She became noticably agitated, I expressed that I didn't mean to be an a-hole I just don't want to have my email flooded with ads. She finished the transaction, wished me a good day but I don't think she was sincere from the look on her face Second time this has happened with Famous, if they are pressuring their salespeople to collect this information, they should stop it. Should be up to the customer whether or not they want to have our "in-box" flooded!

I can't remember the lady's name that seems to run the place but she's great. They've helped me out a bunch of times with different payment types, rush orders, complicated orders. Overall: very flexible, helpful, friendly and well priced.

I too had a horrible experience with the shirt shack. I visited the shirt shack with intention of…read moregetting 50+ shirts made and many hats embroidered as well. I told them I would like to do a small order of hats to make sure I like the quality and they way they do business and then we can take it from there. When I told them what I wanted to be done, I they presented themselves as uneducated in the field. When I was asking them questions assuming they were experts I was getting answers back like, "I don't know" or "I am not really sure" when I was looking for assurance. They told me it would be around two weeks before my order would be done (8 items) which seems abnormally long but I decided to just go with it what could go wrong. That was my biggest mistake. Upon walking out I had a discomfort that I even expressed to others that were close to me that I did know how well this was going to go. Fast forward to a week an a half later, I get a call from the shirt shack saying they can not do my order because my text would not work with their machines claiming this if the first time this has ever happened. I didn't give them a super elaborate logo, just two words in a certain text. I went down to shirt shack to pick up my jacket that was going to get embroidered as well as the hats and also receive a refund for the order for the upfront payment I made on hats and the service. APPARENTLY they can not give me a refund because they already ordered the hats yet at the same time they are not able to deliver. After a couple minutes of pointless arguing I decided that I will just take it up with the credit card company. What a hassle this has been, I wish I would have never gotten involved with the Shirt Shack. Lucky enough when expressing all this to a friend, I was refereed to a place that will do shirts, sweatshirts, and embroidery for me at about half the price, so at least some good came out of it. I'd just play it safe and stay away, find another place that cares for your business because there are plenty out there.
