I must say the wax does sting a bit more than the usual places like benefit or places that use the colored wax, however they use all natural 100% bees wax for all their waxing purposes so you're in good hands-- and for less additives and skin irritants, I would take a little sting any day!

Once I did find the wax too hot & one time when I asked for a Brazilian with landing strip it turned out a bit crooked but in both those cases, the employee was new to waxing. However, the ones who have been there for a longer period of time do a really great job & take great care removing all the hair & that you're comfortable. Also, I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes & the service is friendly. I also like the bonus card although I do miss the student discount.
