The location is so over stocked they have three massive, tarped areas in their parking lot and room for only two vehicles to park. it's a fire hazard inside the building and they are in no way interested in making a sale. We made some inquiries and brought in a plumber who determined the machine indeed needs to be replaced. Which we will do right away -- from a competitor down in Lewiston. He took a quick tour to assess the situation then sat down with us to discuss various options. At all times he was respectful of our needs and feelings, and was always courteous. My brother and I contracted with Richard to clear out the home. When Richard says he does it all, that is EXACTLY what he does! He emptied the house completely and cleaned it so it was ready for its new owners. He even returned family photos to us that we had missed when we went through the home.
