I must say the wax does sting a bit more than the usual places like benefit or places that use the colored wax, however they use all natural 100% bees wax for all their waxing purposes so you're in good hands-- and for less additives and skin irritants, I would take a little sting any day!

I wanted a brazilian wax which is what I normally get in London, which as most know leaves a landing strip of hair. At Senzera the beautician applied 4 or 5 strips of wax unevenly around my bikini area, left hair everywhere and a sort of lopsided flame shaped pubic area, she didn;t even clean the excess wax off and I was left with my trousers clinging to my bits all the way home. I got charged € 20 for all of 5 minutes of time (it works at €5/strip ). I was told if I wanted more hair removed, I needed to get the 'Komplett', which in English means complete ie. Hollywood-style. It's not an issue of language, it's just bad service, a waste of time and money, I could do this myself with my Veet strips.
