As far as their customer service, some of the employees surely have knowledge about service in how to effectively come across and communicate kindly with customers. Ross was definitely the exception. I wanted to see a watch. The case was locked so I went up to the customer service desk to ask for Assistance. There were two women talking and before I even got to open my mouth one looks over "eyes look me up and down" and she burts out " were not open here" I say I'm not checking out but need to see a watch. The girl with the dark hair looks back at the blonde gal and finishes her instruction to her then tells her she needs to get a key and walks over to us. She barley looks at me as she asks which watch. I tell her, she gives me the watch. Stands over me (there was no table and I had to hand the items in my arms to my niece) I then knelt down and took the watch out. It was too big. I hand it back to her and she still does not look at me. As I was trying the watch on, the blonde girl came over and started another conversation with dark haired girl. At that point I was a fully irritated and mumbled some passive aggressive statement about horrible service. We go up and to the only guy on a register, Travis, and ask the names of the women. They were nearby and he was visibly nervous as he told me (Hanna and Gina) apparently Gina is the manager. I had to prompt him when I asked for the general manager. He said "Gina is the manager" I asked who she reports to and he glanced at the girls then told me "Alyssa". If this is true, Alyssa-those two need some customer service training. They were rude and wanted to be anywhere but with a customer. We were smiling and cheerful. We were polite and this is how we were treated. Never coming here again! We walked down the mall a bit and found another chain store that was so friendly and positive. The employees were singing softly, they were helpful and hilarious. Maybe send those two over there to observe how customer service is done!

    I went to Harry Ritchie Jewelers in Moscow about three weeks ago to have a watch battery changed…read moreout. The person who helped me was Tony Murillo. He was incredibly helpful and very customer service oriented ( a rarity nowadays). Unfortunately they did not have a battery for my watch but he directed to another place in the mall and they indeed did have a battery ($3). I took my new battery back to Tony and he installed it within a minute. Success! My watch was back to working order. We talked for awhile about the holidays and family. I then asked him about the cost and he said that due to the fact they didn't have my battery in stock and that I had to go to another store to get the battery....no cost. I was flabbergasted but I will tell you this. I will, without hesitancy recommend your store and you now have a customer for life. Thank you.

He said sure and grabbed the sizing ring. My fiancé and me were young and the whole time we were there he made us feel like he didn't want us there. Were we going to buy today? No. But we are getting married pretty soon and would have probably came back if it wasn't for him. We got his finger sized and asked about available rings and he said maybe 20 words to us and most of those words were "yeah". The other salesman there looked to be very nice but he was with another customer. Also it was only us and another guy so the place was mostly empty so it was like he was trying to multitask. It was the worst customer service I've had in awhile.

    Went in and opened a new account with Verizon on Oct 7 2025. I went in asking for the Samsung…read moreGalaxy S25, specifically for its satellite texting capabilities. I was told by the salesman that they were out of stock, but the did have the S25FE, and it had all of the same capabilities as the standard S25, so I trusted him and said that would be fine. I was not able to test the satellite texting until November 23, and found that it would not work. Just no service and no option to switch to satellite. When I got back home, after about 10 minutes of research, I found that the S25FE does NOT support satellite texting. I got the answer from both Samsung directly and Verizon support after asking them to double check, sharing what Samsung had told me. I went to the same store that I got the phone from to see if there was any way to do an exchange even though it was after 30 days, since they had misrepresented the phones capabilities. I was told that it would work just fine. I did not have my research saved onto my phone, so I left. I went in the next day with the evidence that the phone would in fact NOT satellite text. I was told that there was nothing that they could do because it was past the 30 day exchange. The options that they gave me were to buy out the S25FE (which would be over $600) and then get a new phone, or I could just pay for another line and get a phone with that (but would add $50+ a month on top of the phone that I already have). I have tried to get in touch with both Victra and Verizon and have gotten nothing. Victra won't respond at all and Verizon acts like they haven't seen the complaint before, even though I am continuing through the same request, not starting a new one. They would ask the for the same information (name and whats going on) each time they wanted more information, and wouldn't tell me what information they wanted. They just kept trying to start over and eventually shut the request. This is a textbook example of bait and switch, promising the product would do more than it is capable of, but they will not own up to their mistake. Would not recommend them to my enemy. Was just looking to switch phones for what I asked for and was told I was getting. I was even willing to pay some extra understanding that the S25 costs more. If it weren't for opening a credit card with them, I would switch immediately.

