But in case you want more details, I've had bad luck with plumbers. I get overcharged and jerked around... I called Harry because, well, he had one review on Yelp, and it wasn't a bad one and he isn't somebody I had called before. I don't think I was the nicest guy to him on the phone (not outright rude) but I did tell him I didn't really trust plumbers in the area based on my previous experiences. He told me his story, and it's basically that he worked for the big companies for years, knew their tactics, didn't like it, and wanted to do his job for an honest price. He went to my house and unclogged my kitchen sink. Guess what, when he called me to tell me how much it cost, it was in line with what he told me when I first called him. He didn't jack the price up on me, he didn't rip me off, he was honest. He fixed the problem, he charged me what he said he would charge, and there were no additional fees. Tonight I called him about another issue. Like I said, he's the first plumber that's gotten my repeat business and he will continue to get my business as long as I still own my house in Richmond, which I hope not to for much longer, and am planning on putting it on the market this spring, if anybody is interested... just kidding, sort of... no, not really, I am not kidding, I'm ready to sell it. I can't be a long distance landlord anymore. But enough about me, if you need a good plumber, call Harry, seriously.

He also has the most reasonable prices I have EVER seen for a plumber. I couldn't give him a higher recommendation. I'm recommending him to everyone in the Harper's mill area where I live. So grateful we found him. Below review from 7/2025 I have never left a 5 star review from only talking to a business owner, but please read on. I left Harry a detailed message about a couple of toilets in my 4 year old home leaking from tank to bowl. I thought maybe the flapper, but when it happened to an upstairs & downstairs toilet around the same time, I panicked & thought it was maybe a plumbing system issue. Harry called me back promptly & let me know right up front that he was fully booked until August. But he also eased my mind by reminding me that the toilets were all put in at the same time, so more than one could have components wearing out at the same time. Since I only had leaking to the bowl, I changed the flappers & now they both work great! Even though he was very busy, he took the time to call me back. Even though he was booked until August, he listened to what I said. Granted he didn't try to diagnose over the phone, but his common sense, honest approach prevented me from calling another company for an emergency that I didn't have. He was right. I had two toilets with faulty equipment at the same time..a coincidence! I would highly recommend Harry; he is busy for a reason. I would schedule with him in the future if I needed a plumber.

They do more work than dryer appliance servicers do, so hire these guys instead, because they will…read moreclean the whole thing. Also they wore little booties, so as not to track thru house, came on time, (little early, but ok) and got work done fast. Before they left they turned on dryer to make sure it worked, and it did. I had clothes dryer ductwork cleaned (reasonable), not HVAC air ductwork, which they also do, plus they change out boots under vents in floor if you need that too. So I think I will use them again in the future for those other things. They seemed to know what they were doing, but time will tell.

I hired them to to clean my duct work ( after another company had let construction dust get into my a/c - heat central air intake vent ) They cleaned and videoed every duct pipe thoroughly - taking pictures as they go along - they use a type of tool that cleans the duct work out and at the same time a vacuum suction that cleans out the ducting I had a great experience and recommended them to anyone needing their duct work cleaned .

He tested everything multiple times before leaving to make sure it was all working properly. Price was reasonable, especially considering he handled both issues in one visit.
