So the graphic designer name Ink top graphics gave my daughter a quote and she paid half of the money.Later the guy called and said that the hoodie prices have gone up and he wants more money. After having some argument he said ok he will make the hoodies for the same price but he will use the brand from Pakistan.my daughter's friend offer to pick up the hoodies from the manufacturer and he said that he will pick them up and print them. Later on we find out that he never contacted the original manufacturer to pick up the hoodies instead he used his own supplier. when he delivered the printed hoodies everything is wrong.Brand is not the same that we discussed. Quality is very cheap. Printing is off and sizes are off.since he didn't use the brand that was originally discussed the sizes are way off and many hoodies has oil stains on them. My daughter is a high school student and the money that she paid for the hoodies( $792)was collected from the club members and she has to deliver the hoodies as promised. The designer robbed and scammed high schoolers thinking they are children and can't do anything about it. I've exchanged many emails to settle with the final layout of my awning. I truly appreciate their effort. The price was also reasonable. Why not the full 5 stars? The day before the scheduled installation -- I was asked can the awning be installed a day earlier instead. I said sure.. I was given a time frame and I rushed to my store. The installation crew didn't show up until 1 h 30 min later. I understand circumstances causes delays, however, they were the one that requested for it to be installed a day earlier ( not me ). Therefore, I believe the timing could've been better. Other than that, I'd recommend to my other friends.

Really wanted to give these guys a good review but 2nd time using them, they added an extra logo…read moreinto our event poster/flyer without explicitly telling us they did it. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.
