The staff is outrageously friendly and helpful. They will actively start a conversation upon entering. The prices decent.

They will even rent you out shoes if you don't have any. All the alterations were made perfect with absolutely no issues. I will recommend this place to someone in need. Oh, and the cost....cheap, but you get really good quality.

When the suit arrived, my son went into the store to try on/pick up. The shirt color was wrong. The tie was wrong. The shoes were also missing. I will say that one of the staff members gave him a shirt off the store floor to accommodate him because clearly, they felt bad for the mistakes. (I later found out that staff member got in trouble for doing that). Once my son got home, I had him try on the suit for me. The pants were very wrinkled. Surprising for a rental. I assumed for the rental price of $225, everything would be ready to wear but instead, I had to press his pants and the new shirt they gave him off the store floor. When I called and spoke to a manager she was very sweet and apologetic. She said she would see if there was some kind of refund she could give me. She mentioned refund before I even asked about it. I never heard back from her. When I returned the suit the day after the dance, I asked for said manager but she wasn't working that day. I told the woman whom I was returning the suit to, about all the issues and said that manager had mentioned a refund of sorts. The woman cut me off and said i wouldn't get a refund because it's an external company they get the suits rentals from....I never heard back from the manager again. The 1 star rating is for the lack of customer service and support for the suit rental. Look, sometimes people mess up and make mistakes BUT it's up to the company to make it right and Phillip Michael's didn't do that. DO NOT RENT A SUIT FROM THEM. There is no accountability for order issues and in the end, you will regret wasting your money.

There was no prior indication that the review hours had changed, and I explained that I had rushed to get there based on the hours I had been given. The clerk agreed to allow me to leave my items and briefly explained the process. When I asked her to repeat the explanation, I realized that leaving the clothes would automatically indicate that I accepted their offer. I was not comfortable with that, so I asked to wait instead, which I was allowed to do. My clothes were then piled together, and I was offered $56 for approximately $400 worth of clothing. I asked how many items they intended to keep and was told nine. I decided to decline the offer and thanked the clerk for her time. At that point, she picked up the clothes I had carefully folded and shoved them back into the bag. When I later counted the items, there were actually 13--not nine. The entire experience left me feeling that the process could have been handled much more professionally and transparently. Clear communication about the hours, a straightforward explanation of the process, accurate information about the number of items being accepted, and respectful handling of customers' belongings would have made a significant difference. I understand that a business is not obligated to make an offer that a customer considers satisfactory, but I do expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process.

For the most part great service, Ricky is absolutely amazing. A lot of the people here tho definitely brown nose to make sales and are pushy. If they don't products in store they'll help you find it for you both in and out of store. Ricky has always helped me and has always been a great help and is the best person to help from, in my experience shopping here. Their jeans last forever, I've definitely put mine through the wringer and they still look like new.

The staff make commission so they do tend to lean towards the overbearing side by bringing you a bunch of items and trying to get you to buy all kinds of things that you probably don't need, like, or want but they will cater to your needs and bring you whatever you want or ask for while you are in the store which can be nice if you know how to handle it... Since they no longer apparently carry the Lucky jeans I now wear their BKE but I am a picky jeans gal and am particular about the style of the back pockets. They have a beachy, shabby chic, grunge-type style if you ask me... torn and rhinestone jeans with faded T's and lots of Hurley stuff... I typically only buy jeans here - I do love them - but the shirts are not my style. My husband bought jeans, shirts, t-shirts, hats, flip flops, etc. I enjoy shopping here but, as I mentioned above, make sure you are firm about what you do and don't want or like when you first start working with one of the employees inside, otherwise they will waste your time showing you a bunch of things you probably won't even like or want to wear...

When my pants arrived, I tried them all on as usual. All were fine other than one pair was noticeably longer than the rest. I found this to be odd, since I own roughly 20 pairs of dress pants in this size from JoS A Bank. I decided to bring them to the store at Laskin to exchange them thinking it was just an issue with this pair. I arrive at the store and walk the entire store noticing one staff member helping a gentleman and the other three just hanging out talking to each other. Finally after a few minutes of me looking through the pants, a gentlemen walks over and asks if I need help. I explained my situation and that for some reason this one pair of pants just fit longer than the other 3 that I ordered and I was looking to exchange them. Instead of agreeing and moving forward with my request he asked for the pants and proceeded to take them to a table and measure the inseam. He looked at me and asked me my size, I told him I was a 33x30 and that's what those were, but they don't fit like my other 23 pair of pants in the same size from here. He proceeded to ask me to look at him measuring the inseam and try to show me that they measured out at 30. I told him that's great, but these don't fit as I stated to you multiple times now. So at this point he calls a female coworker over and asks her to look at the measurement he made. He says "this measures 30, right"? Now you measure them and tell me what you get. At this point in at a loss for words. I'm just trying to exchange these for another pair. Now I have multiple employees trying to show me a measurement and tell me I'm wrong and all I want to do is exchange these pants. At this point the female associate looks at me and tells me to go try them on. I told her I just want to exchange them for another pair at this point. She says "try them on and we can alter them". I told her I just want to exchange them and don't want to pay to have them altered. Her next comment blew my mind. She looked at me and said "oh, because you don't want to spend the money"? I responded with "that's correct", I own more than 20 pair of these pants and haven't had to alter any of them. At this point I'm beyond irritated and just returned the pants without and exchange or replacement. This will be the last time I shoo at this place and highly recommend anyone else from doing so. Buy online! It's easier than the headache of the associates at the Laskin Road store. It's worth paying shipping to not deal with condescending employees. I'll be sure and pass the word on to all my employees as well, to steer clear of this location.

Most of what I saw on their online store that I was interested in was also in their store, score! You can find all sorts of stuff from clothing, mugs, blankets, bags and backpacks, little knick knacks, etc. This is a great place to find someone a unique gift or something that reaches their childhood soul. In any case, it's just fun to walk around in and everything I've purchased from this store has been quality. Also, with every $10 you spend you give back to the community in the form of a meal!

T-shirts, wallets, keychains, stuffed animals, enamel and button pins, toys, funko Pop products, keychains, random "cool" snacks and small mystery toy boxes, great spot for gifts! They have sections of products with Disney characters, anime, a section of "The OFFICE" products (hey Dunder Mifflin folks,) Friends, Stranger Things, and many others! I only wish they had a Peanuts and Sanrio (Hello Kitty) section as well. Prices - average what you'd pay at other mall stores for licensed character products. They had a special going the day I went - "All items that cost under $10 are buy two, get one free." I did grab a Hi-Chew (Asian starburst type candy,) but said no thanks when I found out it was $4.99. I did end up getting some buttons for my bookbag. Three for $5 with the special. Service was good too! My best summarized description: a less dark Hot Topic, and a non-raunchy, "clean" version of Spencer's, combined with FYE and the Disney Store. Best thing about Box Lunch? Check out this info from their website - "With every $10 spent on our pop culture-themed product offering of apparel, accessories, home goods, gift and novelty, and collectibles, BoxLunch will help provide a meal secured by Feeding America® on behalf of local member food banks."
