They don't use linen strips.... Just the wax directly on your skin, it cools a bit, then they pull the wax off. I am happy with the result & professionalism. After both waxes the texture of my skin in my intimate area and the way the hair grew back I have never experienced before. Normally, even as the hair grows back the skin is super soft and hairs grow back thin and silky, but after my visits here both times the hair was very course and my area was bumpy. I have been getting Brazilian waxes for 4 years now and again have never experienced the aftermath as I have from Amazon Waxing. I think the wax is extremely too hard an they all need to improve even with the customer service. I won't be back.
