When I came back, Jessica was at reception and did speak English which was helpful for me since I'm only visiting and my German is non existent. She was very kind and made me a nice coffee while I waited, as I was early. When it was time for my service I was so surprised the level of care and detail. She even took out a ruler at one point and measured! She explained what she was doing the whole time and waxed and plucked to Perfection without taking too much off. This was on par with a very expensive service such as Anastasia brow bar, but only 15 euro instead of 40 at a place like that. I don't like super high arches but I'm on the average side, and Kelly took the time to let me know exactly what she was going. I got an eyebrow wax and upper lip and it only came out to 25 euros! I thought for the great job?m she did it was totally worth it. I must say the wax does sting a bit more than the usual places like benefit or places that use the colored wax, however they use all natural 100% bees wax for all their waxing purposes so you're in good hands-- and for less additives and skin irritants, I would take a little sting any day!

Friendly ladies who are happy to offer advice & do a good job. Once I did find the wax too hot & one time when I asked for a Brazilian with landing strip it turned out a bit crooked but in both those cases, the employee was new to waxing. However, the ones who have been there for a longer period of time do a really great job & take great care removing all the hair & that you're comfortable. Also, I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes & the service is friendly. I also like the bonus card although I do miss the student discount.
