After having some argument he said ok he will make the hoodies for the same price but he will use the brand from Pakistan.my daughter's friend offer to pick up the hoodies from the manufacturer and he said that he will pick them up and print them. Later on we find out that he never contacted the original manufacturer to pick up the hoodies instead he used his own supplier. when he delivered the printed hoodies everything is wrong.Brand is not the same that we discussed. Quality is very cheap. Printing is off and sizes are off.since he didn't use the brand that was originally discussed the sizes are way off and many hoodies has oil stains on them. My daughter is a high school student and the money that she paid for the hoodies( $792)was collected from the club members and she has to deliver the hoodies as promised. The designer robbed and scammed high schoolers thinking they are children and can't do anything about it. She was very quick to respond and helped adjust my image on the front and back to my liking numerous times. Lucila didn't charge me extra for having XXL and XS shirts in my order and made sure that it would be completed within 5-8 days. I would order from here again. Update: after 1 wash, everything seems to be holding up great. No pilling and the print on the front and back have no damage.

An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.
