JK Concrete & Paving came out and demoed both the garage and driveway on day one along with doing all the form work. Everything tested "okay" and he had some advice on the sump pump being replaced in a year or two. He also gave me info on various ongoing inspection programs and the value of each one. Mike was courteous, friendly and completed the inspection in a timely manner. He also took care not to let any of our house cats escape outdoors.
