Our room was nothing spectacular, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. We felt it was a good value. All of the staff we encountered were polite & helpful. I did try my luck in the casino...didn't win anything, but had a good time. Again, the dealers, bartenders & drink runners were awesome. We would stay here again....I would not consider this a destination, but it was nice. (We didn't try any of the restaurants because we got in a little late. On a side note, this place uses MOUNTAIN TIME ZONE even though it's in Pacific.)

They were booked almost to capacity so we ended up on the 3rd floor. The person in the room above us walked around their room a lot and it sounded like someone doing jumping jacks with boots on alllll night! The digital key never worked and we tried to have it resent by the front desk half a dozen times. The spa had so much chlorine that it oxidized my silver rings and bleached my husband's swim trunks! It burned our eyes just trying to sit and relax and smelled horrible. The shower pressure is terrible, likely because the tub spout diverted when pulled up doesn't work right so half the water continues flowing out of the bath spout instead of the shower head. The shower head is old and hasn't been cleaned well so it randomly sprays water everywhere and was not pleasant to wake up to every morning. Ended up using the shower at our family's house when we went to visit to avoid the hotel one. Wish they had in room dining especially for the prices they charge for the rooms even with Hilton honors discounts. Very disappointed and will try a different hotel next time we're in town.

Apparently their computer system had gone down and they couldn't check anyone in. We waited... and waited.... And waited. With no resolve. Eventually we called corporate who tried to find us another room at nearby locations but any alternatives would've cost more and they weren't even willing to price match for us. So. Here we are... 7 month pregnant me and my husband just trying to make the best of it trying to decide if we drive another 3 hours to the next Hilton that had openings and pay more, or keep on waiting.... My husband found that he was able to successfully Check in by downloading the Hilton app. Something we wished the employees recommended we try, but we shared the success with other guests and went and checked into our room. Once we checked in, even though it was a non smoking room, it smelt faintly like marijuana. Which wasn't great. Other than that the place was Clean and provided us what we needed - a Place to rest for the night
