What a gem we discovered tonight! I have to admit, I must have driven by Zozo's a dozen times and never thought about going in. From the outside, I assumed it was a bar. (Not that I have anything against bars, but not for dinner. Haha) Tonight we were in Burlington to have an appetizer & drink on the patio at a nearby restaurant we've been to several times, but it was unexpectedly closed. So we wondered down to the corner to check out Zozo's. We were pleasantly surprised! We tried a few appetizers & tacos. It was quick & delicious! The waitress was kind and friendly. The food was very quick - we ended up eating way more than we planned! We will definitely be back...& my next post is to our neighborhood FB page to spread the word in Hebron! read more

Great local spot in downtown Burlington. Smaller menu, but it's all good! My kids love it. Great ramen and really good sushi. It's a really neat historic building too. In the summer you can enjoy some awesome food and then walk next door for ice cream. read more

Had takeout sushi and crab rangoon from here for the first time. Our order was ready in the estimated 20 minutes if not sooner, despite everything going on due to the coronavirus AND it was the first night they had reopened for dine-in service. My sister and I weren't quite ready to eat in any restaurant yet so it's nice they still offer take-out. We were both happy with the sushi we got (philly roll, crab rangoon roll and dragon roll) for three reasons: 1) it tasted great 2) it was very reasonably priced 3) it was large servings, especially given the price. We both also really liked the regular crab rangoon. I want to go again and try their taco offerings. Hopefully we work up the nerve to dine-in because it's in a neat historic building. read more

Zozo's just opened and we love it. We would give it 4.5 stars if we could. We don't give out 5 Stars very often! We WILL be coming back. Their Tonkotsu Ramen and Sushi was excellent. I was curious of this place since this is the 3rd change of ownership or business of this place. The inside of the place seemed nice and cozy, clean and well lit. The food was good and the service was excellent: 5/5. I observed that there's only one server, I'm hoping he is not the cook too. We ordered potstickers for appetizers- when it arrived there 5 pieces with a side of sauce. I will rate this as 5/5, it was cool to a perfect crisp giving that satisfying crunch on every bite. For my entree, I ordered the seafood ramen, it was served in a huge bowl! The flavor of the broth was so delicious, it was just prefect for this cold weather. I'm a little disappointed because the noodles were not what I expected- it taste and feels like the ramen noodles on a budget. There's only 3 shrimp and slivers of squid, and a deformed cooked egg, not hard boiled egg like what is normally served on a ramen noodle soup. My husband ordered Pork Katsu, and was surprised with the mashed potato served with his meal because it was cold, and taste more like a potato salad. His meal came with a bowl of rice which goes well with his Katsu. I will definitely come back to this place again, I will try different dish and looks forward to trying their sushi. read more

First time coming here... First thing first! Drinks! For a Asian/Mexican menu place it was unexpected in a great way. The mark fashion was perfect! We got the Four tacos!!! (one of each) ...sorry for not taking the pic but that tells you how good they where! Then we had the sushi and I have to say... The volcano lives to its name, spicy, warm, BUT you have to eat it with a fork cause it has so much sauce that it breaks up, but again... its a VOLCANO! The white striper, was great and different, but I hace to say that the simples ones are the best, hence the Shrimp Tempura roll... we added spicy mayo and it felt as fresh as it comes! Zozo's did not dissapoint at all! The one, and only negative note I may have is on the entree menu... 5 or more out of the 8 entrees are asian soups which i dont have anything against, i love them but are not the first thing in my mind when i go out to dinner. If not mistaken they have fried rice, kutso with poratoes salad and i think a salmon with rice, everything else is ramen, pho bo etc which are great but not my cup of tea when going to dinner. Alan L. I believe part of the problem with your restaurant is you don't listen to your customers. I see a pattern with any negative reviews. First, i did not ask you to fire your cook. I said, if your cook can't make one beef quesadilla and two chicken quesadillas then perhaps you should fire your cook. That was based on a conversation with your server. When a customer says don't bring the appetizer because it is coming out so late, way after the two entrees, then don't bring the appetizer. Obviously, there is a kitchen problem. It is not a matter of "giving a small business a hard time", other reviews suggest that your manager belittles the customer. When your manager took the fork off my plate to sweep the pile of onions to uncover 3 more small diced tomatoes, she was inappropriate and even if she were to refund the entire amount, it couldn't undue her condescending attitude. read more

Ahhhh-mazing! Sooo good. We had the calamari appetizer, the red ruby roll, volcano roll, spicy California roll and the crab Rangoon roll. The red ruby was my fav followed closely by the volcano roll (a must experience), but all was very delicious! The price was great, too! I wish they were closer to where we live. read more

my familys favorite sushi place closed down a few months ago and we were very upset cause were very picky about were we get sushi because theres always someone who doesnt cook it right. we got sushi from here 2 days ago and ive had the worst food poisoning of my life. Heard good things about the restaurant from people in the area. Was even happier to see that you could order online. My favorite sushi rolls are deep fried ones and online it gives you the option to get whatever roll you order fried for an additional cost. Be aware not all of them can actually be deep fried due to the make up of the roll. I learned this the hard way. When picking up the order I was scolded because the particular roll I ordered can't be fried which was understandable given the reasoning above. This did not bother me. What bothered me was the scolding from one of the workers when explaining that it couldn't be done. All he had to do was kindly explain once to me that it couldn't be done and move on. Instead he repeated it multiple times which felt very belittling. Overall the food was good but I did not feel welcomed by this interaction and am unsure I will be returning read more

Amazing! Had the Pho Bo and my wife had the chicken quesadilla. Both were excellent. Restaurant was a warm and welcoming vibe. Very cool bourbon bar with over 200 different choices. This place was impressive! The veggie dumplings were the best I've ever had, great sushi and very generous portions. My husband had the Katsu Curry, and it was delicious. I, however, had the seafood ramen and was not impressed sadly (hence the 4 stars). It reminded me very much of instant ramen, low quality noodles, the broth just tasted like chicken broth mixed with sriracha sauce. The add ins were amazing, such as the squid, shrimp and egg, just didn't feel like a ramen you'd pay $13 for. Overall is was a great experience, amazing food, and our server was lovely! read more

Glad to finally have a good restaurant in this spot hopefully it survives because it's nice to have something so close to home. They were out of the house salad and I'm so glad because we tried the squid salad instead which was delicious, I would go back just for that. The seafood ramen was good, but I can't compare since I've never had ramen anywhere else. I guess it's those noodles you eat in college, but they had them in a good spicy broth, with calamari, 2 shrimp, and a whole egg. The sushi was also very good, spicy tuna is our go to filler upper roll, and theirs has avocado in it, which was different but also good, and the zozo's roll was good too.
