We had crab rangoon (almost dessert like, which if you would have told me that beforehand I wouldn't have eaten, but these were delicious!) for an appetizer, a sushi rool and the salmon nigiri. The sushi and nigiri was sooo yummy. Then for dinner we had the tuna salad (season and perfectly seared tuna, delicious) and the ramen. Also amazing, the chicken on top was so flavorful and the ramen itself was hearty and delicious. I have been looking for a good sushi place and this hit the spot! There was confusion parking, we were in a connected garage but I did not know whether I had to pay so I did $9. I asked about the parking and they said if it was marked with a CK Kitchen sign you do not have to pay but then they said if you get a ticket bring it in and they will fix it. They were busy and we were told to stand over by these tables, more confusion, then they seated they person who came in after us and they sort of forgot about us. I went to the counter again and got someone's attention and then we wetr seated. Someone took our drink orders and explained how the all you can eat worked. The favorite thing I had was on the starters menu, Crispy Thai Shrimp. My daughter was with me and we got full but just don't think we will be back. Went to CK Kitchen for a group lunch with my Leadership NKY classmates. We are doing the ABC restaurant challenge and this was our C selection. Cute and very clean. The décor is fun and festive. I also like all the windows and sunlight. Plenty of seating space including some outside tables. Service was great. Our server was very attentive. There is a big variety on the menu, so even if you don't like sushi there are plenty of other things to choose from. A number of our group members had a variety of appetizers which all came out very fast and looked delicious. Two of us ordered Hibachi which took quite a bit longer. I had the shrimp hibachi lunch size. Larger serving than I expected. Tasted great, the vegetables and shrimp were cooked perfectly. Large serving of rice. I found it interesting to have green beans in the fried rice. For me, at any Asian place, the test is the taste of the Yum Yum sauce. This was perfect, a little flavor, but not overwhelming. Over all two thumbs up. My daughter and her boyfriend really like sushi so I recommended they go try it. I would not hesitate at all to go again. I came here for the all you can eat dinner. I SHOULD have asked more questions. Other AYCE sushi spots have provided much smaller servings so you can try more... I was suprised the rolls were full size here. Know this and be cognizant to how much you order as my friends and I were OVER stuffed making sure not to leave much on the plate to be charged for. Food Quality- Amazing Food Variety - superb AYCE PRICE- affordable We have been waiting for this place to open since early spring, so we were very excited to see the grand opening sign when we were driving by one day. As soon as we walked in I told my fiance that CK Kitchen is the perfect first date night spot. Lots of variety so you can try lots of different rolls or ramen. The portions for the AYCE are quite large and filling so pace yourselves when you order. The General Tso was some of the best, also the ramen being included in the AYCE is a first for me and it is so flavorful. The sushi is made to order which is always a nice bonus for a restaurant. They did over change us for soju, that probably cost 8 dollars, so will not be getting drinks there next time, but overall will be back again because there are so many more fun rolls to try. read more

This is my new favorite sushi spot in Covington (might regret letting this secret out!!). They have a regular menu and an all you can eat menu. We went with all you can eat and it did not disappoint! There were 4 of us and look at all this food! The service isn't the fastest especially if you order all your sushi at once like we did since there's only a couple of them making the sushi rolls. I cannot wait to go back again soon and try more rolls and apps. I will say the crunch of the fried sushi was a little different but we all agreed we loved it! read more

My partner and I have been here twice now to get the all you can eat sushi deal for 29$ per person. It is an AMAZING deal. Not only do you get your choice of a variety of rolls, but the all you can eat also include appetizers, hibachi, desert, and nagiri. I think it is extremely worth it because you will end up eating enough food that the deal is the way to go. The fish is so fresh and you can see the sushi chefs make it right by you. My partner especially loves the chicken katsu and I'm a sucker for the deserts! The presentation of the food is superb. I was not impressed by any of the food on the AYCE menu. The sushi was overloaded with rice and the quality of the fish was below average. When you walk in, the ambiance of this little slice of heaven is exactly that, calm and quiet. The painting of the mountain in the back is beautiful, as well as the overall decor around the restaurant. The food? Top tier! I felt like I was table side eating straight from Tsukiji. The variation of food to price is well balanced, and affordable for an average individual like myself. The server was knowledgeable and recommended 2 fantastic rolls! My husband & I eat all-you-can-eat-sushi all the time. This is one of the best spots we've been to recently, & it would be our go-to if it was closer to home! Obviously, the quality of the food is great. We ordered about half of the appetizers, 4 different sushi rolls, & some nigiri. It was all good (except I'd skip the tacos). But what I really loved is the AYCE portion sizes of the appetizers. Unlike other AYCE sushi places I've been to, CK gives you smaller plates, allowing you to try more without the fear of not being able to finish your food & having to pay a waste fee. The restaurant is also really cute & has convenient, free parking in the garage (you literally walk in through the back of the restaurant via the garage). The staff is wonderful & attentive--shout out to our server Tiffini! Overall, a great date night or casual dining experience. 10/10 recommend! read more

I give a lot of high reviews, as I really do love food. The spicy tonkotsu ramen might genuinely be the best I've had in the Tri-State area. The soy marinated egg is DEFINITELY the best in the area. Ok. Kinda don't want to post this review, but it's only fair. I think this place is flying too far under the radar. I love that for selfish reasons but an honest review says to scream out the name CK Kitchen because it is everything I've ever wanted in a restaurant. Fresh, delicious, AYCE sushi for a steal of a price. I took my wife and children (28 & 15) to dinner for my birthday. The first time for all of us. We were very excited about the concept of AYCE sushi but a bit skeptical of the quality. Well, after spending 2+ hours there and enjoying some of the best food we've ever eaten, along with drinks and laughs, it's easy to recommend this restaurant to anyone lucky enough to read this review. There is a parking garage with access to the restaurant. Once inside we were greeted and sat. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The server was new but on point. We ordered many starters while we chose our sushi. They were so delicious that we ordered another round. The sushi was fresh and handmade to order. We were able to try some favorites as well as some new choices. Everything was excellent! We shared some ramen and sake and finished with green tea ice cream along with deep fried cheese cake. This place was as cute as it was delicious. My friend and I went for lunch and took advantage of their happy hour menu. We ordered the chicken gyoza, fried shrimp shumai and crab rangoons. There were 2 of each in the orders. This is not your typical shareable appetizer so heads up. We both hade the hibachi lunch which was the perfect portion for lunch. The service was great as well.
