I must say the wax does sting a bit more than the usual places like benefit or places that use the colored wax, however they use all natural 100% bees wax for all their waxing purposes so you're in good hands-- and for less additives and skin irritants, I would take a little sting any day!

They don't use linen strips.... Just the wax directly on your skin, it cools a bit, then they pull the wax off. I am happy with the result & professionalism. She even took out a ruler at one point and measured! She explained what she was doing the whole time and waxed and plucked to Perfection without taking too much off. Friendly ladies who are happy to offer advice & do a good job. Once I did find the wax too hot & one time when I asked for a Brazilian with landing strip it turned out a bit crooked but in both those cases, the employee was new to waxing. However, the ones who have been there for a longer period of time do a really great job & take great care removing all the hair & that you're comfortable. Also, I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes & the service is friendly. I also like the bonus card although I do miss the student discount.
