The best place for extensions HANDS DOWN! Zoya is incredible, both at her job and at making you feel beautiful. I receive so many compliments on my hair and no one ever knows they are extensions. Zoya makes step by step videos on how to care for the extensions to maximize their longevity and if you follow them, they will last. She used 5 different colors (see attached picture) to ensure my hair looked 100% real. I have never felt more confident! I had a wonderful experience with Zoya. I am experiencing a lot of hair loss and I had an hour long consultation. She diagnosed my condition and used a microscope to explain what she saw on my scalp. We then talked about what I can do to keep my scalp healthy and regrowth options. Next we talked about enhancement options and she had a lot of options to offer with samples to try on. She really did an amazing job explaining everything to me, as well as being compassionate to my situation. She is very warm and personable and I felt that she really cared. Never going back again I wish I could agree with you, But your stylist under discussion has absolutely no idea how to cut long hair!! She was having trouble grasping the scissors right! Let alone cut! Even after two hours of sitting in that chair I walked out with hair that has absolutely no shape or style!! It's an 85$ straight trim that I got! I really hate writing this review as the young lady who did my hair was very sweet. However this was the worst outcome I've ever had with dye and definitely the most expensive. I have black hair and trying to go lighter- I know this is a work in progress so I went in fully expecting to walk out with maybe dark brown hair. Anyone wake up one day and decide to cut 5 inches off? No one? Just me? Well I guess It's just me and my hairstylist Giselle that are on the same page. She is by far the most skillful hair stylist I have ever talk with. She has been doing hair for 6 years and I am so happy to have found her. I have been looking for someone to go to for the past year and half. So finding her has been a blessing for sure. Called last minute to book an appointment to do the big change. The salon was the cutest thing ever. They have 2 service dogs as salon mascot which I thought was the cutest thing ever. You can have them on your lap while you get a hair cut. I love it! She has carefully considered what I want and what I m looking for. And worked out a plan with me. A long bob! She was so patient with me although my hair gave her a lot of trouble because of how thick it is. She did not complain nor did she make any comment on how damaged my hair is.
