During my recent visit, I went in to complete a change-of-address form. After filling it out and handing it in, the employee assisting me didn't even know what the next step was. I had previously submitted a form and received a letter asking me to include additional information--information that was already part of the original packet. To make matters more frustrating, the representative advised me to send back only the requested item and not include the rest of the materials. That makes no sense, since it would likely result in another delay or another letter asking for missing information again. Overall, the experience was confusing and disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues, because the service has clearly declined. There use to be a tall man in there that really knew what he was doing and got you out fast and everything was accurate but now, I'm sorry you need to new professional staffing that knows what they're doing or new management. This was one of the most reliable post offices I could count on, but not now. I'm not even sure my change of address even got to the correct place. I'm still waiting and this was 2 weeks ago. I didn't get a confirmation from the representative or anything.