    I've had dealings with this store for almost two years and I'm not impressed. I walked in and found…read morethe perfect ring in July of 2015. My then boyfriend was about to leave on military training for a month and wanted to buy the ring when he got back. I asked if they could hold it and they said they couldn't but they did say they could order it in. I came in every week while my husband was gone and checked to make sure it was still there and touch base with the store. Well, it sold within a week of my husband coming home. When we asked if we could order it they said no. I was so disappointed but when the assistant manager Micheal says they can't order it I'm going to believe him. I ended up buying a different more expensive ring from them and finding out after the purchase that they could have ordered it after all. 8 months later I came in to get my ring cleaned and checked and in less than 24 hours a diamond fell out of my ring. So I took it in and asked what happened if they had just told me all the stones were fine. The owner was the one who checked it too. They gave me some answer about gunk building up and after it cleaning it the stones are loose. It was covered under the warranty so I was miffed but I sent the ring out to be repaired. I come back a week later to see what is going on because it was supposed to be done by then and they couldn't find it. My $2,700 dollar engagement ring was lost inside their store. They finally found in the bottom of a filling cabinet drawer. They finally sent it out a week after it was supposed to be out and put a rush on it so I could have it back sooner. Now just last week I went in to order my first choice ring and I no longer had the number so I hopped I could just custom design what I wanted. There was a new sales person named Carter who was super nice and offered to help me but she couldn't work the custom software so I waited for Michael. Micheal is the one who told me he couldn't order my ring in and who lost my ring/forgot to send it out. So I wasn't super pumped to have to work with him but he was the only person who knew how to work this software or so I was told. He would not help me design a ring and told me to talk to the jeweler. I asked when the jeweler would be in and he said I he didn't know and that the jeweler owns the store so he comes in whenever he wants. I came back in for three days in a row trying to get any help at all. Finally someone knew what ring I was talking about and offered to order it for me. She said they would have to call and get current pricing. I was expecting them to just do it right then but they said they would call me later with an answer. I was upset that it was going to be another trip in to order the ring. They called me later and told me that they had inventoried the rings wrong in 2015 and my $2,500 ring was actually a $4,100 ring but since it was their bad they would give me 20% off. That brought it down to $3,292. Still way more than I was planning on spending. They wouldn't let me use the military discount either. I had a bad feeling I was getting ripped off since the ring had jumped $1,500 in price. So I called the Diamond shop in Lewiston. They said the ring was actually $3,600 and they could give it to me for $3,100. I bought it from them. All I can tell you is this store is disorganized and I think they are dishonest. I won't shop here again. Go to the Diamond shop in lewiston. They will give you much better service.

Due to complications with shipping, I didn't receive my gifts till today, which surpassed their 30 day return policy. I Instantly noticed the jewelry was tarnished and very low quality. When I contacted Johnson's Jewelry about my concerns, they told me to go and get the jewelry polished and that I couldn't return the items. I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service and the quality of the jewelry.

Customer service was consistently excellent, we were always greeted and helped promptly, and shopping there was genuinely enjoyable. Unfortunately, since the change in management, our experiences have gone downhill fast. Our first visit was on 12/11. Yes, we arrived about 30 minutes before closing, but I had my jeans saved in my Buckle app and knew exactly what I wanted to try on for upcoming pictures that weekend. When I walked in, there were two or three employees standing at the front of the store chatting with each other while I was clearly walking around looking for help, phone in hand. No one acknowledged me. I eventually had to walk up to the counter and ask for assistance. Thankfully, a gentleman helped me and was very kind -- but I should not have had to ask for help while employees stood around talking. We returned yesterday, and the experience was even worse. My husband needed to do an exchange and stood in a long line waiting his turn. When he finally reached the cashier, she rudely told him, "Can I get you to step aside? I need to check these people out first." He stood there holding the exchange bag, and no one came to help him for quite some time. The cashier listed on the receipt is Ashlee. She eventually came over and apologized, but the damage was already done -- the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The checkout process itself was incredibly frustrating and confusing. The cashier repeatedly made mistakes, saying things like "Oops, I didn't mean to do that" and "Wait, I need to change this", clearly unsure of what she was doing. After our exchange, our total was $207. My husband decided not to purchase a $90 pair of Hey Dudes, which were removed -- yet somehow our new total came to $70.03, which simply does not make sense mathematically. On top of that, a $10 credit that I specifically asked to be applied was never used. To make matters worse, when we got home we discovered a security tag still attached to my husband's shirt. We live 45 minutes away from Moscow, so now we have to make an extra trip just to have it removed -- something that never should have happened in the first place. Between being ignored on our first visit, treated rudely on our second, a completely botched checkout, and leaving the store with a security tag still on clothing, this experience was absolutely unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed, especially knowing how wonderful this store used to be. The difference since the management change is very noticeable, and not in a good way.

This store has definitely improved over the years and I was very impressed to actually find clothing that I was interested in. I also was helped by both of the staff with outfit options which I really never gotten before.
