Of course, we ordered the beef and scrambled egg sandwich to share and added on a french toast. We also ordered some HK style milk tea, which is mixed with coffee. It's not specifically mentioned on the menu but if you order cold, it'll come sweetened and hot is unsweetened. Overall, the meal was just alright. The beef and egg sandwiches didn't have much of a flavor and I thought the ground beef was a little dry. The french toast, however, was excellent. Moist, slightly crunchy on the outside, and stuffed with some peanut butter. I'd come back to try something else on the menu but I wouldn't really recommend the sandwiches.

And their food is pretty good. We ordered a set lunch, which for $72 includes a drink, an appetizer, an entree (your choice of protein includes beef, pork, chicken, duck and fish! No veg option though) and a small noodle/rice. They hand made their noodles, and the beef is tender, so I really enjoy their beef noodle soup. We couldn't resist ordering the honey toast. It is a stack of 3 thick slices topped with mango, mango ice cream, whipped cream, sauces, marshmallow and more. Quite a feast for the eyes. They bring along knife and tongs to make it easier to make headway into this gigantic tower. I really enjoy the dessert. The toast is crunchy on the outside but still soft inside, so it doesn't hurt my tongue like sandpaper, and has a hint of sweetness. Fried tofu, fried oysters as well as broccoli and scallops were some of our personal favorites from our meal. I love fried oysters and was not expecting what we got. They were spectacular! Plump, cooked just enough, light and barely noticeable batter. Really a much better oyster than I would expect at a dai pai dong. Do not judge a shabby hole in the wall by its dai pai dong label! I have learned by lesson. For take out and a reasonably priced meal out in our Sheung Wan hood, we will return.

They aren't too fussy if you want to order from the other stalls (with the exception of the dumpling place) but I would suggest asking beforehand. Other plus is that you can BYOB (not sure what the corkage is). While the prices aren't too expensive, the portions and quality of the food always leaves the evening with both your wallet and belly full and satisfied.
