Go see Luigi at Zuzzu's on Oak Street. Casual Sicilian Family Dinner but incredible quality & flavors of a High End Restaurant in Sicily but right here in Roswell Georgia. True Wood Fired Oven and the Pizza is fabulous. But if you're dining there you may just share a small pie as one of your appetizers because there is nothing on the menu that isn't Top Notch Fantastic!!! Bring someone you don't mind sharing your meal or ask for Family Style Service !!! Reservations highly suggested https://share.google/4eFz2mqkUPXKSSydI

We came here for a special occasion dinner. The service was great, and the table bread was very good also. The menu is quite large, and includes pizza and pasta. We ordered two pasta dishes. The entrees were decent, but nothing special. We ordered the gnocchi, which didn't have a great consistency. The chicken with artichokes was good, but it didn't come with the vodka sauce or cheese that was in the description. Portions were also small. For the price, I didn't love the ambiance in there either. I would be willing to try it again, but will order the pizza next time.

We had dinner at Zuzzu for the first time last Tuesday. The owner was so nice and we had a delicious dinner. Atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. If you want a great meal with nice service, free parking and a place where you can hear each other talk, this is it. will definitely go back.

Zuzzu has GREAT PIZZA and PASTA. They also have a nice selection of wine. This is a small restaurant with limited seating. Be sure to make a RESERVATION.

We went for the first time on a Saturday night and the place really filled up quickly. The restaurant is located just outside the buzz zone of Canton Road and you don't need to pay to park! :-) The lot next the restaurant is very small, but there is plenty of parking right across the street. First I will compliment the food and the service - both were very good. This was a nice surprise - when you walk in the place looks like a pizzeria in the midst of being upgraded. Not a negative, but not what we expected when you review the website. The place is pretty small and the tables are fairly close. Food was priced well; the dish we wanted to try (scallops) was out of stock. While I see the place has been around for a while, a few suggestions - Our table's top was totally busted. Not the usual put a wedge to fix a crooked table, but the table itself was broken. Our server apologized and we were immediately offered a seat at the bar. We didn't want to sit at the bar - we reserved a table - so we decided to stick it out. Apparently the table has been broken for a while too. Fix it, replace it, or get rid of it. Service was good, but food delivery was ridiculously fast. We ordered and had our appetizers in a couple minutes - that is good. Our entrees came out, no joke, a couple minutes later. Again our server apologized, but we each had just had a couple bites of the appetizers and now the table was covered in plates. First time for us, but if you order - order your appetizers and after you are almost finished or finished, order your entrees. This was not enjoyable and we felt rushed and the table was small (and broken). We consolidated plates to make room, but only the server was clearing tables. She was serving most of the place herself, but there were a couple other people walking around just talking to people. It is a small place with small tables - everyone should help and grab empty plates, bottles, glasses as they walk around. I had to ask someone to clear the stack of plates and empty bottle we had on the table for 15 minutes. Our server was just flat out working most of the tables on her own. Last thing is a pet peeve and annoying- credit card surcharge. Build it into your price - almost no one pays cash, so come on. Once I saw the odd numbers on the check I realized what it was and asked to confirm. It is 4% and I'm willing to pay, but nowhere on your menu, website or the check itself (that I could find) does it say there is a surcharge. To me, just an easy way to keep your credit card fee without having to say, for example, a bottle of beer is $6.75 or $7 instead of $6. Not a killer - food was good - but just annoying. We will try again, but reserve a different table and bring cash. :-)

Heard a lot of great things about this place. minimal parking but the food was worth it! i got to try the house salad with balsamic dressing. They tossed it really well because every single piece had dressing on it. Sour and sweet. the *Piccantina Pizza* was pretty good as well. very fresh ingredients and locally sourced if I'm not mistaken. baked quickly in their pizza oven in plain sight. Staff was great. we broke a plate but they acted like we we not a menace. kudos to yall. Thanks!

Made reservation via OpenTable. Arrived and were told we were not "on the list." Showed the hostess the CONFIRMATION. Restaurant opened up a "no show" inquiry. WTH?

You place your order at the counter, and they bring the pizza to your table. They make Neapolitan pies from three wood-fired ovens imported straight from Naples -- with dough and sauce made fresh, in-house, every single day. I waited 10 to 15 minutes for them to bring my pizza. The pizza tasted hot, fresh and flavorful. Based upon the taste and quality of the pizza, I would definitely consider returning. One thing to note about parking. They do have a small private parking lot, but be certain you are visiting the restaurant when parking there. There are "towing enforced" signs. So, if you're in the downtown Roswell area, definitely try Pizzeria Lucca. Cheers

They use Italian double-zero flour, high-quality ingredients, and an authentic Italian oven that turns out that perfect thin, slightly charred crust you want from true Neapolitan-style pizza. There's usually plenty of room inside, so it's an easy place to bring the family, and the front porch is a great spot to sit outside, enjoy a beverage, and have a relaxed meal. For me, Pizza Lucca rivals Antico when it comes to authentic Italian pizza--and having something this good right here in Roswell makes it even better. Highly recommend.

Hubby and I are early birds, so no surprise that we were the only ones there upon arrival around 4ish. We sat down and started to look over the menu. There was only one guy working and whether intentionally or not, he definitely gave off a vibe that felt like he was annoyed we had come in, which wasn't a great first impression. He never gave us napkins or utensils, so hubby got up and got some for us after the garlic bread we ordered as a starter arrived. The garlic bread was literally just toast with some garlic spread slathered on. It wasn't great, and we would not order it again. Aside from that, I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and hubby got his weird Hawaiian concoction that I will never understand the appeal of. My pepperoni pizza was amazing. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni distribution were spot on, and the best part is that the bottom was perfectly crispy but not burned. Hubby's was good too, though he is less appreciative of the crisp factor than I am, though to be fair, he is not really much of a pizza fan to begin with and was just humoring my date night pick. After our pizza was brought to the table, other employees had started to arrive. Salty dude disappeared and a much nicer lady took over for him by bringing us drink refills and later closing out our tab. We will not be returning for date night, but the pizza was definitely good enough for a repeat visit. I will most likely just order as carryout during lunchtime instead, though. I wasn't really a fan of the vibe for dining in, particularly due to the salty guy who we seemed to annoy at the beginning, but I think the pizza was definitely worth coming back for.

Not too light though - any lighter and I might have asked for more seasoning. I enjoyed the flavors of the Tagliolini Bolognese. It was hearty, savory and I could see it being a comfort food me if I were a local. I would have liked the pasta to be on the Al dente side but it wasn't mushy to the point that there wasn't any chew. Also enjoyed the dessert. Great way to cap the meal. Really enjoyed the experience there overall. Sitting at the bar, not loud - kinda intimate. Maybe 10 seats. Beer, wine and spirits. Also a happy hour to finish out a work day. We are truly picky Caesar eaters and this one had freshly shaved Parmesan and obvious homemade croutons. Pasta was fabulous for both of us. Would we dine here again?
