Vibrant, calm, and cozy ambience Service is very attentive Place is very well decorated and clean Sushi is fresh and well portion. The fresh wasabi is a plus. Definitely, the carpaccio is the best. Will be returning with the group!

The food was good. It's a new all you can eat on the west side but this some strings attached. First rule is the 2 hrs which is pretty normal. Second is that the sashimi and Nigiri have an extra dollar per piece. Third is the have some prices that are a max of 2. Fourth is that you can only order 5 things at a time. (This is seems to be one they are trialing with the soft open as it hard to do with a table of 4 and the sashimi is one piece at a time). Last rule I can remember was kids are by height which has become popular in the newer AYCE places lately. For the overall place, it was hard to believe that this place was a village Inn before because the inside they completely redid and gave it a nice clean glossy look they definitely had a more upscale vibe. The servers were amazing, tentative fast and the sushi sets are really good. They had hand roles regular rolls and different type of meat. Teppanyaki is very good. Good for anyone, even if they aren't into sushi. I am excited about the grand opening in August as this soft opening seems to make it a great option over driving to Tempe/mesa.

Hubby and I went last night. Outside it has the Soft Opening sign. It was busy, the hostess seated us right away. All the seatings are booth seating. The waitress explained how the AYCE menu worked. You start by ordering 5 items at a time per person. I had miso soup. It was very delicious. Very authentic, umami flavors. If you order nigiri, it is one piece. Rolls like California rolls come in 8 pieces. I also ordered shrimp tempura 1 pc, tempura soft shelled crab, 1 pc. The beef short ribs, yum. Wagyu nigiri yum. Everything was delicious. Even the sushi pizza topped with tuna was yum. Our waitress was so quick to remove empty plates and if not her, the other servers were readily available to help. Now, if you ordered more than your stomach can handle, they will charge you for any leftover food. Unfortunately you are not allowed to pack any to take with you. We ended up stuffing ourselves. lol. They offer foods from the hibachi, fried rice, soups, udon, carpaccio in this yummy ponzu. Assorted appetizers. Even dessert, if you have room.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, excellent service! Cassie was attentive and her suggestions perfect! I cannot believe how much we ate and everything was delicious!

Interior is very pleasant. Very classy surroundings. Ordering was simple enough and the menu provided pictures of the dishes, which is great for someone like me who doesn't eat much sushi so I don't really know what to expect when I'm trying something new other than a California roll. Haha. Price point was good for a buffet for the amount of food you could possibly enjoy. Fortunately, I didn't eat much prior during the day so I was able to take in a good amount of new dishes. Food was great. I enjoyed everything and did not leave anything behind. I'll for sure be coming back and trying more of the menu items. Service was quick, responsive and respectful.

Chef David and crew are amazing, always coming up with new tastey items on the menu. AJ, Joey, Nathan, Angelina, and crew are amazing too! Sorry, I've left a few other names out. They always have great recommendations and are super tentative. They don't have a huge selection of fish but the quality is excellent. I love the vibe in the restaurant with the black ceiling, crystal chandeliers and techno/ EDM music playing softly over the speakers. Always a great dinning experience!

We started with the Ahi Tuna Crispy Rice, which was perfectly crispy with fresh, flavorful tuna on top. We also ordered the Hamachi Sashimi, which melted in your mouth and tasted incredibly fresh. For sushi, we had the Sake Roll and added the seared miso butter, which took the salmon to another level and was one of our favorite bites of the meal. The highlight of the night was when Chef David surprised us with one of his specials: seared yellowtail. It was absolutely incredible--lightly seared, buttery, and packed with flavor. If it's available, don't hesitate to order it! For our signature roll, we tried the Harumi Roll. It was good, but after seeing and tasting more of the menu, we both agreed we would probably order the Yellowtail Trio instead next time. To pair with dinner, we had the Montepulciano, and it was an excellent choice. Smooth, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the sushi. Harumi continues to be one of those places where the quality is consistently outstanding. Between the fresh fish, creative dishes, and attentive chefs, it's hard to make a bad choice here. We'll definitely be back to try even more of the menu!

I opted to forego the "show" ... being seated at a community table for the chef show. But clearly this is the primary focus of this restaurant. The 5-10 smaller individual 2 and 4-tops are adjacent to the bar. The place was packed, and so noisy I couldn't even hear the other person at my table. But on the flip side, it looked and sounded like the people at the community "show" tables were having a ball. Lots of birthdays and celebrations. Anyway, great menu. Started with a couple inspired cocktails, and moved on to the fish taco's and lamb chop appetizers. Outstanding. Only nit, our server disappeared, and the app plates were left on table when our main courses showed up. We were also never serviced for another round of drinks. For our mains I ordered the Wagyu filet with asparagas and fried rice sides cooked medium. My dining guest ordered the salmon roll and a side of fried rice. My steak came out gray and rare, no sear crust at all. Very disappointing. On the flip side my dining partners portion of fried rice was astoundingly large, and good. Never did see our server again until the check was brought over. We were not even offered the dessert menu other than the small pineapple sherbet that came with my meal. Parking is brutal here. Very crowded area on weekend. Had a long walk to restaurant entrance. Don't think this will be on my repeat list.

Everything was fresh and tasty. The presentation was excellent, as well. My fav is the Carpaccio and The baked mussels. Yum! After I tapped out, they brought a beautiful tray of oysters for another table that looked amazing. I would try that next time. We also had the Spicy Garlic Edamame, Miso soup, Seaweed Salad, and the Gyoza. Our server was super sweet and very attentive. All the staff work as a team to make sure everyone is happy and getting everything they need. They all help to clear plates and bring new dishes to the table. They have a decent array of drinks and Sakis. The seating has a good size area with booths and tables. They have room to move tables to accommodate for larger parties, which is a bonus. There are tv screens up on the walls with different shows and videos playing. They also have music playing which was nice. It's a fun & casual vibe. They just recently changed ownership and names so that's probably why we got in so quickly on a Friday night. They are making changes to the menu and so there will be more updates coming soon. The parking is right outside and it's a big shared lot so it was easy. The building and windows are dark but at night they have a new neon sign that says" Brave Sushi-all you can eat. " There are two cost options you can pick $35 for all you can eat, except the Nigiri, or $40 to include the Nigiri. They both include ice cream for dessert. When you are in Peoria, Arizona, check it out!
