A few years ago another company had "replaced" a broken spring; I was happy at the time (it worked), but didn't realize that the spring was too small to support the heavy weight of my garage door. Also, I had always doubted whether it had been replaced because after their replacement it looked just as old and rusty as it did before So when the door ceased to work again I read the yelp reviews and called Zach. He was able to help me right away and really went over and above to replace the springs with ones more capable of handling the weight of the door and also hammering out the bend in the door that was dismissed with the other company's repair. Backed into my garage door because the truck I borrowed was too high. The force of the impact forced the screws out of the bracket connecting the arm to the garage door. Luckily not too much damage. Not only did he fix our garage door that I accidentally reversed into, but he had an extra motor that we could buy from him (old one was way old) and installed on the spot a few months ago.
