After examining my ear he suggested that the discomfort may be from earwax buildup. I was a bit skeptical, but after flushing my ears, I could hear again and the pain was just about gone. I kept monitoring things for the next several days, and sure enough everything went back to normal. Just be sure that you arrive on time/a little early. I overheard a convo with a guy who had come about 10 minutes late, and he had to rebook. As far as I can tell, this isn't the type of place where they triage treating patients according to how severe their condition--it's moreso about seeing patients at their appointment times. I think this is a great option for minor/run-of-the-mill concerns.

She answered questions, engaged in conversation and I would definitely recommend her because even though they were in a bind today, with one practitioner not showing up, she was handling it well and she wasn't grumpy with me when I asked questions while waiting, about needing to possibly reschedule and things like that. I really appreciated her concern about me as well after the immunization was administered and when I shared with her what I was feeling. I would definitely recommend going here.

I was hoping for a different outcome but I have to respect their honesty. In long A scrape on my leg had gotten infected, so I was hoping to get an Rx for some antibiotics and hurry home for the Hawks game. They checked me in in minutes, and found my insurance that had just taken effect a couple days earlier. Nice! The system texted me some info to fill out, and she told me it would list me as being seen in about 25 minutes, but it would be much sooner. The PA came out within 60 seconds to say that they didn't house one piece of equipment I'd need as part of a full eval, and I should go around the corner to the ER. He definitely felt bad delivering this news, and explained it even more thoroughly than he really needed to. I got it right away. He was quick to say that they would cancel the visit and not charge me. Even though I ended up missing the whole game, he was spot-on about what the ER would do to evaluate the infection. I got great care there, thankfully much of it in front of a fuzzy, dim TV showing the game. So I can't really complain about anything other than my own procrastination for leaving the trip until late afternoon.

My visit was also incorrectly documented with appointment notes about whiplash, a condition I never reported or had. After following their guidance, my condition got significantly worse to the point I couldn't open my eye and had to seek care elsewhere. Another provider immediately told me to stop the medication and prescribed a different treatment that worked almost overnight. I formally contested both the care and the incorrect documentation, but their medical review team still determined that everything was "appropriate" and refused to adjust the charge. I showed him a test from another lab for testosterone that was 176 ng/mL. He did nothing about that either. This one should have been a layup. 40 year olds don't have levels below 200. I had to do my own tests, SHOW HIM, ans I still got, and I quote "I wish I was smarter and could help". I mean...testosterone therapy is a thing. You had a litany of complaints and couldn't address even the easiest one. I'd put the labs here but they came from another lab. So whatever. Good luck to anyone getting anything addressed. If it doesn't resolve on it's own you're out of luck.
