We stopped here for lunch after church and had a wonderful feast. The portions were ample and the sushi very fresh and wonderfully presented. The food takes a few minutes to get but that is because they are making it fresh. This a great little sushi place. When you first walk in you see a very basic restaurant. We like it here and we will return.

Stopped by this little spot for a later lunch. The exterior definitely didn't stand out or captivate you, and the interior was very average. They were pretty easy to find though and had free parking. The service was average, but the staff was nice and friendly. They were responsive, but did have to get flagged down for things we needed. The menu covered appetizers, nigiri, standard sushi rolls, specialty rolls, teriyaki, katsu, donburi, udon. Although, their non sushi menu was very brief. They did serve alcohol and they were also family friendly and had a kids menu. The food was priced average and you got pretty good portions for it. Some of the food didn't surprise, but some of the rolls were quite delicious and the fish tasted fresh.

We can't believe we've never been to this sushi restaurant in all the years living in Issaquah. It's now our favorite & mouthwatering restaurant to dine. Service staffs are friendly & attentive. Restaurant ambiance is friendly & the vibe is cool. Menu selections are plentiful with fusion creative options. Sashimi is fresh, rolls are tasty & perfect blend of favor. For lunch, we've had salmon rice ball appetizer- had flavor that bursts with wanting more; chirashi, bowl had plenty of oceanic deliciousness; nigiri chef specialties had mixture of delectable sushi & fresh sashimi & fried Oreo dessert batter of tempura had perfect crunch. We can't wait to dine again & try sake to go with our sushi dinner. It's now our local favorite places to dine, Bon appetite!

The ambiance is cozy and all staff greets you as soon as you walk in. I am blown away by how attentive the staff is even when it's a packed day. I can't rave enough about the amazing quality of fish, generous portions and beautiful plate presentations. I believe Zushi Sushi one of the best and affordable sushi restaurants in Issaquah.

Zushi sushi never fails me This go around I ordered the ocean roll (highly recommend) and their mixed tempura (also highly recommend!) Their tempura by far is the best in the area. It comes with a great variety of vegetables including pumpkin, sweet potato, green beans, and also shrimp! From what I can tell family owned and operated, and you can taste the TLC in every bite

We had a great service and food experience. The four of us came on a Sat night and had no trouble getting a table. They seem to do a brisk take out business vs in person dining. We started with the Seared Salmon Balls ($15) and they were really good. We ordered multiple rolls - Sky ($18), Sinful ($16), Orange Blossom ($15), Emerald City ($16), and Three Brothers ($18). Our favorites were the Sky and Three Brothers. My bride isn't a sushi person and ordered the Salmon Teriyaki ($18) - it was okay. The sushi chef gave us a complimentary serving of seared tuna and it was excellent...and really appreciated. Beer menu is narrow (typical Asian choices) with no local IPA's. Service was top notch! We will come back again when in the area.

L to R: Cherry Blossom Roll, Salmon Lover Roll, Lion King Roll $15 for 8 pieces each. absolutely scrumptious

Summary: 10/10 recommend, go here Sushi is AMAZING. So so fresh and delicious, and I am picky with my sushi. We had the Cherry Blossom Roll, the Lion King Roll, and the Salmon Lover Roll, as well as maguro nigiri and the Avocado Bomb appetizer. Absolutely gorgeous presentation on all of them! The green tea was hot, fresh and yummy. Restaurant is so cute on the inside, super clean and relaxing, not too dim, and the music was a tasteful with good volume. The service really earned the five stars, and not just for the complimentary miso soup (a great surprise). The lovely woman working (I believe her name is Somi) is the SWEETEST EVER. She served us with a big smile and answered any questions we had. These are good people who truly but their heart into their food and their business. Thank you so much for the amazing experience, we will be back!

Another great sushi place in Issaquah, came early to beat the holiday crowd, parking can be challenging in this strip mall, but plenty of parking across the street. Lots of delicious looking choices for sushi and sashimi to choose from, something for just about anyone, with vegan choices as well. After looking over the menu, I choose the house salad, fresh, crispy and the House dressing was delicious, the Black Dragon roll which is a California roll with unagi on top, and the Three brothers roll, which was spicy salmon, asparagus, and cilantro inside, and Jalapeño slices, salmon, tuna, and yellowtail on top with ponzu sauce and chili aioli salsa. Both rolls were rolled firm and tasty! A little spice, fresh fish, and flavorful sauces. Plenty of wasabi and ginger. Good enough, that soy sauce wasn't needed. Quick and friendly service, yummy choices to choose from. A few good choices of Japanese beers. Definitely with return visits. Plus it's close to home. So many choices of good food In Issaquah! Happy Yelping! Cheers!

This place is one of our favorites for Sushi in the Eastside. Only reason why this is not 5 stars is location. Everything else is really good. Service. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable. Our waitress also had recommendations based on our taste. The Sushi chef came to our table to check things and made sure to also recommend a few items. We have come frequently and they are very consistent in great service. Food. Their sushi is very well prepared. I tried the seasonal special with tuna. Take a look a the pictures to see how their sushi is plated. Delightful flavors! Their "Zushi Sushi" is also one of my favorites. For dessert, they gave us fried mochi with ice cream. You should definitely leave room for that! Lastly, they have good sake and beer.

Our go to sushi place in Issaquah. The rolls are always fresh and taste so good. Recommend the Drunk Roll.

The sushi pieces are a competitive size and the pricing is very fair for the high quality you receive. It's the perfect spot when you want sushi in a more casual, accessible setting. This is a family-run business and it is our favorite place to get ikura--the quality is always spot on. The selection on the belt is excellent and stocked with fresh options, and the sushi chefs are always willing to take custom orders if you are not able to find something on the belt. We are always greeted with a smile when we arrive. During checkout, the server reviews the plate count with you to ensure accuracy. Personally, I appreciate them taking the time to ensure they are billing the correct amount, though I trust them regardless because the service is so honest and friendly. They never disappoint, and we will return to dine at this location when we are in the area.

Despite having lived in Issaquah for ten years and loving sushi, I've never been to this restaurant and after actually eating here, now I know why. One of the things my boyfriend loves about carousel sushi is that it satiates the hunter/gatherer instinct within him so we were super disappointed in the lack of sushi on the conveyor belt the whole time we were there. I understand that there were only maybe two or three other parties in the restaurant so maybe it's not feasible for them to have a variety of sushi on the belt at all times, but it was still unfortunate and not the experience we were looking for. I ended up ordering a shrimp tempura roll from our server, and it was brought to our table. The roll was okay, and tasted the way I expected it to, I just wish it had more eel sauce and spicy mayo on it. With so many other options for delicious sushi in Issaquah, I don't think my boyfriend and I will be returning.
