OK, this was another top notch meal in Hong Kong. We had a group of four, so ordered dishes to share among everyone. We are glad we did. We started with Tom Yum soup. I have this Thai soup in almost every Thai restaurant I eat in. This was the best I have ever had. Spicy with a bit a coconut milk in the broth, huge mushrooms, and a nice shrimp.
We had a catfish dish that was like essence of catfish. What I thought was a crispy coating over the fish turned out to be the fish itself fried to a crispy, thin layer of flavor over a bed of cabbage. The green curry (another of my go-to dishes) was phenomenal. The fried rice served in a pineapple was loaded with seafood and chunks of pineapple. it was a new experience for us, and it was also fantastic.
I could go on raving about all the dishes, but my advice is to gather up your friends and coworkers and go eat here. read more
