I scheduled an appointment online and was there the next day. Coincidentally, I had the same care provider as last time, Curtis Fanta. After examining my ear he suggested that the discomfort may be from earwax buildup. I was a bit skeptical, but after flushing my ears, I could hear again and the pain was just about gone. I kept monitoring things for the next several days, and sure enough everything went back to normal. Just be sure that you arrive on time/a little early. I overheard a convo with a guy who had come about 10 minutes late, and he had to rebook. As far as I can tell, this isn't the type of place where they triage treating patients according to how severe their condition--it's moreso about seeing patients at their appointment times. I think this is a great option for minor/run-of-the-mill concerns.

Eventually it went to collections, which provided me with a different payment gateway to visit. Guess what - it also had a website error (this time "Missing/invalid email address" - there was no email address field). Tried it repeatedly over a week and a bit to give them time to fix the issue. Never got fixed, same error every time. So I called them repeatedly - their office was often closed too, and eventually someone answered and told me they can't help, but tried to transfer me and couldn't. So they gave me an 877 phone number to dial - called it, kept getting disconnected after 10 seconds. Called back the first number, got a second number to try (the operator still couldn't transfer me - what kind of show are these folks running?). Eventually the second number worked and I provided credit card details. The operator said she couldn't give me a confirmation of payment, so this saga may not be over yet. This place has cost me so much lost time from work over the past 2 months - I've spent way more time trying to pay this small bill than I ever did visiting the office in the first place.

By the time my Uber arrived at the hotel, I'd booked an early morning appointment & completed the paperwork. It was a quick & easy process. There were so many slots available, & they also accept walk-ins. Although I arrived a few minutes early the next day (they recommend 10), I did have to wait in a short line to check in. My appointment was set for 8 & I was pulled back at 8:22 a.m. I think one of the receptionists was in training. She did a wonderful job; she just seemed to be still getting familiar with the system. The receptionist, provider & other staff were all very efficient & friendly. I felt like I was in good hands. They listened intently, I got what I needed, & was on my way back to the hotel by 9 a.m. The exam room was frigid, so I recommend bringing a sweater with you. There's complementary orange juice, apple juice, bottled water & tea available in the lobby. There's also plenty of seating & outlets. I was so impressed by the efficiency, although I was pulled back past my appointment time. I was eager to explore the city, so it was very nice to be in & out!

In long A scrape on my leg had gotten infected, so I was hoping to get an Rx for some antibiotics and hurry home for the Hawks game. They checked me in in minutes, and found my insurance that had just taken effect a couple days earlier. Nice! The system texted me some info to fill out, and she told me it would list me as being seen in about 25 minutes, but it would be much sooner. The PA came out within 60 seconds to say that they didn't house one piece of equipment I'd need as part of a full eval, and I should go around the corner to the ER. He definitely felt bad delivering this news, and explained it even more thoroughly than he really needed to. I got it right away. He was quick to say that they would cancel the visit and not charge me. Even though I ended up missing the whole game, he was spot-on about what the ER would do to evaluate the infection. I got great care there, thankfully much of it in front of a fuzzy, dim TV showing the game. So I can't really complain about anything other than my own procrastination for leaving the trip until late afternoon.

Another provider immediately told me to stop the medication and prescribed a different treatment that worked almost overnight. I formally contested both the care and the incorrect documentation, but their medical review team still determined that everything was "appropriate" and refused to adjust the charge. I had to do my own tests, SHOW HIM, ans I still got, and I quote "I wish I was smarter and could help". I mean...testosterone therapy is a thing. You had a litany of complaints and couldn't address even the easiest one. I'd put the labs here but they came from another lab. So whatever. Good luck to anyone getting anything addressed. If it doesn't resolve on it's own you're out of luck.
