staff members were friendly and inquired into any needs we might have. The Hampton Inn located down alongside the snake river in Burley Idaho is a really great hotel. The staff are excellent and led by good people who know what they're doing and more importantly, understand that hospitality is especially important in times of strife. I've been staying here about once a month, for the last eight months and though if I'm being honest I'd rather not be traveling right now there's no other hotel I'd rather be staying in as the people here have become like extended family. It's actually a privilege to be here and get to check in with them and hear how their families are doing. More than ever this hotel is an oasis. I was with a group doing a COVID event in Burley Idaho. I'm not from Idaho, so we were all out of towners. We got there around 10pm, we had been driving in the snow for hours. The first thing I noticed was how warm and bright it was and cozy looking. I was greeted by a gal named Rosy and we hit it off right away, she was super friendly and we talked about all the tv shows we both liked! She made me feel right at home and explained how everything was sanitized twice, which was awesome, its a scary time to travel. We got to talking and even became Facebook friends! She messaged me in the morning to check on me, she really made me feel so welcomed and at home. I came out for the free breakfast before our event, which was amazing, waffles, eggs, oatmeal, you name it! All the gals in my group had similar stories with Kay and Joanna who they said were really awesome too!! If you ever find yourself in Burley ID, check into the Hampton Inn, you will feel right at home!!! read more

We're staying here now for the annual Burley Boat Regatta and are thrilled we chose Hampton. Besides being new, it is located right on the Snake River, so beautiful views from many locations in the hotel. Pleasantly surprised to see the staff wearing Regatta T-shirts to support all the boaters! Our room is super-clean, comfortable, and has amenities such as frig, iron, microwave, extra storage and linens. I needed a handicapped room due to recent surgery and got one; it's thoughtfully planned to meet my needs. Although I probably won't use it, the pool looks inviting and again, very clean! I did use the recumbent bike in the well equipped gym area; provisions are there for COVID standards. I had an issue trying to get on to the internet, but the IT guy was at my door and solved it within 5 minutes! Buffet breakfast is back in full swing with many healthy options, as well as a few indulgences. Front area staff is AMAZING... genuinely friendly to all. My only 'word to the wise' would be that rooms have a sliding barn-type door to the bathroom, which doesn't provide 100% privacy (a few inches of gap on each side). I probably wouldn't bunk with non really close friends! All in all, well worth every penny! read more
