The location is great with KK Mall right across the street, access to the metro and Mixic on the sub floors. When I visit, this is the only place I stay and highly recommend.

I called them for ice once. I'm bummed that I didn't get to try either of the restaurants on site, but we did manage to squeeze in late night drinks and snacks at this bar, which was excellent. On par with some of the best bars in places like NY and SF in terms of food/drink quality and creativity. Location is great, very close to the ferry, if you want to ferry across the harbor. Very accessible via walking/MTR/cab to everything else you'd want to see in the city.

The moment we got out of the taxi, they already had the trolleys out to help with our luggage. Check in was quick and easy. The room we got was a two twin bed room. You can say it was enough for us, but you can also say that it wasn't. The bathroom area is pretty spacious with a full size tub and a separate shower area. The decor definitely looks a little aged, but it was still clean. The hotel had a restaurant downstairs that does buffet. Didn't get a chance to try it though. There was also a regular sit down restaurant right next to it. We got access to the Regency Club and it was nice. Continental breakfast was provided as well as hor dourves later in the afternoon. The staff working up in the Regency Club were all pretty friendly, but for some unknown reason I felt like I was being watched over what I was doing. Just a sense of not feeling entirely comfortable or rather welcoming even though I had the right access to it. As far as the other amenities go, the pool area and kids area were really nice and big. The gym is also another amenity that deserves some shine. The workout area is a lot bigger than a lot of other hotel gyms. They have enough cardio and free weight equipments for guests to enjoy. Overall, no other complaints about our stay here. We would definitely consider staying here in the future, but will be putting traveling time back and forth into consideration. Lastly, if you're looking for laundry, there is a laundry spot one MTR away at Fo Tan. It's about a 10 min walk after getting off the MTR station in a small shopping center in the back. Pretty affordable prices compared to having Hyatt do it.

The amenities and accessibility to local establishments couldn't be beat. Given that they build up in Hong Kong, the rooms were small, yet totally functional and perfectly equipped. The rooms are situated from floors 6-17 and you have great windows to people watch, from the neighbors across the way, to the basketball courts about a block away. It's always kind of neat to see how people go about their lives. Onward, the employees were always super professional and totally helpful. Especially when I got on the wrong elevator on the way down from the laundry room on the 18th floor. Fail on my part. Yes, there are laundry facilities! Great for the long-term traveler. The hotel is close to public transportation, but we took cabs to and from the airport and a few times to go to some restaurants we all wanted to hit, as they were more convenient for our group. I could write a whole other review about the awesome nutty/cab /vans, but that's for another place and time. The other times, we hoofed it and discovered so many great bars and breweries filled with locals,expats, and tourists .After all, isn't that the best part of traveling? Bottom line, I totally liked this place. The only downside was the empty vending machine. Thought we'd be able to get water there. No big, we were surrounded by local markets. Get your water, fruit, and snacks from there.

Barf. I recognize everyone is suffering economically due to the virus scam/scare, but don't try to gauge us, it only makes us unlikely to return! Also: We were on the 26th floor. There were three elevators in the building but two were consistently "down for maintenance" for our entire five day long stay. Horsefeathers! Housekeeping was using one of them during cleaning hours, they just tagged the other two out to lower their operating expenses due to a downturn in profits from the temporary lack of demand. Again, another reason for us to not return. Lastly, it is totally unreasonable that at 9am that housekeeping is stuffing notes under our room door that they want to "service our room". I know your occupancy is low due to the virus. STOP MAKING US SUFFER BECAUSE YOU DON'T LIKE THE SITUATION! We don't like it either! We will not return to this hotel, but if you DM me I can recommend several other fine hotels in the HK area to you.

I'm in a "pure room" which helps with allergies in the top floor. The hotel is all wireless and very Techy which I love. The bed is so comfy. I literally do not want to get out of the bed!! The food is also really good. I've had room service and enjoyed a buffet breakfast yesterday with my guest that was amazing. Overall, the decor, restaurant options and overall ambiance are incredible. This area is a more isolated part of town but it is great as I'm visiting my friends who live in Pokfulam area. I would still recommend to tourists because cans here are very cheap and you'll enjoy the tranquility and top service. There is a gym and a lovely pool. I haven't had the time to enjoy these amenities but the restaurants are very good and the concierge is very helpful. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the city.

They offer a free shuttle bus that takes you to the Central Station (15 minute drive) and it operates every hour or so...a real lifesaver for this location! Unless you are doing business in this area, I would think twice about this location because there is not much around. The connected Cyberport Mall is a "ghost mall." Mostly empty storefronts and a couple of not-so-great restaurants. We paid extra for a corner room and it had a SPECTACULAR water view. The air conditioning could not keep up with the sun/heat. This was very strange as our other Hong Kong hotels had no problem with air conditioning. The manager provided us with a portable AC unit that made it bearable but we still had to keep all the blinds and curtains closed....crazy! Why don't they just invest in some 3M solar-reflective window tint...it would make a HUGE difference! Stains in the carpet and window shades were a little surprising. They have a plentiful breakfast buffet and a very nice seafood buffet in the evening. Room service food was great and we relied on it as there were few nearby restaurants. McDonalds is located just outside of the hotel and it was great for coffee in the morning. I would not stay here again due to the remote location, but if you have business in the area, it would be worth considering.

Love that they provide international plugs already, so no need to have your converters. Hospitality: staff are all friendly, warm and welcoming. They always greet their guests with a smile. Housekeeping team - top notch! I'm so glad we picked JW, over the Conrad (ugh don't ask, had the worse experience in Singapore)... since we are members of both rewards programs. The service, Grand Hyatt quality, staff and hotel haven't changed one bit. Everything about the stay was perfect. The fantastic views, to the helpful staff who brought all our luggage to our room and it was a lot of suitcases as we were only staying a couple of nights before flying back to the U.S. it was the last leg of our Asia tour so we had amassed quite a lot of souvenirs and shopping to bring home. The views from our room were spectacular! Especially during the golden hour where Hong Kong bay just seems to light up and glow. We took every opportunity we could to take in the views. I called the concierge desk to ask for help getting reservations to a restaurant I wanted to take my family. After many attempts, they couldn't connect with the restaurant, but they gave us 2-3 other options where I could go for dinner and they made the reservations for me. The dinner was perfect and we enjoyed the food. We hired the Grand Hyatt airport limousine van to take us to Hong Kong airport. The service was above and beyond. When we pulled up to the airport terminal there were two Hyatt staff members waiting for our arrival with two baggage carts. Once the van pulled up they unloaded our luggage and pushed the carts behind us to follow us to the check in counter and unloaded everything for us there.It was seamless and smooth to check in. We had a perfect stay there and can't wait to go back again!
