One thing I noticed is there have been a few occasions where I have sent wrong file sizes and instead of printing the wrong images at very low quality they will call me and let me know something is off and that id doesn't look right. Usually it's because i sent the wrong file. I'm really happy they look into my work with such detail. Other times I have been so busy I've rushed things in last minute and they have really gone out of their way to not only get it done in a pinch but even help me carry it back home. I've sent many people to them and will continue to do so. We love them! James

BRAND EXPERIENCE I called as soon as they opened to figure out if they had 2-sheet, 8.5"x14" black & white, NCR forms in stock as a surprising number of local printers did not have them in stock. My sales rep was able to take my order and give me a quote with it 5 minutes. STAFF The staff at the physical location was exceptional. I spoke with a guy named Will. He was professional, courteous and clearly articulated how, if this situation should rise again, to most effectively get forms ordered with a list of order amount vs timing chart. PRICING As I ordered NCR forms, they were slightly on the pricier side in general but still very cheap. I was able to get 250 forms for only $99. OVERALL EXPERIENCE I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in need of printing services in the greater Brooklyn area.

We booked her a year in advance and made a few changes up until last month. Shirley was very accommodating, and during our final meeting we confirmed all the colors and counts. She was organized and offered great suggestions for the family boutonnieres. All the flowers turned out beautifully, and the team did an amazing job matching the colors we asked for. We chose silk flowers for the arch, and they looked even better than real ones. We received so many compliments--everyone was practically fighting to take the centerpieces home! XD The photobooth picture quality was also excellent. Two attendants were available throughout the reception to assist guests, and even our shy older relatives went up to take photos. Everyone received a paper copy, and the team set aside an extra set for us to take home. We also received an online album, which made it easy to download all the photos. We highly recommend Jelo for anyone's wedding or event floral needs.
