I wanted to give this salon a second chance but I have decided to never come back again. The first time I got my nails done there, it was my mistake for not knowing what I want but after going in a second time, I asked my nail tech to make my nails narrower in width because wide nails tend to make my fingers appear fatter (this is what happened the first time). After I told the nail tech several times, I can hear the frustration in her voice so I just gave up. I spent ~60 dollars on mediocre nails. The nail tech took about 2 hours on my nails and when I mentioned my nails looking thick, the gentlemen said that it's because I used gel. I have gotten them done at many places before and it does not have to do with the gel polish. The art of false nails are to make them look as natural as possible (in my opinion) and mine came out looking like Easter candy eggs on the ends of my finger. It's only a two star because I believe they are genuinely nice people.

Pedicures here seem to be hit or miss. I have had some ladies go above and beyond, with great pedicures and amazing massages. Yesterday's visit was not one of those. Unfortunately it was just "okay". Also, this morning my toe is red, swollen and I'm hoping not infected.

Whenever I see Donna I always feel like I had my therapy session at the same time I get my nails done. her.

We went back because I love my therapy sessions with Donna and my daughter went for the first time and got Rose and she really liked her. This is all positive for us since we've looked for a family home for nails thanks 10 Nails. I like this place. I like Donna. she fixed my nails from the previous place I had gone to. Donna did my eyebrows, I liked her manager. When I had to scrub my nails they didn't have any clean brushes, and the area where they clean their tools was tacky and looked like the store needed to be cleaned. I'm definitely going to go back though. I had an appointment yet had to w8 40 mins. I'm a Glutton for punishment. Update: WOW! Truly Scrumptious. Went back, got Donna (my favorite) Is she for real? Creative, patient, forever educating. She is my nail magician.

Poor polish job, looks like something I could've done myself, which is not saying much considering I have no nail painting skills. Definitely not worth the expense. read more

I am new to the area and thought I would check out few new places to get my nails done. There were a lot of good review so thought I would try them. I just dropped in with no appointment. I have had pedis before and we'll 10 nails were fair. I just felt rushed and felt like I had quick pedi for the price I paid. Also lady mentioned something about having a bed day....not sure I will go back...I guess I will keep looking for better place.... read more

I came here about two weeks ago with my mother to get pedicure and manicures. This salon is always pretty busy so I was prepared to wait. Thankfully we got seated right away, and this is where it starts to turn from good to bad. The lady that I got for my pedicure hardly even let me soak my feet in the water at all. She also kept trying to bend my knees but wouldn't say it which is super awkward and made me pretty upset. The leg message lasted no more than 5 minutes, and was sub par at best. She kept rubbing the same part of my leg over and over again and was very ruff. She kept speaking with another lady and it was clear to me they were talking about us, VERY unprofessional. I almost told her I didn't want to continue, but for my mothers sake I endured the terrible pedicure. The manicure was down by Rose, and was all right. She looked like she didn't really want to be there that day. As we go to pay, I give her my card and tells me to get cash out of the ATM. Excuse me, but if you let my mother pay with her card no problem but if I can't pay with mine somethings wrong. I wasn't about to get cash because who likes to pay the fees? Sure as hell not me. will definitely not be returning and will let my friends know as well. read more

WORST experience ever!! If you want to spend a small fortune on nails, deal with rude people, and have your account charged without you knowing, come to this place. I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. The service is awful and they care more about ripping people off than their customers! WILL NEVER RETURN! Was told that my service was paid for by my friend who had to leave, and that I didn't have to pay. Imagine my surprise when a few days later there is an $80 on my bank account when I only got a mani pedi that was supposed to cost $40 at most. Went in to get it fixed and was laughed at by the manager who refused to refund our money. They didn't apologize or take any accountability for THEIR mistake. The manager kept saying "$80 isn't a lot of money." I asked why they would ever think it was okay to charge that much money without letting me know and they tried to say that the glitter cost $20!! When my friend got the same exact manicure w/ chevron design and was told it was only $7. They refused to let us see the merchant copy of the receipt where they most likely wrote in a $70 tip, since the receipt they gave me said $10 (for the tip I left.) They had no proof that my friend didn't pay for me since she paid in cash and didn't get a receipt. They most likely pocketed her money and tried to charge me for both of us. The lady who did my nails told me that my friend didn't leave the other girl a tip so I felt guilted into tipping them both. I offered to give her cash and she said "no we can just put $10 on your card and split it." Very unprofessional to tell someone that they didn't get tipped and to refuse cash. She insisted on using my card. This place doesn't tell you what you're being charged for upfront and tries to get you to do extra services to pay more. I also said I wanted a regular pedicure and was given the deluxe which is more money. Finally we asked to speak to the owner who said they needed to refund the money and the manager gets on the phone and argues with him that she didn't want to refund us the money!! Got the money after a good 45 minutes of her arguing with us, instead of just acknowledging their mistake and making it right. If they would have handled this situation in a professional way I wouldn't have had as much of a problem, but their behavior is inexcusable. It ended in the manager screaming "get out of my shop and don't ever come back!" Well, no worries there. I will NEVER return. This place is expensive and shady, DON'T GO HERE. Spend your money at a salon that doesn't screw customers over!! Horrible place. read more

