Wow. How freaking cute! I never want to leave. Honestly it's clean, well designed, quiet, cinnamon rolls I have to pick up with a crane and really caring staff. I'm just passing through but I might have to visit twin falls again. So Dog friendly! Yet everything is so so clean and it doesn't look or sound like dogs have been here... Plus in room sauna if you get a suite. Wow!

Great little Inn. Clean, friendly staff and central location. Dogs are welcome in certain rooms. WiFi wasn't working but was fixed after an hour. Only downside was that our room needed black-out curtains to stop the bright lights from across the street from lighting the room all night.

This is the place to spend your evening on the road. Very accommodating owners, who are obviously proud of their business. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spotless. Restaurants are within walking distance, which is convenient when you're making use of the car charger located at the hotel! Oh yeah, and they'll offer you free bottles of water when you're on that walk, too. A full breakfast is included with your stay.

We've been here twice now. Close to CSI, clean and beds are comfy. Also they take pets.

Wow! I am truly amazed at how fantastic this property is. I travel a bit and usually stay at…read moreMarriott locations, so I understand that the Fairfield is typically on the more economical end. This one, however, is changing that stereotype. First off, everything is immaculately clean and well maintained. The lobby area has gorgeous furniture (my mom even looked it up because she fell in love with some chairs-but learned that they were far too rich for her budget!) The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast area was as clean as I keep my kitchen at home (which is saying something.) What really made this stay stick out was the service. I requested an early check in due to some scheduling things and we were able to get that-no problem. Then, my son's glasses broke and we ran into Steven, a maintenance employee, who cheerfully offered electrical tape and the use of his scissors for us to makeshift fix them. I don't find myself in Twin Falls often, but if I come through again, I'll be happy to stay here in the future.

Gym small but very clean. No bike let alone recumbent bike. That was disappointing. No ball for a work either. At night it was fine but in the morning it was packed. By packed I mean 4 people on the 4 machines! Room was big and clean. Bed immaculate. Cool curtains. Tub a little old but water pressure great. And bathroom was big. Not sure I'd stay again if I could find a hotel with a recumbent bike. After all the sitting in meetings and on the airplane, I need to work my knee out.

The stay at the Inn: The rooms were beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds. Each a little different with their own charm and flare. The living room was gorgeous with exposed beams and I loved sitting on the couch and reading a book in the afternoon sunlight. The owner said the goal is to feel at home and she totally nailed it. The food: At check in you find homemade cookies in your room which taste amazing. The owner checks any allergies and preferences and then prepares an amazing breakfast in the morning which is included in the cost of stay. Each day was different and fantastic. I think I will be dreaming of that coffee cake and biscuits/gravy casserole until I return! Fillmore Inn as an event space: We rented all the rooms and had a bridal shower in the backyard. It was the perfect event space! The backyard was a gorgeous backdrop for the shower and Denise the owner was so incredibly helpful with all the details along the way and during the event. We will definitely return anytime we are in Twin Falls! I would give the place more than five stars if I could!

Suggestion: If you want a cart you provide a $50 deposit (charged to your room) and if the cart is not returned in 30 minutes you lose the deposit. I should not have to make 8 trips back and forth at check-in to shuttle my belongings from a full-size SUV packed for a 3 week roadtrip (everyone knows not to leave a single item in their vehicle overnight). When arriving and expressing our disbelief that there were no luggage carts available the young girl at the front desk laughed and told us we just needed to wait. Great example of 0/10 customer service. While we were unnecessarily making all of these trips from our vehicle to our room to get everything unloaded we were dodging people openly consuming alcohol from what looked like a bar right next to the front desk. Super enjoyable dealing with drunks in the lobby and elevators when you're just trying to call it a night after a long day. Our room was $225+ with fees/taxes which is too much for a simple Garden Inn, especially this one. Parking is shared with a diner and there is not enough of it. The room felt large due to high ceilings. Although the lighting in the bathroom was great, in the bedroom it was dim. Good location if you need shopping (Costco, Walmart, a mall) or dining (Denny's, Black Bear Diner, Culver's, Chick-fil-A). This property reminds me of why we try to only stay at Homewood Suites or Home2 Suites which is that you pay the same price for a Garden Inn and get so much less in return.

We had a pretty decent one-night stay here over spring break. Comfy rooms, clean for the most part,…read moregood breakfast included, great staff and excellent location. I reserved two king suites for me and my family - they were very spacious and had all the amenities like fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The king suites come with a king bed, wet bar, desk, and separate couch seating area. Very roomy - but the couch is very rigid and uncomfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect however. The fridges are the larger ones too so that would be useful if you're staying for a while. The bathrooms have plenty of counter space and space in the bathtub for your toiletries. They also use Dove products which I loved and you don't see that too often. Very good water pressure and temperature- gets hot fast and the sink plugs work well. My bathroom was MOSTLY clean - but there were some spots on the counter top that had some nasty, dried and caked on substances - I shudder to think what it might have been YUCK! It wasn't enough for me to bother the staff about it. Given the coloring on the granite I can see how it got missed but really they should be scrubbing those surfaces when they clean in between guests. Definitely had to knock off a star for that. Their breakfast was very decent! Hot and cold items are available and abundant. They have a pancake-making station, veggie and cheese omlettes, sausage patties, and even hash browns! Their breakfast room is huge and cozy and was very clean with ample seating. Their lobby was nicely decorated for St Pattys Day and gave a real cozy feel to it. The staff were all absolutely warm, welcoming, and just wonderful! The hotel was totally packed during our stay bc of a concert but they were able to make sure our rooms were next to each other etc. They have an indoor heated pool with a handicap accessible chair lift and a hot tub. We had the pool to ourselves and had a blast! The pool water was cool but tolerable - even in the winter weather. The hot tub is INSANELY HOT!! Our skin was bright red for at least an hour it was so hot - we definitely had to limit our time in it - I think they need to adjust it bc it was way too hot lol. They also have a small workout room next to the pool. There's plenty of parking in their huge lot that circles the building, working elevators, and tons of luggage carts. The location is great - about a 10-15 minute drive from beautiful Shoshone Falls and surrounded by tons of shops and restaurants and anything else you might want. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
