For meats and veggies, we tried several types of beef, mutton, fish balls, fish, beancurd, and Chinese veggies. You can order whatever you want on their tablet. We also got the all-you-can-drink tea option with their delicious lemon tea. The waitress was extremely attentive and even gave us a free fried man tou dessert that came with condensed milk for dipping. The mantous had a crispy exterior and soft, warm interior. Along with the all you can eat meats items, it also comes with veggies, tofu, rice, and Haagen-Dazs ice cream which is a bigger seller in HK. For lunch on weekdays, it offers a cheaper meal for 60 minutes. I believe it is $98. For dinner, the normal price is $148 for 90 minutes. Drinks are not included, but you can add that option for additional charges. If you want a split pot for 2 soup bases, it's also an extra $10. Service is not bad, it takes about 5 minutes for them to bring the soup and the meat when your time starts. However, you time starts the minute you walk in so you better decide what you want to order before sitting down. I've been a fan of this place for the best part of a year when everybody else seemed to have discovered it and things went down hill from there. Nowadays, you have to reserve a table in advance by a week or so at least, that's if they let you make a reservation. The second thing is that walk-in is well nigh impossible unless you decide to start waiting from about 5 pm. IF you were lucky to get a table you will find that the place has gone downhill and no care has been taken to keep the place up.