I've been going to 10 Nails for two years, primarily because it's close to the firm I work for. I get shellac manicures regularly and I've had them peal from 10 Nails before but never complained or asked them to fix it, but this last time it pealed in 6 days which is crazy. When I called I told the man over the phone that they pealed and I needed to get it fixed, I told them when I got there for my appointment that I was getting it fixed because it pealed, I even told the girl who was doing my nails that I was getting them fixed. They all said they understood then when I went to leave they tried to charge me the full amount. When I told them that I was getting my nailed fixed because something went wrong and they pealed the man told me that I should have showed him because he needed to see what went wrong. Since I told them three times and they never told me that I needed to physically go over to him and have them inspect my nails this is their mistake. I ended up paying half price because I didn't want to argue but they don't seem to want to stand by their work. That is, in my opinion, crapy service! I'm done with them. If you are ok with shellac that peals before you can enjoy it, then this is your place. read more

She called them "Malaysian" and said they spoke rudely to her. Did not happen. She needs to go into their shop and explain what happened- not talk to them on the phone as they do not always understand our language.

I love this place. They are very busy, even if you do make an appointment you may have to wait if it's after 4 pm on weekdays, or on weekends that is. But that's inevitable and they're always very attentive on keeping me updated and comfortable while I'm waiting. I only go to Nikki, she's the first nail tech that did my nails when I first started coming here and I've always requested her since. Nikki has the sweetest personality, she's very gentle, and pays attention to detail. I have very strong natural nails I can grow out to look like acrylics, and I know it's trickier to shape natural nails compared to acrylics, and she's always done a great job at keeping them squared off just how I like it. I usually come to Nikki after work and the other day when I came, she was soooo busy, it was already 6:30 by the time she could get to me (they close at 7, I was here for a polish change on my fingers and toes) she happily did my nails and didn't even make me feel like my appointment was rushed. I'm a very easy going person and would have been okay with being asked to come another day, but Nikki was sweet enough to stay almost 30 min later after closing time to get me in. I appreciate Nikki's customer service and I will be seeing her for a long time. :) read more

Hanna at 10 Nails gave me the BEST pedicure and manicure I've ever gotten. She takes the time to do it right. I always get a french tip and she is careful to make the width of the tip reflective of the size of your nail beds and hands. Rather than just go over by feet with a buffer and call it "callous treatment" she will take the time to scrape them down and smooth your whole foot. Hot wax on my feet and a hot stone rub down? All part of a pedicure that I plan to enjoy just a bit more regularly. I got a shellac nail treatment (french tip) and it didn't lift away after a whole month! She is careful to prepare your nail but DOESN'T BUFF AWAY THE NAIL! Too often others have buffed them so thin that my nail gets weak. Not Hanna. Very nice atmosphere, Great massage chairs and very respectful and caring service. Can't recommend 10 Nails any more highly! read more

This place is great! I moved to Camas in February and have yet to find my "go-to" until today. I walked in at about 5:45 and it was busy, but not packed. Anne was able to see me immediately and did a great job on both my mani and pedi! She isn't one for conversation, I wasn't really either, so it was perfect. She has great attention to detail on polish and gives a wonderful massage. I briefly fell asleep. The basic pedicure comes with a scrub AND a paraffin wax for $25 and the Gel manicure is also $25. Talk about great value! I also appreciated that the massage chair had a manual feature so I could control where it massaged my back the whole time. I've already recommended this place to all of my friends and will definitely be back. read more

We went in as a bridal party of 5. When we made the appointment we were told we would all be together which did not happen. The owner was doing my daughters nails and chastised her for not having a professional manicure in a while. Whe one of the girls question the sanitation the gal got very angry. She said they passed their test and if didn't like it stay home and do own nails. They did not sanitize the tools, reused the "cheese graters" on heals then put right back into drawer. Used already used nail files, did not wash out pedi sinks. The owner out of all the girls was by far the worse!! Disgusting and should be fined for reusing nail files and not sanitizing the tools that could be read more

I have known and been going to get my nails and pedicures done by Donna for sometime now and I must admit, She is AMAZING!!! My nails always good great, hold up very well as I wash my hands very often in my career. I def recommend her, even though I don't want her to be too busy to ever fit me in lol!!! 10 nails salon is very clean, neat, and everyone is very friendly and always try to get you right in! I have been going to this place for over 5 years now. Everyone here is very nice. I book in advance to see Donna. She is amazing!! I have full confidence in her, so much so I just let her choose the color and design she wants and she knocks it out of the park everytime. I may have to wait a little but that is because she is so busy. She is totally worth the wait!! My sister sees Hoang and she falls asleep while receiving the foot massage, she is so relaxed. read more

Quick and so easy. I was in and out with a fresh set within 30 min and not only was it fast but the best set of nails I've ever gotten. They don't grind your nails for 20 min like most other nail salons and they really understand what you're asking for. They don't push anything that you don't want on to you and they are so nice.
