Love the location-very central, Uber readily available anytime day or night, very cheap. The hotel is attached to a mall AND subway stop with lots of food and shopping on every turn. (Uber to airport is US$35, 40min drive) Amenities were adequate (they started charging for plastic stuff in 2026: shower cap, razor etc. It is a Hong Kong thing, not Hyatt). The shower pressure is strong, wifi is fast, housekeeping friendly and lounge is great. We had fantastic breakfasts in the Cafe and feel lucky to avail of the 40% off in-house guest discount for the weekend seafood buffet at HK$888+ It was a great seafood spread. We went to the Grand Hyatt for their seafood buffet but we love the HR buffet more than the Grand. Thank you Samuel Wong and Emma Lam in the Cafe for helping us graciously every morning. We highly recommend HR Regency TST and look forward to returning!

The complimentary happy hour is far from ordinary--expect high-end liquors, quality wines, and premium beers, paired with an impressive spread. Evening offerings feel more like a curated dining experience than light snacks, with a full dim sum service that rivals top local restaurants--an unexpected and delightful touch. Watching the harbor come alive from this vantage point is unforgettable. Shangri-La Kowloon combines world-class service, exceptional dining, and one of the best views in Hong Kong. Following two decades as its former brand, it was finally restored to its name when the hotel opened over 40 years ago. Fear not IHG fans, this flagship property will remain with IHG for the next 30 years. (#1) This is one of the most iconic hotels in HK. It's been featured in shows, movies, and music videos and it's semi-old school 80s/90s vibe is a thing of nostalgia. Don't let the exterior fool you, this hotel is still worthy of its 5 star status, where the rooms are super contemporary and modern and run for anywhere from $500-$6000 USD a night. Whether it's a high floor with city or harbour view, it's a guaranteed comfortable stay. The bed is so comfy that I wouldn't want to leave the room either. While some folks enjoy the skyline view from The Peak (#1), I think it could be argued the more impressive view is directly from here. The panoramic views of the breathtaking skyscraping cluster of Hong Kong is perfectly on display from the Kowloon waterfront, which makes for all the reasons TST is the place to be. (#3) This place is chalk full of amenities and outstanding dining options. Lai Ching Heen is their high end Cantonese establishment, NOBU for Japanese, The Steak House, Oura Bar + Lobby Lounge for their nightlife, and one of the city's greatest international buffets in Harbourside. My simple whiskey cocktail confused the waitress. She was a good sport. Jamieson, with bitters, on a king cube, with an orange peel. 「太複雜咩⁇」 「哈哈‼我未聽過」 She actually had to write it down. He brought us to check in on the 15th floor as we had booked a room with access to the executive lounge. Throughout our stay, the staff in the lounge were terrific; remembering our names, room numbers and even our preferred cocktails. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and there was definitely something there for everyone. We enjoyed the various restaurants on the property and a couple of the dishes were outstanding. However, a day into our trip we had a rather big snafu with my father's mobility scooter breaking. Obviously this was going to affect our trip in Hong Kong, but Raymond, the Chief Concierge came to the rescue! He lent us a wheelchair to use and arranged for a rental scooter to be delivered to the hotel. He kept in touch with us throughout the week, giving us suggestions and making us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. I can't say enough good things about Raymond, except kudos to you, sir. A++. You, alone are a reason I would return. The hotel was packed because of the Chinese New Year. I observed how well the staff worked with each other and the guests; it was a well oiled machine. There were some festivities in the lobby to celebrate and the general manager, Mr. Wipper was there. Ah it all made sense now. The extraordinary attention to detail and exquisite service came down from the top! It was clear this GM had standards and his staff respected that, and him. The airlines had cancelled our flights home because of expected bad weather. Bobby, the rooms manager, whom we had met upon arrival, didn't flinch. Although they were at capacity, he somehow managed to extend our stay for 3 additional nights and then change again when the airlines cancelled us for a second time. Well done Bobby - the airlines could learn a thing or two from you. All in all, we had a marvelous time at The New World Millennium hotel in Hong Kong and I would highly recommend staying at this property!

So nice to be upgraded to a room with a harbor view to be able to see the sunrise in the morning and enjoy watching the boats along the harbor at night. The king room was simple, but comfortable. The free WiFi was fast. Nice to have water bottles and English breakfast tea. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Loved the corner with Hong King milk tea and cocktail and pineapple pastries. The pineapple bun is perfect with some cold fresh butter. Lots of Asian and continental offerings which changed daily. The cream filled bao buns were so yummy. Loved the noodles, samosas, and masala chickpeas and cauliflower. The smoked salmon was so fresh. The beet and apple and quinoa salads were so good. Definitely try their fresh fruits, the pineapple was amazing, and chocolate croissants. A great way to start the day. Want to swim? The rooftop heated pool is long enough to swim decent laps. Loved the view as well. Head to the sauna after your swim. The steam and herbal saunas were perfect at the end of a long day of exploring Hong Kong. The experience shower with its multiple options was nice as well. Location is so convenient. Easy to walk to the promenade or the MRT. Service was great. Would recommend staying here again.

The location was incredibly convenient, right on Nathan Road and directly across from K11 Art Mall. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern and roomy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. As IHG Platinum members, we received four complimentary welcome drink vouchers for the hotel bar, along with welcome pastries. We also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor. Since the hotel is located at the intersection of Nathan Road and Mody Road in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the area was always busy with tourists. However, that's also what makes the location such a huge advantage. We opted to purchase during our stay and did not regret this decision as the food & drink selections were vast and convenient for us to power up before our day. Strong coffee was good too! - Felt secure while staying at the hotel as there was noticeable staff and camera for security. Additionally, card keys are required for elevator and public restroom use. Bring your room key! - You can communicate with staff via email in English to arrange hotel reservations or answer questions before booking. My family of four (w/ two younger kids) enjoyed our stay here 4 nights and 5 days during the 2024 Christmas holidays. This was our first time as guests of this Holiday Inn so we were initially worried the room would be too small or old, however, we were pleasantly surprised the double-queen room was adequate. Our experience here was terrific and would gladly return in the future. Our kids loved the free internet, and the parents loved how the hotel made things simple for traveling parents. Additionally, the room & desk service folks were very friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel is managed well and expectations were exceeded. We felt very welcomed and honored to have stayed at such a fine establishment.
