This is the first waxing place I've been to that actually has shaped my eyebrows how they naturally look. I don't like super high arches but I'm on the average side, and Kelly took the time to let me know exactly what she was going. I got an eyebrow wax and upper lip and it only came out to 25 euros! I thought for the great job?m she did it was totally worth it. I must say the wax does sting a bit more than the usual places like benefit or places that use the colored wax, however they use all natural 100% bees wax for all their waxing purposes so you're in good hands-- and for less additives and skin irritants, I would take a little sting any day! read more

Super! I just moved to Berlin a few months ago and am so glad I gave this place a try (the positive reviews are not an exaggeration). I'm not sure if it's the wax, the technique/training of the professionals, or a combo of both, but Waxing Cat gave me one of the BEST (and least painful/uncomfortable) waxes that I've ever received. It had been quite a long time since I'd last had a wax, and while the first one back can generally be quite painful, this experience was quite positive. Actually the best Brazilian wax I've ever received. All these five star reviews are definitely NOT an overstatement. Lemme break it down for you: 1. Miracle wax that doesn't hurt. The ladies at Waxing Cat appear to have found it (imported from Italy). Their wax is for sensitive skin; today, it delivered easily the most effective and painless wax I've experienced. 2. Professional technicians. I felt completely comfortable at Waxing Cat, and you all know how difficult that can be considering the nature of the task at hand. The woman who waxed me was relaxed, talkative, and polished in demeanor. She was also worked quickly and did not have to "clean up" many areas, which I certainly appreciated. 3. Pristine space. The room wherein I was waxed was scrubbed clean and free of any clutter. Think white walls, clean lines, like an upscale doctor's office. PRO TIPS: call ahead to make an appointment, preferably a few weeks in advance. Calling by phone is preferable to email; no one will answer the phone, but someone will get in touch to schedule an appointment if you leave your name and email in a recorded message. read more

During my time in Berlin, the Waxing Cat was a place I frequented. Prices were so reasonable compared to what I was used to back home in the United States. A Sphinx Cat wax kept my kitty completely fuzz-free for less than €30 a go. They also provide a loyalty card where you can get a discounted service after getting ten waxes. They use hard wax here, so the bikini waxes are fairly painless. Plus, every technician I've encountered at Waxing Cat is friendly and great at distracting you from what could otherwise be an awkward and uncomfortable situation. Went to get my eyebrows done. I guess they specialise in removing hair, not shaping your brows. My brows didn't look neat and needed doing again even though I got charged the more expensive eyebrow wax place. Will be trying somewhere else. read more

I hesitate to write ecstatic reviews about places, especially about something as important as a waxing salon, so I waited for a few months to make sure that I am still as enthusiastic about it as I was after my first visit. I am! I love it! I have been coming to the Waxing Cat for four months now, and I have been waxed by five different women. All were great, and very quick - since I get a full Brazilian, swiftness is of no small importance! The wax they use is this hardening hot pink mass, so there are no strips - the wax itself dries into a thick piece that gets pulled off. I was skeptical at first, but apparently it's easier on sensitive skin. The studio itself is sweet and very clean. Call ahead to make an appointment, as they are usually quite busy. read more

Laura did such a wonderful job! She made me feel comfortable and it was honestly the most painless bikini wax I have ever had. On top of that the it was extremely reasonably priced - 13 euros! I highly highly highly recommend this shop if you're in Berlin and need a fast wax. But, make sure to book online before you head into the shop and ring the doorbell once you get there as the front door is locked from the street and you need to be let in. Sanaa is fantastic for eyebrow waxing! I've been seeing her for half a year now, and each time I leave delighted with her work. Sanaa really takes the time to listen to what you'd like, and she works hard to achieve the results you want. Not only that, she is unfailingly cheerful and friendly each time. For her expert work, the 7.50€ price is a steal. She also provides a frequent "buyer" card so you can earn your way towards a bonus. First, I was suspicious because they only have 5 star ratings, but now I understand why. It is a great little place with great people. With all the big chains of waxing studios in the city it wasn't easy finding a studio I feel comfortable in, when I first came to Berlin. This place is not exactly in my neighbourhood, but I do not mind driving a bit, because it is absolutely worth it. The women working here are very nice and the prices are more than competitive. There is no rushing because there are 20 more women waiting outside and there is in general a peaceful atmosphere. I kept going to this place once a month for the last 7 months and will definitely continue! read more

Since its appointment only, I've tried to call and make an appointment but no one picks up. Have also tried to email and left a message. Additionally, I tried to stop by in person at 2 pm, when they are "open", and the door was locked and no one was there. Waited a few minutes but I'm now just going to take my business elsewhere. Waxing Cat is the absolute best waxing salon I have been to in years. I found them two years ago after arriving in Berlin and have been a monthly customer ever since. I have had appointments with almost all of the employees and you will always be in wonderful hands. Laura, from Brazil, works incredibly quick (in a good way!) and as painless as can be for a Brazilian wax. She also does wonderful eyebrows. Sannas is excellent as well. Everyone speaks English and if they answer the phone in German, you can just switch to English and they will too. The prices are unbeatable! 20 euro for a Brazilian and 7.50 for eyebrows. They do tend to get a bit busy as they are so popular so I suggest making an appointment a few days before. They take payment by cash and EC card. read more

My first experience was ok (the women didn't have a lot of time, she was late). It was very very quick but well done. And today I call to try to take an appointment (no problem the first time) and the girl didn't speak english (it can happen I have no problem with that) but she didn't even try to communicate (she understood a bit what I was saying). I had the feeling that she didn't what to be bother, not a nice way to treat customers. I'll not come back ! read more
